Evelec Ltd

Stellar company from start to finish. Finding contractors with reliable communication is usually the hardest part (delayed replies, no shows, or being ignored after a quote), but that was definitely not the case here. Instant replies, a direct and honest approach, and proactive problem solving throughout a non-straightforward EV charger installation. Tom and Alex did a fantastic job well beyond expectations, all at competitive pricing. I am definitely saving their details for any future projects and highly recommend them.

Installation of OHME Charger by EVelec. Work carried out very professionally by the installation team and customer operational advice support .

Great service from friendly proffesional team. I would thoroughly recommend these guys for EV Charge point installation.

This is a brilliant company, they were punctual, tidy and went to extra lengths to fit my Dad's electric charge point. The chap who installed was extremely kind and polite to my elderly parents and would highly recommend to anyone looking to install through them. Thank you so much

As soon as I contacted EVelec the were professional, and very quickly replied to my first enquiry and booked the first appointment within a few days. Chris looked around the house and came up with a plan. I had a quote the same day and booked in with a 4 week wait (which was the same for everyone we spoke to). Installation day a new plan was constructed but the 2 installers were great. The job is so neat you wouldn't even know its there. I would highly recommend using EVelec

After struggling to get an Andersen EV charge installed directly, reached out to EVelec as one of their approved installers. Chris was round the next day to size up the install which was a tricky one, Alex and Tom arrived promptly on the agreed day and did an amazing job of the installation. They managed to get the job done with no visible holes or trunking, incredibly professional service, quick, clean, tidy, and a clever solution to our tricky install. Highly recommend.

Installed a Hypervolt 3 Pro in my garage. Good quality work, would thoroughly recommend.

Chris, Mark and team have just completed my solar and battery install. As always they are professional, polite and very tidy. This is my 4th project with them since 2023, and I am very happy to recommend them.

Just had a hypervolt 3 pro installed and the service was fantastic, they arrived when they said they would, got the job done to a very high standard, no mess, managed to come up with a solution to reduce the cable required and adjusted the bill, can't rate them highly enough.

I’m really pleased with my solar and battery installation. Chris and team were brilliant throughout - from advising on the spec and different options, assessing all the practicalities and a neat and professional result. I wanted to go with a local company rather than through the energy supplier and it was worth it. Great bunch of guys - thank you

Very neat and tidy installation of an OHME charger. Time taken as per initial advice and better solution to running the cable to the charging point than I thought possible was suggested on site. Everything left neat and tidy. Full set of Certificates supplied immediately.

For the moment I received the quote from Chris @ EVelec I had the impression it was a quality company. Emails responded to promptly (minutes). Alex arrived promptly, discussed placement of our Anderson EV charger and cable routing. Showed me how to use it and set up the app. No mess left. Really impressed with EVelec and would throughly recommend. Thanks.

Andersen A3 installed at home, happy with the installation process and prompt receipt of certification paperwork.

A huge thankyou to the team at EVelec for installing our Hypervolt charger. From start to finish the whole process has been brilliant Chris and Alex were spot on. We are enjoying charging our ev and would definitely recommend EVelec to anyone.

We’ve been absolutely blown away by EVelec. After a terrible experience with Octopus we contacted Chris who responded quickly, came over to assess things and organised Alex to install our charger a few days later. Alex was lovely and did a great job on the installation which even ended up being cheaper than Octopus - we couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you!

These guys were great, very quick to quote and to fit. They have done a really tidy install and were easy to get on with. I would highly recommend.

EVelec are great. We had a Hypervolt charger installed and are very pleased with the result. Chris was really helpful and honest at the initial visit as we’ve got an unusual house and this would be a complex installation. Mark and Sonny turned up exactly on time for the installation and were brilliant, discussing the best cable routing options and taking the time to explain what they were doing. The resulting installation is very neat despite the challenges. Highly recommended

Brilliant service from EVelect. Professional consultation, fair pricing, and an exceptional final result with a finish that exceeded our expectations. Quality workmanship and genuine professionalism at every stage. Fully recommend.

Pleased with the work by Chris and Mark to install EV charging point and external electrical power points. Mark visited to get a proper understanding of the site (not entirely straightforward) and prepared the quote accordingly. Everything works well and they were most professional. Thanks

Top service from EVelec, both Chris and Mark have been exceptional. From initial survey, e-mail correspondence, quote, appointment and actual installation - everything went smoothly and professionally. The quote I received beat all others, but above all the whole engagement felt easy and laid back, which I liked. No pushing, no upselling. Mark is a very skilful and tidy installer, I can't recommend him enough. We went for Hypervolt and we love it. Thanks guys!

