Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing contractor. The quality of the work was far below what I expected, and several issues were left unresolved. The workmanship was poor, and the overall service did not match what was promised. I tried to address my concerns, but I was not satisfied with the response or the final result. I would recommend getting everything clearly documented and carefully checking the quality of the work before hiring this contractor.
Poor experience from start to finish. The quote was reasonable, but unexpected extra charges were added later. The site was also left untidy after the work.
The roof started leaking shortly after the work was completed. I contacted the company multiple times, but they were slow to respond and the problem was never properly resolved.
Re-roofed my garage. Very good communication and quality finish. Left it a year before reviewing. No leaks!

Big thanks to William and his lads from the roofing company..... Previous to William I had two other company's out and do work on a leak that started 2years ago both costing a arm & leg still not to solve the problem!! Losing faith... by luck picking up a chinese I bumped into William seen his roofing van got chatting explained the problem... with no charge the next day he came diagnosed a problem not previously seen. He quoted the job at a fair price so gave it one last shot!!! This was 2week ago and even with this bad weather not had another problem!!! Years of stress solved within a few days can't praise these lads enough!! Thank you!

What can I say about these guys? William and his team? Absolutely brilliant we work together a few times now. Subcontract these guys really know the way around the roof. They literally completed a up and over for me within two days for Man team with lead work traditional fixtures and fittings Really knowledgeable Team I did say we will be on the roof to give it again. Our roof and especially the wooden gables were in a truly sorry state (see pic below). We were keen to retain the look of the wooden gable and both Will and Lee patiently worked with us to ensure we had a wooden look we were pleased with. The gables, the gutters, broken roof tiles and down pipes were replaced expertly. The weather was not kind to us but Lee worked stoically in all weathers to keep the job on track. Will and his team did a fantastic job on our home — they painted the full exterior, re-rendered the chimney, and reset the parapet wall to a really high standard. So hired the roofing CompanyUk Ltd thank you Lee for your hard work and your attention to detail was incredible full re-render pebbledash to the front of my property so happy with the results my first plans were to patch repair after showing me several pictures of different patch repairs It really doesn’t look the best. After a conversation with William explain the benefits and the cosmetic difference and so happy we decided to do the complete pebble –dash finished in a beautiful Canterbury Stone so happy with the results he also finished it with a chemical finish free of charge that prevents movements of the stone which was a bonus. Thank you so much. I actually thought it was an extra. I was actually willing to pay and he explained to me it’s included in the quote.also as I was working away William kept me informed of all the step-by-step stages with pictures sent to me as well, which was a great piece of mine as I was not at home thank you once again if you need any home improvements william/lee.team are people to contact, I can highly recommend wholeheartedly-FYI no deposit was taken payments on completion which I was happy with there was the only company from four quotations that did not take deposit which is reassuring

Booked William in for some general roof repairs they came fix my chimney stack. I have no more leaks so yes really happy they told me what they was going to do. They told me my leaks will defo stop and guess what? I do not have any more leaks and I have now got to dry room, thank you sir.

From the first point of contact, the company were honest and threw in no hidden cost, what you get quoted is what you pay. Very happy with the work done to fix my shed roof where it joins the house. William came out promptly, explained the best long-term fix with new flashing chased into the wall.
