First time of using Morton &Jones for materials for DIY fence project. Delivery was excellent and in contact with driver for instructions where to place materials. Typical DIY error made by myself on one wrong item, which staff at the Office went over and beyond to rectify for me. Will definitely be ordering materials next time. Thank you Guys.
Really poor service provided by David. Contacted several times by email and phone, promised quotes which never materialized, no status updates provided, even after chasing and being promised he would get back to us. Would not recommend.
Abused by these guys in a van,when I was just out for a run,not clever when they are in work vans,shows what type of people they are.

A great business supplier of everything we could possibly need to do a fencing job. The timber Is good quality and doesn't appear to have warped like when you buy it from the top DIY brand stores. My order was delivered in a timely fashion by staff who were careful of our property. I highly recommend Morton and Jones. 3 years on... I am still impressed with the quality of the products. No apparent splitting or decay in the wood. I used an oil based stain when I built the arch and fence, and never given it a second coat. It still looks fabulous.

I have had 3 workmen from Morton and Jones replacing fence. I cannot praise these men enough. The finish to the fence was more than I could wish for. Delivery drivers helped my son carry the fencing to our garden thank you so much for a excellent service wish I was home to tip them. Most drivers would of left them on road thanks again
We ordered wood from here for a project in our garden and I have to say, from placing our order over the phone, through to delivery, the service was spot on, the driver was very friendly and helpful and we found them to be reasonably priced...can't fault them at all. Will definitely use them again and we would highly recommend this company.

Ordered the wrong size fence panels, when I phoned up they were great at sorting it out. They arranged for delivery and collection the next day and took payment over the phone for being a larger size. The lady I spoke to was very helpful considering.
Rude snooty girl on desk couldn't be bothered to talk to us and when she did she couldn't even look at us . Wouldn't recommend them .

We have had fences off them before and they have been ok but these last lot are very poor out of the 7 news one 2 are falling apart big gaps in them no way will the last the winter. One's in b and m a lot better.
Great fencing products but their online price list needs updating as it`s very different to what I was recently charged!!!