Great service. From the initial quote through to the works, friendly, informative and on time. We had a Hypervolt car charger fitted., would definitely recommend and will be back for a quote on solar panels and battery in the future.

EVelec have been so professional and supportive throughout the whole process from enquiring about installation through to completion. Responses and investigations were immediate for any questions raised by myself or the managing agents enabling the install to go ahead. The team were extremely good when doing the install as they kept me informed of the steps throughout and showed how to operate it when finished. I highly recommend this company for home EV chargers.

Excellent & helpful service from start to completion.

Contacted Evelec Ltd via their contact form and Chris contacted me same day to book in an assessment. Meeting went well and together we agreed on my best solution. Date booked for Alex to install and this went very well. Both Chris and Alec were very professional, pleasant and I now have a lovely Hypervolt EV Charger installed.

Great service. Prompt visit for site survey, moved up the installation date on charger availability without any request and the installation was nice and tidy.

Fabulous service, straightforward from start to finish, lovely installer who answered all my questions and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Incredible service from start to finish. Super professional guys with a lot of skill. I’m super happy with my EV charging point, so thank you!

Quick response from Chris who booked me in and planned the job out for my EV charger installation. Alex came and installed the EV charger and was very knowledgable with what he was doing. Highly recommend.

Friendly, professional and competent engineer. Job completed to a high standard, everything explained effectively.

Brilliant. Easy to do business with, did an excellent job and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Chris at EVelec Ltd provided fantastic, fast service. He came out to assess a fairly complex installation and had a clear, reasonable quote over to me within a few days of my enquiry. Our installer, Alex, was prompt, courteous, and completed the job efficiently. He also took the time to walk me through how everything worked before leaving. Highly recommend EVelec Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable EV home charge point installation.

An excellent job of installation done by Mark. Am very pleased. And, he gave me some good advice about which apps to use to get the most out of my new electric car. Would highly recommend.

I met with four different companies before choosing Evelec, and I’m so glad I held out. From the first visit, Chris gave me total confidence – he really listened to what I wanted and understood how important a neat, discreet installation was for me. I chose the Andersen charger because it’s stylish and unobtrusive, and the finish Chris delivered was absolutely brilliant. All the cabling has been neatly hidden away in conduit, and the attention to detail throughout the install was exceptional. Professional, tidy, and genuinely great to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evelec to anyone looking for a high-quality EV charger installation.

Chris and Mark were excellent. From the very beginning of the process, Chris was committed to ensuring I made an informed choice. He talked through the options, listened to my requirements and offered me options that worked for me. The installation is faultless and even on a really damp day, they managed to dig the cable, install the post and fit the charger without leaving a bit of mud anywhere. I have no hesitation in recommending EVelec. They're great.

Chris and Mark were fantastic. The installation is faultless, on a very damp day they managed to dig up the ground, lay the cable and fix the post for my new EV charger without getting mud anywhere, at all! In fact, I think the path is probably cleaner now. Throughout the process, Chris was really knowledgeable, flexible and understanding. He cared about how I was going to use my EV charger and spent time to make sure I made the right choice for me and my family. The electrical installation is perfect, the documentation was all with me within hours of them finishing up. I highly recommend EVelec and their work. Thank you.

Great service - would highly recommend!

One of the best electricians in brighton!

Very clear communication with Chris before the installation date. Three price options were presented. Alex arrived early and clearly stated what he would need to do to perform the installation. He was done very quickly and I have never known a tidier engineer in our house - very impressed. He got me set up and explained how to use the app. Overall I could not give a higher recommendation - throughly impressed with these guys!

Excellent charger installation, clear communication, throughout installation

Really impressed with the quality, neatness and very positive attitude that all members of Evelec displayed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Clear comms, best price, and a tidy job done in a very good turnaround time!

Very knowledgeable, flexible with times and prompt

I highly recommend this company. They were friendly, patient and communicated well. They cleared up after themselves. I am pleased with the work that they did on my property.

From the initial discussions and clear advice through to the competitive quote and the thoroughly professional installation of my Zappi car charger, I’ve been extremely impressed with EVelec. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Chris, Mark and the team did a fantastic job of our solar and battery installation. From start to finish, I was talked through the work, and also how best to utilise the new kit in the future. Wouldn’t hesitate using for future work! Thanks gents!

