The whole process was superb from contacting Jack in the office who booked an appointment for me with Simon who gave me all the information I needed plus price in a friendly and professional way and after discussing it with my wife we went ahead and ordered the hardie lap cladding in soft green plus insulation!!!!!! The installation team Adam and Rich were first class and nothing was too much trouble for them and were definitely customer focused and orientated and very pleasant,polite and friendly and did the job efficiently and quickly with no fuss and tidied up as they went and did such a good job of it that you would be hard put( except for the cladding!!!!) to know that we had anything done!!!!! I would recommend the gutter and cladding company to anyone!!!! Well done the whole team!!!!!👍

Very poor communication and awful sales tactics. Prepare to have prices pushed on you before they are even prepared to show you the finish of the material they have quoted for. Was told “will see if you can afford it and then samples will be provided.” Very poor judgement and an awful way to carry out business. Most likely due to the fact that they are trying to push people into accepting majorly overpriced quotes taking advantage of those who do not explore the whole local market. This is the highest cost of 3 quotes I have obtained. Prepare be treated like an Inconvenience for asking to see examples of what materials they offer to then have quotations sent over for you to accept without you ever seeing the product they are quoting for… I was told that he wasn’t prepared for the appointment when I sent over pictures (as they requested,) prior to him attending. They will then ignore all correspondence thereafter. A lot of initial red flags. Time wasters and would avoid as they can’t even get the initial process right.
Had a great experience of service with these guys, they were fair on quotes to work that needed doing to the roof, they tidied up after and would 100% recommend for any roofing/guttering work that needs doing. Thanks
Having seen the first rate job done by The Gutter and Cladding Company on one of our neighbours property we decide to use them to replace our old and tired cladding. We were not disappointed. From the onset we were treated with courtesy. Everything was fully explained – the different types of cladding, the insulation and the fitting procedure. As we were unsure of which colour cladding to have, photos of the house with the different colour cladding superimposed on it were sent to us. This was a tremendous help. The fitting crew were very competent, polite and professional answering our questions and queries in a knowledgable and well mannered way. The work was carried out to a very high standard and any mess was cleaned up as they went along. We received phone calls and texts from head office checking that we were happy and keeping us up to date with any changes. Overall it was a thoroughly professional job with a lovely end result. I am more than happy to recommend this company.
Disaster company, paid over 20k for windows and doors, got no Certass certificate or registration with building control. Poor installation no frame fixings on any windows!!! Composite door dropped but they have refused to rectify. Avoid at all costs. Contact me for any further info.

Please stay away from this company. They did a very poor job at our house with replacing gutters, soffits and fascias. We called them repeatedly to come back and fix the issues, but they never did. A huge waste of money.

Getting the quote was straightforward and easy, the office staff always on the end of the phone and very helpful. They were able to work around me and specific timings that was very much appreciated. The guys who came to do the work were lovely and checked in with me regularly to check my preferences. They had to do a little bit of work on my neighbours side and they were very courteous and respectful of my neighbours property. The only thing I would flag is that we have open eaves and you can see the back of the facias boards and the underside of the eaves from inside the house. I don't think that was realised and so some of the work does not look as tidy from the inside as I would have liked (due to visible screws and varied colour of the back of the boards, some damage to the existing rafters). To the credit of the guys there was one area that would always be in my line of sight when working from home, and as soon as I mentioned it they created a tidy solution which I am very happy with. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, the gutters and facias look great from the outside and are 100% improved from what was there before. Friendly and efficient service from a reputable company.

The office staff were friendly and kept us updated throughout, and the installers did a fantastic job with the cladding. Everything was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail. Recommended to me by a friend. Very professional assessor came out and quoted a price. Paid a 25% deposit that day however email received saying I had not. This was bluntly acknowledged with the explanation This was a standard response! Work dates cancelled twice and Saturday appointment made. The team that came out to do the job were great. No complaints about the work done, however, the administration side of things was Poor. I asked for a letter/certificate to confirm the work done and this was ignored. Still awaiting it. In Short the work carried out was professional and to a high standard but the administration was not.

