JACK AND HIS WORK TEAM DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF MY FASCIAS AND SOFFITS AND ALL THE OTHER JOBS THEY COMPLETED ON MY HOUSE. JACK GAVE EXCELLENT ESTIMATES AND KEPT ME UPDATED ALL THE TIME AND RECOMMENDING OTHER THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED,WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE TO HAVE DONE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE WORK DONE.WE HAVE BOTH LIVED IN BARTON ON SEA ALL OUR LIVES AND AS LOCALS WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND FASCIA WORLD.

Jack and his team recently cladded the front and rear of my grans house did a very nice job at a great price and is coming back in a few weeks to clean the roof i would 100% recommend

For 6 weeks we waited for Fascia World to complete the work they started and for which we paid a large sum of money up front but nobody came. Neil promised time and time again his workers would be here but time and time again no one turned up. We decided in the end to give up on him and requested some of our money back but despite more promises of a refund nothing has materialised and now he is not replying to our emails. On reading previous reviews I understand now that we are not the first to be cheated and probably won't be the last so our advise would be don't touch this company with a barge pole!!!! .

We are very pleased with the work we had done. Roof clean, gutters and cladding. The workmen were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

My father hired Neil to complete some repairs on his property. The repairs on the roof are shoddy and it is still leaking (he is having to hire other contractors to resolve this). He paid Neil a £600.00 deposit for some windows. This was paid months and months ago. They never materialised. Neil sent at least 4 contractors out to my father's property to repeatedly measure his windows (why does someone need to measure a customer's windows 4 separate times? it still baffles me). Neil ignored my father's calls, his letter, and there was never anyone in the office during working hours whenever my father tried to see him in person. It was starting to look very sinister, especially as my father is an elderly retired man, and £600.00 is a lot of money. I intervened and last Friday contacted Neil via the email on his website. He immediately replied and was initially very amicable, however he soon turned hostile when I started to challenge him on the things he said, especially regarding when he intended to process my father's refund of the £600.00 deposit. He never properly explained the excessive delays, shoddy work, or reluctance to communicate directly with my father. I have multiple emails from Neil where he threatens to ignore me if I continue to send emails chasing up a refund that he gave incorrect timelines for. I also have an email where he says if I keep sending what he thinks of as long emails, he will leave me to chase the refund through trading standards. His attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, something which I repeatedly called him out on. I also told him threatening me with a long drawn out battle through trading standards or ignoring me does not deter me from pursuing my father's rightful refund as he is not entitled to that money under consumer law, having taken money for goods never received. I suspect Neil regularly ignores customers, leaves them to chase him through trading standards, and is regularly rude and abrupt to people with genuine concerns, hence his behaviour with me. Luckily we got my father's money back, although it was a very long drawn out and painful process to do this. I don't want others to go through what we did, do not use this man's company, avoid him, and find someone with more respect for paying customers. (12-11-23) After reviewing Neil's slightly catty response, I felt it was important that I updated my review. I think it is disappointing how Neil has handled my review, which is genuine, fair, and honest. The fact he has lowered himself to the point of criticising my father's home only serves to showcase what an unfriendly individual he is who cannot handle criticism. The fact Neil has flared up so much at my comments only shows that I have touched a nerve. I am not going to be bullied by Neil into not saying the truth and his perceived state of my father's home has no relevance on the situation but I appreciate his unsolicited concern. Referencing your need for confirmation on things - I can confirm that I emailed you on the 21-07-23 and requested the refund and highlighted concerns, and you processed it on the 25-07-23. When I stated that this was a "very long drawn out and painful process" I meant that in terms of communicating with Neil. He is quite an angry individual, quick to flare up, not quick to have a reasonable conversation with. The work is shoddy. We have had other contractors around to review it and they said it was shoddy - it still leaks! Any sane person who reads Neil's response to my original review will soon conclude that it is best to swerve this man and not give him your business. My intention wasn't to get his back up but to highlight genuine concerns regarding his practices and how he treats customers, clearly this has fallen on deaf ears, oh well.

A prompt & very professional Job repairing our roof & guttering, would highly recommend.

Really bad response times . After having gutters fitted, there was a leak in two places. Begged Neil for months to come and fix it. Was promised multiple times that it would be fixed, but no one turned up. Eventually, the gutter completely dislodged and had to call someone to do emergency repair. Cost me a fortune. Obviously, people are only interested in taking your money, no aftercare whatsoever.

A tale of two halves: Neil organised some guttering and fascia work for us in early 2023, very speedy and a good job done by his team, they even did a bit of extra on a roof tile for us (no complaints). However in July we had some of the guttering come apart, i sent some pics to Neil and he came back straight away explaining what he thought had happened and said he would drop in "soon". I didn't hear so I chased a week later and he said his lads were on a job and would be around at the end of the week - once again this didn't happen. I chased 3 more times on email to give him a decent opportunity to reply but no response. In the end we have had to pay someone else to get it sorted which isn't right. So the summary is good initial work (as seen in their other reviews) but don't expect any after sales service/remedial support which is a shame as its a big part of customer satisfaction.

They replaced all soffit,fascia and gutters on my mums property very good service excellent workmanship clean and tidy very polite craftsman I would highly recommend them