Fantastic, local, friendly and professional service! I was initially looking at installations options from the charger's people and also Octopus's installation service, but when I reached out to them, neither could answer my questions about how they'd set things up based on the layout of my house. I'm so glad I contacted EVelec - Chris popped round the next day to have a look and came up with a proposal that made sense and reassured me. When Alex came to do the installation, he found an even smarter way to install the charger and associated cabling, and installed it in the most unobtrusive tidiest way possible. I couldn't be happier. Chris and his team have a great business going, and I'm very grateful to them, and wish them all the best! :)

Alex from EVelec installed my Andersen car charger yesterday and did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, and really took pride in his work. The installation was super neat, and the charger looks fantastic and works perfectly. Great communication throughout — I’d highly recommend EVelec to anyone looking for a top-quality EV charger installation!

Chris and the team were amazing. From the very first contact, nothing was to much trouble. I had to provide my housing association with a lot of information prior to booking installation and Chris provided all this information so quickly. Again nothing was too much trouble. Installation booked within days once permission granted by housing. Alex installed the charger. The job was completed professionally. Very neat and tidy. Electric charging is new to me and Chris answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Chris and the team. Thank you

Excellent service from EVelec - installed a Hypervolt Pro 3 charger within 3 weeks after a thorough home visit and discussion of options. Installation work was punctual, quick & tidy. Although there was an initial glitch with PEN-related error (usually linked to local power supply fluctuations) this was cleared by power-cycling the unit. Very satisfied with ease of use and app controls for this Hypervolt charger.

Installation of home EV charger--Really great service from EVelec---from quote to the work being done was perfect. Friendly and easy to do business with. Totally recommend.

Great service, great price. Had 3 different quotes to fit a EV Charger and this company gave me the best deal and fitted it quicker than the others could fit one. Will definitely use again for any electrical needs, and I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Evelec who installed an Andersen home charging unit for us. No fuss and we are good to go. Highly recommended!

Very professional service and a job well done!

First Class service delivered on time and a very neat Battery Installation.

Superb. Really pleased with the process from start to finish. Chris turned up promptly to quote and listened to how I was hoping the wiring could be directed. The quote was very reasonable and they were more than happy for me to supply my own charger which I did - an Andersen A2. Mark and Al were on time and were really pleasant to have around. They listened to where I wanted the wiring and made some alternative suggestions as well. They worked hard and took the time to answer any questions we had. There was no pressure whilst my wife and I made a final decision about the location of the box. Their work was meticulous and you can hardly even tell the trunking is there internally as they placed it just above the skirting board and caulked it as well. It just looks like part of the skirting board now. Really happy to have found EVelec and a totally stress-free and efficient EV charger installation done to the highest of standards.

After being let down by eon next in not being able to advise on a date when their tethered charger would be available for supply and install, we looked around for an alternative and decided to settle for a Hypervolt home 3 pro. Hypervolts website directed us to EVlec Limited, who were the closest accredited installer. We made contact and within a couple of days Chris carried out a survey of our property and provided a competitive estimate which we accepted. The installation was carried out by Alex who completed a neat, tidy, and first class service. We are delighted with their quality of work and professionalism and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

From initial contact with Chris, to installation by Alex, Evelec have been a pleasure to deal with, and all questions were answered promptly. The Anderson charger is working perfectly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend evelec Ltd.. Thanks Guys

Can not reccomend EVelec highly enough! They were friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable from the first survey to the final installation. Thanks guys

Ev charger installed by Alex who arrived on time, identified best cable runs and professionally completed the installation quickly and without major disturbance. Very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this firm.

Great service. I would recommend EVelec for a prompt friendly professional EV charger installation. The whole experience was effortless, thanks to Alex for a great installation.

Very professional installation of my Zappi. Highly recommended. Quick to reply to my emails and texts. Five stars.

Amazing service, efficient, clear instructions - thank you

EVelec installed a OHME-E charger point at my home and from the first survey to the completed install everything was professional and finished perfectly. Friendly knowledgeable guys who I would highly recommend.

Superb service from start to finish. Great communication, courteous and prompt. The work was done on the day scheduled to a very high standard - thank you!

Great service from start to finish. The guys did an excellent job going to some effort to route the cable exactly as I wanted it done. Good Company with excellent service, they do ‘what it says on the tin’. Highly recommended.

