I recently used Andy and his team again, this time to clear all the moss off our roof and seal it. They provided an excellent professional service. Andy explained all the options beforehand and followed up after the work was done. His team were very polite and professional. They turned up on time, worked hard and removed all the moss and debris from the roof and gutters. They cleaned all the soffits and windows and ground around the house and the neighbors windows and driveway. They even came back a few days later to clean a small area that had been missed. I had a leaky joint in my gutter so I contacted Gutter & Moss Cleaning Specialists via their website to get it fixed. Andy called me back the next day and sent Grant to to do the work a couple of days later. He arrived on time, and because I wasn’t at home, Grant called me to keep me informed about what he was going to do and gave advice on future maintenance needed, fixed the leaky joint and sent photos of my guttering which was helpful. Since then, it hasn’t rained lol! Recommend.

We have just had the roof cleaned of moss on our building which is made up of a number of flats. The work was carried out in very well organised and professional manner by the team of men. The result was amazing, the roof looked completely like new. We also required the white rendering brickwork to be cleaned, and again the result was brilliant. they finally finished by washing all gutters, facias, soffits and windows, leaving and surrounding areas in a clean and tidy state. Their work ethic through truly hideous weather (January!) was nothing short of amazing. Roof moss removal, gutters and fascias cleaned. Our roof was not suitable for steam cleaning so the moss was physically scraped off and a biocide applied. There were interruptions for the weather conditions but the guys worked around these and the job was completed on time leaving the roof, gutters and fascias in a great condition. This was a big job and they worked through it speedily and professionally. As I would have expected, there were a few “snagging” points to return to the following week but there was no argument over this and they returned immediately for half a day to sort out the handful of small issues that we wanted them to attend to.

This company offers an outstanding level of service. Our roof was heavily covered in moss which was continually shedding into the gutters and dropping onto the patio below. Facias, soffits, gutters and barge boards were also in a sorry state of repair. I hadn’t heard of ‘steam cleaning’ a roof before, but I’m so glad we gave the job to this firm. The transformation is truly amazing, the roof looks like new, and with the final treatment to inhibit regrowth from spores, it’s guaranteed for ten years! Each day Andy, the boss, and Grant arrived early and although the weather was showery, which impeded progress, they made up for lost time by staying late. When the job was finished, everything was washed down (walls, windows, doors, patio) so it was cleaner than before they arrived!
