Massive thank you to Dominic, Nong and Ted the fitter for making our floor dreams come true. We had just moved in to a new bungalow and was anxious not to keep staring at bare concrete. Howard's Flooring came across well with their good reviews and dependable name so we gave them a call. I had a good feeling about it from moment one and I was absolutely right. Dominic and Nong popped along with carpet and vinyl samples and some good advice about quality and long term maintenance. We made a plan to fit the bungalow out by July and they were extremely helpful to make sure it was all achievable and affordable. Ted came to fit a few weeks later over a two day period and he was a thorough professional as well as a gent. We cannot fault the service we have received and our floor dreams have come true. 10/10. Extremely rude! I called in for assistance and was told to 'learn how to speak English properly'. Shocking in this day and age. Very disappointing.
We were desperately looking for carpets due to a move in date and I reached out to Dominique .He accommodated us ,showed up at our house in Southampton at 6:30pm after work so my partner and I could both be present to see samples and make a choice of carpets. He was very kind, empathetic and efficient. We have had our carpets fitted today by his team, such a stellar job. He accommodated our timescales (4 days from measurements to fit) and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a carpet company.
I needed new flooring for my entire flat, which had a mixture of carpet and vinyl flooring. Dominique and his team did an absolutely fantastic job and I would 100% recommend. The installation team was just brilliant, getting the old finishes out and new flooring fitted in just two days. The guys were very friendly, professional and took care to achieve a high quality of finish. Dominique was very communicative throughout the whole process. He’s easy to talk to and always on hand to answer any questions that I may have. I found the costing reasonable, competitive and transparent. Overall a top notch service!

We're really pleased with our flooring and carpet. We said what we needed, ie hard wearing suitable for dogs, big family, easy to clean... We chose our flooring and carpet from home. Dominique and his wife booked our appointment for fitting straight away, for our convenience. They arrived and completed as arranged at all all times were a pleasure to have working in our home. Shocking customer service, could not be bothered to give us a quote and cut the phone off twice then put straight to answer phone.
We called them twice to book something in for someone to come out to measure snd bring samples however both times no one turned up and we didn’t get a call to justify or let us know why, we cancelled our plans both times to attend to them, very poor service and not reliable.

The options, process and costs were clearly communicated and a fitting date set there and then that worked for me. Meet Dominique and his wife at our house lovely couple choose the laminate floor we wanted for a small fee they took all old carpet up and fitter came a few days later to fit new floor. Absolutely amazing! I was let down by another company on 5 occasions, and had lost all hope of getting carpet fitted in time for xmas. I spoke to Dominique on a Thursday, and by Friday afternoon my lovely carpet was fitted! Dominique and his wife did an Amazing job! And at a great price. Lovely people. Dominic did a marvellous job throughout the entire home. The project was completed in a number of stages over almost a year! But, each stage was completed to perfection! And each new stage just blended beautifully into the previous one completely seamless, so the whole home looks absolutely amazing. I can’t thank him and his team enough. The place looks totally amazing and you’d never believe it was done in at least 5 separate stages over the past year. Thanks to Dominic and his wonderful team. Their service and advice is impeccable.
Howard’s Flooring did a really good job efficiently and quickly. The wheelchair wouldn’t go over the threshold strip easily and when I rang him up and explained the situation he came round immediately and changed it. It is now perfect.
Bush and Darren done a fantastic job at our abortion clinic only took 2 days to rip out the old sub floor and replace due to a leak, the only sign of them being here is the quality vinyl that they cap and cover for us, witch means we can get back to the job we love with no stress

Not only did Dominic and his lovely wife complete a very complicated job fitting LVT flooring throughout the ground floor of the house they worked to a deadline as well. I couldn't praise this couple enough.
My Wife and I have used Howard's flooring several times and always found them to be helpful and provide excellent service. The most recent was within the last week or so, where they opened the shop for us on a Sunday, ordered the vinyl and arranged to have it fitted the following Wed. Because we are busy we left a key for the fitter along with his money (you pay the fitter direct) - and he also did a great job. We have always been pleased with the fitters from Howard's Flooring and we are pleased to recommend Howards Flooring for all your flooring needs.