Both chris and Mark were professional and clear with communication. Quick quote from Chris and Mark started work within a week or so. Mark carried out a number of electric jobs in our house inc light fitting, switches, plugs and an extractor fan. Very please and would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Would recommend: reliable, friendly and professional service. Pleased with the whole process

This is the second EV charger EVelec have installed for me. On time, informative, tidy and honest. Accommodated all my requests. Thank you! Darren Y, Worthing.

Excellent service and very professional job - many thanks.

Great work - Installed an EV Charger at my house with a really long run of cable from where the electricity comes in. The installation looks fantastic and they have hidden the cable exceptionally well. Would recommend!

Chris was great on the quote and communications side and Alex did a fabulous job on installing our electric charger, really took the time to think how to make it as neat and tidy as possible. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from EVelec. Installed an ev charger that met my requirements at a great price. Would recommend this company

Great service - fantastic communication from start to finish. Neat and tidy install. Recommended.

Above and beyond Installed with care as had to run cable behind walls All done well all rubbish cleared, all in time frame agreed Car happily charging in garage

Great company, amazingly efficient at fitting me in quickly. Very pleased with the service and end product. Much faster way to get a EV charger installed than going direct with the electricity suppliers lead times! Would highly recommend. Thank you

Delighted with the instillation of my home ev charger from EVelec. The entire process was simple, transparent and trouble free. No hidden extras or upselling involved - just a simple process to get a free quote online which was very competitive. On the day Alex arrived bang on time, completed the install with minimum fuss and the whole job was clean and professional. Alex left the site tidy and even took away the packaging. I can't recommend the company highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

Installed an EV Charger in my garage and did an excellent job! I live on the third floor apartment and they were one the only companies that were able to do the job. Thanks for the excellent service!

Very efficient, professional and personable service. Highly recommended!

Don’t look anywhere else. They were the only firm who send someone round to look at my property, advise on the installation and then quote for the actual job ( no standard installation fee plus unknown add ons ). They came within 2 weeks and did a great job. Very tidy. Couldn’t fault them.

Chris was very professional from the start. He guided me through the installation process. Chris's work was very tidy and clean and was polite through the work being done. Chris arrived at the time that was arranged. Nothing was to much trouble for Chris with the questions I had and always had a prompt response. They are a good company to use and would highly recommend.

Quick responses, easy to work with and a job well done.

We wanted EV charge points installing across 26 bays in our residential development underground car park. After sourcing quotes from numerous National suppliers, which seemed quite expensive, we were recommended to EVelec. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and advice Chris and his team provided. Their quote was extremely competitive and the advice and guidance Chris provided in securing a government grant was invaluable. The installation was completed on time and the quality of work was exemplary, Chris and the team did a fantastic job of ensuring as much of the cabling as possible was well concealed. The charging units themselves were very compact and the look of the installation overall was fantastic. I can’t recommend Chris and his team at EVelec highly enough.

Very pleased with the installation of our EVelec charger unit. Chris and Alex were really great at explaining things, and are very nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend them if you are thinking of having a charger fitted. Thanks Guys from two happy customers. Xx

Totally professional and efficient service from first phone call to final fitting of EV charger and setting up the app. Mark did a very neat job and managed to position the charger and other components exactly where we wanted them. He was quick and tidy too. Helpful, competent and friendly. Thanks!

Such a fantastic professional team of people. They were so clean in their work and they helped me to get set up on the app for the EV charger. Cannot recommend them more highly

Excellent service from both Chris and Mark. Chris was very prompt on responding to all emails and knowledgeable about the product and understanding of all my requirements. Mark turned up as agreed on time, was very tidy and polite and nothing too much trouble.

What a delight it was to have Mark and Chris here working on our EV charging. Great work so then we got them back to do our house rewiring, new build electrics, power diverter and then battery storage! That must say it all! It is always good to have a team who put in such quality work and treat the customer in a way I would always like to given my customers in my 'trade' before retirement. Nothing was too much trouble! Thoroughly recommended! Many thanks. - Dave

Had Mark and the team recently install a OHME Charger and also helped with a grant too. Was complicated as needed to upgrade supply with UKPN but all was smoothly done and charging working great! Can't recommend them more, excellent team.

Excellent service from the start. A prompt response to my inquiry Chris was very helpful and informative. Installation was great, neat job excellent workmanship. Thanks to Alex. I will recommend EVelec to family and friends.

