I have just had a carpet in my lounge fitted. I had Craig come out to do the measurements and show me what they have, and he is a very lovely guy and told me all the different options they had. When the fitter came out they were very efficient, polite and all round nice guys. They did a fantastic job. Very very pleased with the whole service. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely 5* service from start to finish. Floor was uneven and cracked and it didn't faze the fitters they just cracked on. Results are amazing. Flat perfect floor. Couldn't ask for better.

Excellent from start to finish! Craig came and measured for my new floors. He quoted to lift carpets and underlay, prepare the floors, latex and then fit the new LVT flooring. The price was competitive and we are delighted with our new floors. The fitters - Kev & Harry were polite, friendly and professional as well as being very accommodating. I cannot recommend Knight’s flooring enough
We have just replaced our kids old carpet with a Pembroke Camel wool carpet. It was a great choice! Knights Carpets managed to do it perfectly and in a record time. The total cost was affordable. We strongly recommend them and will certainly continues to use their services for our house renovation.

I’m moving in to a new house and realised I needed to replace the carpets before the furniture was moved in. Messaged Tuesday evening, went and picked my carpet the next day and by Thursday afternoon the carpet was laid. Fantastic, ready for the move on Friday. I didn’t think it would be possible!
We had both carpet and laminate flooring laid and the whole experience from start to finish was effortless! The results are fantastic, we couldn't be happier. Craig was brilliant and fitted into our schedule with measuring, gave good advice on what to choose for our budget and recommendations on wear and tear. The carpet and laminate fitters were very professional, friendly and tidy. I'm so glad we chose this company, we highly recommend them!

Friendly service and great advice at the shop from Craig and his assistant Boston the black lab - we were able to take some floor samples home to make sure we were happy with our choice. Craig then fit us in to have the floor installed in our garden office on short notice. The lads who came to install the floor (Kevin and Harry) were efficient, polite and made minimum mess and noise. We're super happy with the whole process from start to finish and can't wait to start using our garden office. Thanks team!
From the 1st visit from Craig to survey our property to the last minutes the fitters Kev and Harry were here, everything was brilliant. Highly professional, knowledgeable and quality workmanship from Kev and Harry who quietly and effectively got the job done superbly. Response to a slight snagging issue afterwards was immediate and rectified extremely promptly to ensure we were 100 percent happy and satisfied with our new LVT flooring throughout. From start to finish we received excellent service. We had advice on different types of carpets to choose from, which made it easier for us to decide which carpet would work best for us. We didn't have to wait long for delivery and fitting of the carpet. The fitters were professional and we were happy with the fitting.

We phoned Chrissy and Craig to purchase some flooring grade ply. We got quote and then they arranged delivery the very same day , really impressed by their communication and service.The Delivery guy was brilliant putting the boards in a place of our choice. Craig was flexible in allowing us to borrow a sample board as well for LVT . Thanks