Very pleased with the facia renewal we had done. The workmen were quick and efficient and cleared up after themselves. The work wasn't cheap, but I'm very glad we used the Gutter and Cladding Company, a very good local company.
Having moved into a lovely house which unfortunately had some rendering dropping off into the neighbours property, we was unsure about what to do. We had various people come to quote for re-rendering and then thought about cladding the house instead. We chose the "Gutter and Cladding Company" to do our job as they were more efficient to come round and also priced the job up on the same day. Tunde the salesman sat down with us to fully explain how the job in question would be done. And as it happened, all went as planned, including their arrival time, the politeness of the fitters, the tidying up each day before they went home, and of course the fitting itself of the cladding and the guttering. They even cut the soil stack down to a reasonable height, as we had requested earlier, which meant they also had to find a tile or two to cover the hole where the soil stack had been on the roof. This didn't appear to be a problem for them, as it would have been for me if I was to be doing it. All in all the whole process from the initial contact with Michelle and Jack in the office, through to Tony and Gavin the fitters, has been one that I can fully recommend. Everything has been upfront and honest, now that's not something you hear about every day.

All the work was carried out very professionally. The installers took great care, with good attention to detail, to ensure that the work was to a very high standard, discussing options with us to ensure we all agreed what was the best solution. The final results look great, very neat. The scaffolders took great care to protect the house, and like the installers took pride in their work. As we wanted Hardie Plank, not uPVC, cladding, we struggled to find an installer with experience, so we were pleased to find The Gutter and Cladding Company who understood our requirements. We certainly recommend them.

Had some work done just over 7 years ago which was excellent, had a couple pieces fade so made contact and true to there word they came out and replaced the parts. Communication was easy via phone and email and I would fully recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted The Gutter & Cladding Company for a quote, this may seem strange to say of a company, but they were efficient, timely and had a quote ready on the day they inspected our house. Some companies took weeks just to quote. Jack at the office and Ben who conducted the site visit were always very pleasant and extremely helpful.

The Gutter and Cladding Company have just finished a complete replacement of all of our guttering, soffits, facia boards and a garage roof. The quote was our lowest quote. From the moment I spoke to the person who quoted to the moment the work was completed I have felt confident with their professional attitude. We have been kept informed of expected dates with auto calendar updates, phone calls and text messages. The work was done on the original planned date. The work is of a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. Apologies to the people at the Gutter and Cladding company for the delay in getting this review up. We had our soffits completely replaced by them some time ago and cant recommend them enough. The whole job was more involved/tougher than expected due to nature of the existing plaster soffits which were very difficult to remove. Needless to say they a did a great job and even came back round to replace a broken pipe (shortly after the original work was completed) as well as adjust some guttering some time later. As far as the fitters etc. are concerned, they really are a credit to the company and are well mannered, friendly and professional. Office/sales staff were also very good whenever we spoke with them. We will definitely be using them again.
work has been carried, few issue have occurred. awaiting development. So nothing has been. As to what I expected. My neighbour had her cladding done. And I got to say looks better than my cladding. Pity it couldn't be done right the first time. Also it helps the fact that if you have had 1 bad job, you send better people for the second job. Also my neighbour she has had the same fascia done on the cladding including the barge board at the top by the roof. My hasn't been done which should of been included like hers. When asking and talking about matters to the boss. Be aware of his approach, as he has not a pleasant vocabulary of words when responding to emails.
Had the gutters replaced. The gutters don’t work as gutters. Water pours straight off the roof and down onto the bay windows. We can’t sleep at night when it rains because of the noise. Contacted the company on several occasions and got a response after leaving a poor review here. They have come and cleaned the gutters today but it hasn't fixed the issue and the rain keeps pouring from the roof. UPDATE! Got a snide email from the company, mistaking me for my wife. Get used to this level of incompetence from these cowboys. After contacting them loads of times and explaining what needed to be done they then tried to cover up their own mistake by saying we needed to have a downpipe installed and "pay the extra"! Clowns. We paid another company to come and realign the gutters and that has remedied the shoddy workmanship. An easy fix to a problem they caused, refused to repair, and that caused countless sleepless nights and water damage to our house.