My daughter got the keys to her new home one day before having her baby and they so kindly managed to sort out lovely carpet for her instantly and fit it very professionally whilst she was in hospital. \We were fortunate enough to discover Howard's Flooring as we prefer local businesses. Dominic and his wife arrived to measure up and give us a quote to fit study, dressing room, bedroom, 2 landings and staircase. He brought samples of carpet with him as we had already discussed our preference. We agreed a very competitive price and set a date. The whole job took two days and was expertly executed. It was not an easy job by any means due to the design of our house. The laying and fitting are excellent and Dominic could not do enough for us. His lovely wife assisted him doing everything but the actual laying. They make a great team and we would recommend both them and their expertise to anyone.
Great and professional service offered by Howard’s flooring! Recently used their service to lay out new carpets in a dated flat and they completed the job promptly in less than a week (3 rooms, a hallway/entrance, and patio)! Dom made sure to match the carpets to what we wanted and laid them beautifully along with new vinyls (kitchen) and astro turf on our patio. He was very helpful and offered a good, reasonable price for the fittings. Highly recommend Howard’s flooring and will be using their service again for future projects.

This man and his wife is an absolute joke. Turned up 20 min early for the appointment. Very rude and arrogant has got no peoples skills whatsoever. The way he was speaking to me made me very uncomfortable in my own house. Then him and his wife just left, walked out, because his wife had a sudden headache. With no explanations, No apologies nothing. Just disappeared. Unbelievable couple. I would never trust this couple to enter my house ever again. Stay away from this couple!!!! Scam

He was not even in town but spent a lot of time on video calls with me to make it all work out. Dom and his wife Nonglak quoted us for Karndean throughout our entire house at a very competitive price, the best by far compared to all of our other quotes. When it came to the week of fitting, they were very professional and happy to give advice. Not only that, but their fitting skills were evidently refined from decades of practice! It was clear they wanted to do a good job and worked very hard to achieve the standard we wanted. It is difficult to find tradespeople with this level of work ethic. Dom also went above and beyond by recommending solutions for improving the finish around our home. We could not be happier with the final result, it looks fantastic. Howard's Flooring Ltd carried out a large job for me at a property in Portsmouth. The price I paid for carpets, underlay and fitting was extremely competitive. The fitter, Dominic, is the best carpet fitter I have ever come across. He was extremely polite and professional and was able to use some of the excess carpet to fit the hallway at the house, which saved money. I highly recommend Howard's Flooring Ltd.
Happily post my surname as he is fully aware why it's a 1 star and is expecting it. Kept us waiting all day for the carpet so my sister asked for some cash off for the delay and he pulled he took massive offence, pulled his guys off the jobs they'd already started and him and his wife took turns yelling down he phone at me. Disgraceful customer service and my kids bedroom is still without a carpet. Rude, disrespectful and a complete let down.

Dominique provided me with a highly competitive quote for a carpet design I'd already found and liked. He uplifted and removed my old carpet and fitted my beautiful new stripey carpet over new underlay, retaining the gripper rods and door trims to help keep costs down. 100% happy with this company and have re-booked them to replace my wood flooring in my kitchen with vinyl.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT As you can see l can't praise this company enough. They are excellent in every way. Good prices, excellent work & great people to deal with. The workmanship is very high quality & to a very high standard. I had my whole one bedroom flat carpeted & new underlay though out, also had new vinyl laid in my kitchen in the 16th March 2020. It was booked for the 1st of April but they even rescheduled as I was ready earlier than expected. Dominic came and fitted 2 bedrooms and stairs with carpet. He also fitted vinyl in 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with the quality of his work. He arrived on time and gave a competitive quote. All work was completed at a high standard.
