They’re really good guys — professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I was completely comfortable having them in the house, even with my dogs around and everything a bit upside down while I’m getting new flooring done! They also left me all the offcuts, which I really appreciated. I’m so pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them.

A pleasure to deal with Joe to get samples, talked through colours that will look good with the colours of house we were planning to decorate, good price and service to fit the carpets. Gave good advice on best value for money with threshold bars and how the stair runner will look with extra detailed sides which we asked for. We had the upstairs bedrooms, landing and a stair runner fitted. Ripped out old carpets and took with them leaving everything clean and tied. Would 100% recommend
We were recommended Saxony Carpets by a neighbour and would recommend them to everyone ourselves. Bill was lovely to deal with and communication was excellent. We were left lots of samples to go through and no time pressure. Once we had decided what we wanted the time between ordering and fitting was very quick and booked at a time convenient to us. We had our stairs and landing carpeted and it was all completed in just a few hours. The quality of the carpet is excellent and the fitting is perfect. Products, communication and politeness were all 100%, a great company and a great team. Will definitely use again.

Lovely carpet, arrived on time, fitted as per quote 3 rooms, one landing area and staircase, took half a day. Only problems are a few minor finishes with one door not longer shutting.
Friendly team and kept updated on order, lovely carpets and reasonably priced. When the carpets were fitted all the old carpet was taken away and we were left with the offcuts as a "just in case". Thank you Bill and the team, great job and will/would definetly recommend them to anyone looking to get new carpets.

I’m so pleased with my floor. Not only is my new floor beautiful, but it’s much easier to keep clean than the carpet I used to have. Bill and his sons almost completed the job on day one and returned on day two for a little over an hour to finish completely. The family business worked efficiently and they cleaned up afterwards. I’m thrilled beyond words. Something else that’s worth mentioning, Bill was extremely punctual at every point of this experience. Measuring for a quote, showing up to do the work, answering email queries about the floor; Bill’s level of communication was spot on and much appreciated. When I need a new laminate floor in 20 years I’ll be sure to call Bill. 😊

I was after a quick inexpensive job for a rental property and was really pleased with the service provided. Bill went the extra mile and added ply under some of the upstairs carpets where the floor boards were dodgy. Was very pleased by how quickly the work was fitted in. Would recommend.

I've just had Saxony Carpets put in new carpets across most of the house. The carpet we chose is lovely and soft and looks great. Bill and his sons did a great job, professional, friendly and courteous. They are also incredibly careful not to mark any walls etc. This can be difficult but I have honestly not noticed one mark that wasn't already there. I highly recommend and would and will use again.

Good choice of carpets and vinyls. Professional fitting. Flexible with fitting times. Left samples for a while which competitors did not. This helped in choosing the right one for me, being able to take my time, looking at them in different lights.

We used Saxony to recarpet all our bedrooms, the hallway, stairs and a newly-coverted room downstairs. We recieved excellent service from the very first enquiry through to completing the job. Bill offered very sound advice on our carpet choice and gave us plenty of samples to choose from based on our preferences. The work was completed very quickly, efficiently and they left no trace they were there after. I Have used this company twice at my old house and when I moved to carpet all over and lay flooring. Both times the service has been excellent not only good quality materials and a fabulous end result but a very professional service too from the team. Saxony Carpets came out today to lay some vynil in the passage, and lay carpet on the landing and stairs. They were absolutely brilliant, done a fantastic job, were really friendly, and cleared up after themselves. Their prices are cheaper than the other places I got quotes for, but that doesn't reflect in any way, the exceptional, excellent quality of their goods. I would 100% recommend them, and if I need any more carpets or vynil, I know who I will call, Saxony Carpets.