Tyrone and Ben went the extra mile to ensure our cladding installation was completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome. There were few delays, interruptions caused by holidays, weather and more cladding being needed but these were all easily overcome.
I had replacement fascias, soffits and gutters fitted. The whole job went smoothly and speedily, the 2-person team working tirelessly for the 4 consecutive days it took. Scaffolding was needed for 2 gables - this was put up for one gable at the start of the first day of work, moved halfway through the job, then dismantled a couple of days after the job completed. The standard of the work seems excellent and I would happily recommend this company to neighbours and friends.

Replaced old cladding with Cedral lap. House looks fantastic. Whole process was carried out with care and attention to detail. Plus extremely helpful when we suggested minor preferences as work progressed. No hesitation in recommending the Gutter and Cladding Company and would happily have them carry out work for us again.
Firstly the bad stuff. Our job (total cladding of a detached house) was originally scheduled for 3 weeks in Aug/Sep. This kept on being delayed until it was done in Nov/Dec and took 5 weeks. However, in the middle of a pandemic where everyone seemed to be getting the builders in instead of going on holiday, where other businesses wouldn't even quote and where building materials were in short supply - this delay was very excusable. The 2 guys (Tyrone and Ben) on our job were the ideal tradesmen. Great respect for our property, tidied up every evening and explained how it was all going at every stage. They were perfectionists in their approach. The materials used were first class and all building standards were met. The house now looks brilliant, see our photo attached. I would recommend this company as long as you are comfortable with the points made in my first paragraph.

Not a good experience at all, waited 16 weeks from date deposit was paid and then still had the date agreed re arranged various times, communication non existent between myself and also between themselves (staff), turned up when they felt like it or what suited them, not what suited me to be honest. Had to call back to sort issues out, left concrete on window sills, screws and nails on driveway. Seems they've taken on to much work or not enough staff, rushing jobs through and then worrying about snags instead of getting right first time and having a satisfied customer. Better companies out their to be honest
Communication was excellent. The product is quality (some scuffs on the final cladding which were not expected although I was given touch up paint) and has transformed my property. The workmen were professional, kept me updated and were accommodating to my specific requests.

I approached replacement of cladding surrounding my house with trepidation as it was an expensive project. I shouldn't have worried. The job was a challenge as access was difficult in places, but there was no temptation to rush to make up time. Indeed, I added to the workload while in progress by including soffits and fascia replacement. All in all I was relieved at the finish, as it looked better than samples demonstrated, and had been complimented by neighbours. My one concern, which prevented allocation of five stars, was that with hindsight I would have preferred to have been talked through the practicalities before the work started, so that I wasn't as reliant on questioning the installers.

Excellent service. Came within the time slot they said they would, and called before to make sure there were no changes. Showed photographic evidence of the newly cleaned gutters and provide a guarantee for the work they carry out. I would highly recommend them.

The Gutter Company made a nice job of our neighbour's house so we decided to give them the job of cladding our house. We had the top half done front, back and side with a plan to render and paint the bottom half. They made a great job of the Marley Cedral click which is a bit more expensive than the lap but looks great together with the new guttering they fitted.

Hi we have just had our guttering, soffit and fascias done . I had done my homework and looked at quite a few different companies, finally I settled with this company . The price came in right on what I wanted to pay and considering I had scaffolding front and back of the house this suprised me . The lads worked quickly and efficiently and left leaving nothing but a smile on my face . Personally I think if you're looking to have this kind of work done ,look no further this is the company for you . Top quality and a professional attitude across the team .
