The whole experience with S&N timber has been amazing. From ordering on line and delivery. Harry the delivery driver was very polite and helpful. He saw my order as it came in and he was heading out on deliveries and decided to add my order on. This was such an amazing thing to do. Put the wood where I wanted which was not in the easiest place but he was very happy to do it. Fantastic service. Definitely deserve the highest score. Thank you everyone at S&N Timber with a special shout out to Harry the delivery driver who went above and beyond. As a side note they are cheaper than other timber merchants and I checked quite a few before I picked them. As I have more fence work to do I will definitely be buying from them.

Ordered 6’6” bespoke panels and gravel boards, great service everyone so helpful. Went out of there way to show me a sample of what I wanted. Delivery driver could not get onto the drive had to off load panels by hand. No problem at all, could not recommend them enough.
We visited the Bournemouth site however staff all busy so did not speak to anyone on the day having called before hand too so then emailed them twice but as yet sadly no reply. Shame.

We brought decking wood from S & N and it was so bent it made putting the decking down really hard, so would definitely not buy decking from them again

Was unaware that this place existed and have used other retail suppliers. I was very surprised at the large ranges on offer for timbers, accessories etc, and even more at the very reasonable prices, the helpful attitude of the staff. We only went for a look to see what was available and we were so impressed we ordered as much timber etc that we thought we needed. Having got home and being really impressed with the cost, we decided to go back and order everything we wanted. We did want to order a pergola, but it was one that was no longer available from their supplier, however we ordered more timbers to complete what we needed. The staff could see we were dissappointed that we could not get the pergola we wanted but suggested we looked online. We ordered a similar pergola online from another supplier. The staff at S&N Timber were so helpful with advice etc they deserve a recommendation. My only regret, I wish I had found them much earlier as other garden projects I have completed would have been much cheaper to complete. They really do have a well priced range. Highly recommended.
We ordered our shed back in December, we weren't in a rush but well worth a bit of a wait. Our shed arrived today, we're really impressed with the quality and the solid feel of our shed. Very helpful and friendly service, would definitely recommend their services.
Got recommend here by another local retailer. Looking for fence panels. Staff extremely knowledgeable, had s good stock and display and get this - the quality of the panels is far better than the big DIY sheds at considerably less PLUS free local delivery by two lovely lads! They make the panels themselves. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!
We ordered a Summerhouse from them about 5/ 6 months ago . And we heard because of covid that there was a long wait with most places. After looking at a few places and online we decided to use S&N Timber . And has definitely been worth the wait. Lovely quality. And put up by two very nice helpfull men. Will.we use them again DEFINITELY.

Just had our new shed delivered and installed and we are very impressed. We did have to order it 6months in advance but it’s a good sign that they are busy. They even offer a takeaway of your old shed which is very convenient. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent quality timber and garden buildings, it think it is the best place to go locally. I had gone in today to order wood but I have a potting shed from them and am still pleased with it! Friendly helpful staff who can advise you if you have any questions.
We ordered our shed and two gates back in August 2020 and were told it would take 6 months before it can be installed due to the coronavirus. We could have gone elsewhere, but the guys at S&N were helpful and we had a recommendation from a family member. Really pleased we went with S&N, the gentleman on the desk took time to explain all of the options, measurements and answered all of our questions. One week before the shed and gates were set to come, one of the fitters (Adam) came to take the final measurements. Adam returned to install the shed and gates, very friendly, happy to answer my questions and the overall finish is above expectations. My other and I are very happy with the result and the installation time was a lot less than expected. Overall I would definitely recommend S&N timber to anyone who is looking for professional fitters and quality exterior buildings. Thanks again Adam.
Visited to order a shed. Lovely chap explained everything they did and advised on placement. Only thing to note was that his t-shirt said S&N Timber which was slightly worn leaving "S&N Tim". Explained the funny looks I got when I called him Tim.

Where do I start, nothing but praise to say about S & N Timber, my wife ordered 3 6X4 & 1 6 x6 panel & was told they were had made & would take upto a week to be delivered. 5 days later a lorry turns up with a very pleasant helpful driver, he unloaded panels & put them down the side of our house. When I carried the panels to the back of our house, I was surprised by the weight & quality of the panels. So much better than other one's I have had from other places. I was desperate for the panels & had been trying to get them since early March from B&q, Wickes & Travis pirkins, only find after spending hours on Web sites they didn't have or couldn't deliver certain items. I'm really pleased I bit the bullet spent only a couple of pound extra on each panel & got panels that aren't gonna fall apart with the next bit of wind. Thank you S&N Timber.