Want a wall charger ? don't go anywhere else but to EVELEC. These guys really know their stuff - top marks for attention to detail and diagnosing + fixing issues. Superb. Surrey GU6

I recently had the pleasure of welcoming Mark from EVelec to install a Tesla Wall Charger at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, Mark demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for their work. The installation was completed swiftly and without any hitches. The final setup looks immaculate, and the charger works flawlessly. I highly recommend [Mark and EVelec for anyone in need of a Tesla Wall Charger installation. Thank you, Mark, for a job exceptionally well done!

I had a tricky, non standard EV charger installation which was completed by the EVelec team to the highest of standards in adverse conditions. They were extremely helpful in ensuring that I understood the various apps and also with EV and charging information generally. They were on time and left the area spotless. I would highly recommend EVelec to anyone considering having an EV charger installed.

Amazingly quick communications, great customer service, and fun people to have around for the fitting. Many companies could learn to be more like this.

Really professional guys - quick responses, great service and the ev charger was installed beautifully - straight and tidy cable! Thank you Chris and Alex

I don't often write reviews but we had a really great experience with EVelec so I felt I must. Chris came around to do a site visit within a few days of initial contact, provided a quote the same evening, and then Alex came to install the charger the following week. The price was lower than another quote that we got and the quality of the work and the communication was excellent. I wish more companies were like this!

Friendly fast and free quotation supplied to us, which we accepted. The pricing was aligned to Octopus in relation to supply and install, however, they had more specialised experience here at EVelec and could fit much faster (Octopus had a 12 week timeline to install). On the day of install EVelec turned up on time, diligently talked through the process and what would happen. They were fast, considerate and very clean in relation to making sure everything was tidied up before they left. Before they did leave they ensured we had the app installed and we were up and running as well as giving a walk through of the charger itself. Very good service and would highly recommend.

Recommended Evelec, quick to respond, accurate quote and Alex was great with the install.

Had an Ohme epod installed recently. Great service from EVelec from start to finish. Quick, reliable, accommodating. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great service from a great team at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service! I would recommend EVelec to anyone wanting to install a charger for their EV. From the very first call, Chris was quick to respond, clear in communication and helpful in my choice of which charger to opt for. On the day of install, Alex was incredibly professional. He listened to my needs, gave me advice where I needed it, and finished the job exceptionally fast and with quality, too. Appreciate the work they did on this job. Thanks team!

Big thanks to Chris, Mark and Alex who did a stellar job fitting an EV charger for us and have since done an electrical survey and rewire, brilliant service and workmanship each time. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very efficient and professional. You bought the wrong charger and they helped set me up. Really happy with the service.

Great experience dealing with Chris and his installer, Alex. Quote provided very promptly, with good explanation of proposed install. Price was better than the 2 other quotes I received. Alex installed Hypervolt Home 3 Pro - Clearly knowledgeable. Only used system once so far, but very simple operation and looks very good. Recommended!

Good service from EVelec. Sensible pricing and a nice finish. Thanks.

Great service and highly recommended. Chris was very helpful with the selection of our charge point and provided recommendations. It was installed very quickly and looks great. Thanks Again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service received from Chris and the team. From point of contact to installation Chris, Mark and Adrian were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had an OHME Pro charger fitted following being advised by Octopus energy that it would be up to 16 weeks before they could fit the same charger. We were thrilled when Evelec confirmed they could do the installation for us in 2 weeks and even more so when they called two days after coming out to quote to say they’d had a job postponed and could do the job that day! And at a comparable price to the Octopus installation. Highly recommended!

Excellent friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Professional work and expert advice. Clean installation of an EV charging point. I recommend them!

Great professional service from Chris and Mark, the patient problem solvers. Very happy with the installation and thank you the Evelec team

Great service - Chris was extremely helpful and went through all of my options as well as accommodated a change in charger at a late stage due to an issue on my side. Would highly recommend!

Great service. The install was very clean and tidy. They were very professional and made sure that all the cables were hidden. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend EVelec.

Excellent work by Alex installing an Easee One EV Charge point, all sorts of problems with my difficult house and where various things might be for earthing regulations, but all dealt without any drama. Thanks!

I strongly recommend this company who have just installed a car charger for me in a difficult location involving a long cable run including moleing under paving and pipe work. The guys were very pleasant and efficient. They went to considerable lengths to help me when I stupidly managed to lock my car with the car and house keys inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent installation of an EV charger. Chris is knowledgeable and efficient.

