We have recently used Fantasy Flooring for full carpet upstairs, including landing, stairs and bathroom flooring in our new home and I have to say we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Everyone was so lovely and so helpful, making everything easy! The finished results are fab and we couldn’t be happier!! Would highly recommended Fantasy Flooring for all your flooring needs!!

Great service! Tom & Ben collected from a local shop and fitted two carpets in our house...they did an amazing job. Very professional, and even spotted a small fix needed on our stairs which they did impromptu without us asking... carpets look great, would highly recommend!
Just had soundproofing installed by Billy. Brilliant!!!! Really nice, friendly and done everything to ensure work was to an excellent standard, including gripper was correctly installed. Previous company took shortcuts but Billy fixed them, thank you, highly recommend fantasy flooring and Billy.
The team did a great job fitting the LVT for our kitchen. They were very polite, accommodating and the price for LVT was reasonable. We would happily recommend them
Absolutely fantastic, customer service was brilliant. I was in a situation of needing carpets ordered and fitted in less than a week.....it was done within three days with there quick response and I am extremely happy with the final finish. Mark, Jade and the fitters of the carpets were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Time keeping was terrible, ended up stuck in for a major chunk of our day. When the fitter did turn up he just remained sat in his van for 20 min. Fitter was quite ignorant to be honest. The flooring was for in our toilet and already has a bobble of some sort, maybe an air pocket, parts of the floor aren’t stuck down properly, it’s not fully been sealed round the edges and they’ve gone over old white sealant with clear sealant which stick out like a beacon. Other than that, the flooring we chose looks ok, it’s what we picked.

Brilliant people! Came in just to look at carpets Monday afternoon and it was all fitted and done by Wednesday lunch time. Grant was lovely and the room was done in less then a hour. Really nice guy who didn't mind making a fuss of my giant dog either 😀 will use them again definitely!
I can't recommend this company highly enough. A friend told me to contact them 2 years ago and they did not disappoint then. I called them again to help us with the first floor refurb this time and once again they delivered brilliantly! Pics attached: the final result is just stunning! We couldn’t be happier with the complete service we have received from Fantasy Floors. We were on a very tight timescale just before Christmas and honestly thought we were asking the impossible. We had a recommendation to contact Mark to see if he could pull it out the bag and him and the team honestly did that and more. Each stage has been professional and thorough, from the initial phone-call to Mark, the quotation visit very shortly afterwards, through to the carpet purchase and the fitting by Ben and Craig. They did an amazing job, were tidy and paid attention to all the details. The carpets look great and they made the whole process so easy. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much

Massive thank you to Ben and Craig who replaced the flooring in our kitchen diner. Fantasy Floors has been appointed as the new contractor for the developer we bought our home from and the job these two did replacing the poorly laid LVT by the previous company was fabulous. They worked quietly and efficiently, were very courteous as I was working from home, and even moved the appliances for us. Really happy with the service and would absolutely recommend

A big thank you to Lee & Curtis who fitted vinyl in my large, awkward kitchen. The floor was in a really bad state including a lump from where a wall used to go across. A lot of time and care was taken into making sure they done a good job and they certainly did. It’s no longer a trip hazard for my toddler! 2 Polite, respectful and tidy young men came and installed various carpet fittings in my nans property. They were amazing with Nan, my nosey toddler and baby and myself, great communication and price and even cleaned up after themselves! Both Tyler and Archie are a credit to the company. Had Ben & Lee here for 4 days working hard to remove all our old flooring & prepare and lay disability vinyl to the entire house & carpet to our stairs. These guys are gems. They worked so hard & were polite & friendly. They also cleaned up so well that I am hoping they fancy coming to clean my house once a week for me. It was spotless. I was very anxious before they arrived but I didn't need to be. Would recommend them to anyone. 5* all the way.

Delighted with our new carpet. I can only echo other reviews and say what an excellent job, from start to finish. Mark gave great advice in the choice of carpet. Ordering and subsequent fitting was very prompt. Lewis did a fantastic job of fitting the carpet too and there were some tricky little bits to cut around!! I had to change my fitting date three times due to my house not being ready they were able to move my date straight away without any stress. Ordered a new living room, stairs and landing carpet. Quoted a brilliant price. Agreed a fitting date to suit us. Prior to the fitting date they levelled the floor where damaged due to fireplace removal. Carpet turned up as agreed and fitted to perfection. We'll done to all

Once a viewing was arranged and flooring chosen, this was followed quickly with an estimate and the work carried out 2 days later. Super efficient. We were kept informed at every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and even areas such as inside the airing cupboard and fitted bedroom cupboards were carpeted. I have no hesitation in recommending this extremely efficient company. Their work was carried out to the highest possible standard and I would use them again and again.

I would highly recommend these guys from picking my carpet and giving me great advice, when it came to fitting what can I say very accommodating room was clear apart from double bed they helped me remove from room and helped putting it back in place, very reasonably price for supplying and fitting, if I could give more than 5 stars I would have.
