Booked Platinum flooring to sort out the flooring in my kitchen & bathroom. Asked for a rustic farmhouse style and wasn’t disappointed. Superb and professional floor layer Matt, made an absolute great job.
Matt recently supplied and fitted a carpet on our stairs and landing. He was very efficient, friendly and did an excellent job for a very fair price. He also removed and disposed of the old carpet and left everywhere very tidy. Matt also was very helpful and informative when we asked for advice about flooring for our hall, dining room and kitchen. We have now decided which flooring we would like and will be contacting Matt to ask when he's available.
Initially we went to a recommended fitter who declined the job due to how big it was and recommended we contact Matt at Platinum Floors. We searched high and low online for LVT tiles we liked and had many samples to try and match Karndean styles we had seen. Matt came round straight away and presented us with Karndean options and made it affordable for us. Matt organised free samples there and then which came a couple days later. Doing this made it a lot easier for us and put an end to our own research constantly looking for the right LVT. Matt's professionalism and communication throughout the whole process was immaculate. We gave Matt a key and trusted him to get on with the job without interruptions to our work. This was our first time having a new floor fitted and to have Matt hold our hand, give his advise and produce such a top quality job throughout we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Thanks Matt and team! Top job! Herringbone LVT fitted.
I could not be more thrilled with my new floor nor recommend Matthew at Platinum flooring more highly. I have a business in London shopfitting and maintaining luxury stores and so my expectation and attention to detail is next level. It's rare anyone actually comes up to that level. Matt's work not only is flawless but what a nice guy to deal with and to have in my home. You will not be disappointed!! Already planning the next jobs I need him for and if I can coaxe him up to London to sub for me too on my jobs.
Used Matt for carpet in the bedroom and more recently needed the living room and hallway doing, he recommended us a product to suit our needs, gave a very accurate estimate which was also very reasonable. Gave us a day to start and when it would be completed which was a very fast and professional turn around. Cannot fault the quality of finish it’s fantastic. Will definitely use again and not hesitate to recommend to friends/ family/ associates.
