Penn Hill Flooring Ltd

Jenny dealt with my order with good advice, courtesy and humour, Carl was polite and efficient when measuring up and explained about the fitting process. On the day the two fitters layed the stair carpet and living room carpet perfectly and efficiently. Both polite and considerate. We are extremely pleased with the result and Penn Hill Flooring will always be our first choice.

This family business has come to install carpets in my home and I constantly recommend them to my own clients. Their service and quality of work is second to none.

Brilliant customer service, floor looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and very helpful. From the nursery couple

We would highly recommend Penn Hill Flooring. It is clear that Jenny and Carl are very proud of their work. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced. 5 star service from start to finish.

Jenny and Carl fitted my lounge carpet and didnt mind helping my husband move my really heavy sofa and since then they've fitted my parents property with new carpets and shaved their doors to fit too ...thanks guys ..absolutely brilliant job ✨️

Amazing service. My mother had had a fall and needed a walk in shower quickly so I contacted Penn Hill flooring on the Wednesday and the lino was fitted on the following Tuesday! Lovely job and so helpful in fitting us in quickly, efficiently and great customer service. Highly recommended by us. Thank you

We are returning customers and once again Carl and Jen have been amazing from the 1st phone call to Carl fitting the carpets. I would 100%recommend Penn Hill Flooring. Thankyou for your advice, professionalism, punctuality and beautifully laid carpets. 🫶👍

We can't recommend these guys enough!! Great customer service from start to finish. Quality products and friendly fitters. We've used them 3 times and wouldn't go anywhere else now. 10/10.... thank you Karl, Jenny and Team 😊

Have had 4 carpets fitted from Jenny and Carl at Penn Hill Flooring. They are knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Great communication throughout, polite and courteous fitting team, and extremely well priced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them a hundred times over!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenny and Carl and all at Penn Hill Flooring. We had our whole house renovated and they did the carpet upstairs and hard wood flooring downstairs. Excellent service from the start of the process till the end (which was almost a year). Nothing was too much trouble, including allowing us to take sample flooring home to check the light, and having the carpets fitted as and when the builders had finished, which involved a few visits. Great local, family run company who deserve to be supported. Thanks for a great service.

We have just had our entire house re-done with both carpet and hard flooring. Jenn's fast and professional response to my enquiry was the first experience with Penn Hill Flooring and from there they have been faultless at every stage. Thanks Jenny and Carl

Highly recommend. Great service from Jenny (in-store) and Carl (with install). Fairly priced, smooth process, everything completed just as they said it would be - great job guys!

Hard not to review these guys as they take pride in their work. Real honest advise rather than sales. Quality of their work is on point and a pleasure to deal with.

Recently had my kitchen floor vinyl by this Company and couldn't be more happy and impressed with the the standard of work! Carl kno job and was both efficient and tidy throughout the day. Praise also to Jenny who, despite lockdown, and shop being closed was always at the end of the phone with any queries I had. Highly recommend

We've just had our kitchen floor laid by Penn Hill flooring. From start to finish the service has been second to none. Fitting was excellent by Carl and Sean. Can't recommend them highly enough

Very pleased with the service, fitting and value for money I received from Penn Hill Flooring. Had my two bedroom flat recarpeted throughout. Has transformed the flat. Neat and tidy work. Well done Carl and Jenny. Would highly recommended this Company.

I've just had new flooring after a refurbishment and can't recommend these guys enough! Fast, reliable and great value for money. Thank you Jenny and Carl!

Excellent service from both Carl and Jenny, highly recommend for quality and value for money.

Friendly family concern. Gave them a go after finding the big nationals short on service and, surprisingly, on choice. Jenny is very helpful as front of house and there is a lovely range of carpets. Carl, as fitter, is tidy, punctual and economical (does about 30 square metres to a litre of tea). Highly recommended for a personal approach from a local business.

Excellent service, reasonable prices and very helpful staff. 10/10 would highly recommend.