Really good experience with this business. Email exchange over the right product and a quotation before booking the install. Installer turned up in the middle of a storm and set about getting the installation done as quickly and as carefully as possible. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is the second time I have used EVelec. First for an EV charger, and this time for a storage battery as part of a myEnergi ecosystem. The work was done by Mark and Chris who run an outstanding electrical installation business. Their knowledge is excellent, their prices competitive and the work was completed to the very highest standards. I would recommend them to anyone who is after EV and battery work. You won't find better.

Absolutely brilliant service from the first instant reply by email to me from Chris at EVelec which as it happened was on a Sunday! Chris and his team have done a great job. It’s clear they care about doing the job right and as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Every detail of the installation was discussed prior to a visit to ensure I was getting the right product to suit my needs rather than one they wanted to push simply for profit. I really can’t fault them and I highly recommend EVelec if you need an EV charger or any electrical work completed at home or work.

Great service from start to finish. Provided very helpful advise from initial process and answered all questions and then provided very quick quotation and fitting times. The work was then carried out very professionally and very clean and tidy. Total experience was 100% great and thankyou to both Alex and Chris for a top class service. Would recommend to anyone looking for an EV charger to be installed and any electrical work.

Couldn't be happier with the install - would highly recommend

Professional, amiable and competitively priced 👍

Excellent service right from providing the initial quote to fitting our new EV charger

I would throughly recommend evelec Ltd, and advise any body considering going green to contact this company . Meet Chris who went through the installation procedure which was carried out by Mark and Alex. Great job boys .thank you

Great service, communication and job done on installing our charger. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Had Alex around today to fit my EV charger. What can i say very proffessional and top quality install. We discussed the location and cable routing and nothing was to much trouble.

Chris has been fantastic. Very thorough site inspection, prior to providing a quote, other companies have asked me to send photos or videos. Don't trust a quote unless they visit. Installation was quick and tidy. After sakes service has been very good. Would highly recommend and will use again once we need to increase the number of units.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with how our charge point looks, installed with complete professionalism.

Mark arrived as agreed and carried out the installation of the EV Charge Point efficiently cleaning up as he went. We had a chance to review the location of points of entry into the house before he started rather than just telling me. He was happy to explain the various steps as he went along as and when I was close by and chatting. Would thoroughly recommend EVelec

Tidy detail, very happy with all aspects of the installation. Good job!

Just had my Zappi EV charger installed at home by the Team at EVelec Ltd , and can highly and thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting a car charge point fitted. From initial contact, to an on time site visit and quote , and then a very professional clean and tidy job, both Chris and Mark were amazing, and also great value for money. I cannot tell you how many companies we tried to get to even call us back ,or quote us before, so if you are in the market for a charge point try EVelec Ltd you will not be disappointed. And already enjoying the solar power in our car on day 1.

Alex was very competent. Took his time and did a high quality job - thought about the cable routing and the position of the switch.

Chris was really helpful answering all my questions and accommodating my last minute changes. Great service.

Great advice and a very professional installation service

Great professional service. Offered excellent advice and options before install, turned up when they said and clearly take pride in what they do. Thank you

EV charger was installed very efficiently and neatly. Electrician was very personable and cleaned away all brick dust and debris. Would highly recommend.

Can not recommend highly enough - friendly , professional, knowledgeable- great service.

Chris, one of the directors visited us and surveyed the possibility for fitting a chargepoint. His quote was sensible so we agreed a date. Alex, the fitter arrived promptly and spent three hours fitting it with an excellent finish to the work, left no mess and was thoroughly pleasant to speak to. He explained everything clearly and I am totally happy that the final price was less than the quote. The suggested Ohme ePod looks great on the wall.

Excellent initial discussions on the initial requirements. Installation was exactly as described, explanation of how to use the equipment was clear and everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The installer turned up when promised and did a good job of completing the work. It was quick and neat. Very happy with the result

The team were great from quotation, to arranging installation and then quality installation. I had all the electrical certs etc emailed to me within a couple of hours! I can’t speak more highly of this firm.

Very professional and top quality work. Very friendly team and easy to do business with. Would highly recommend.

I 100% could not recommend EVelec more highly. You must use this company! And before you start wondering, I am not related to them or anything. I didn't know them from Adam :). We used EVelec to fit a Hypervolt EV charger (they do all the other brands too). On all communications, Chris at EVelec was really clear and helpful. Totally professional. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable too. People say you get what you pay for and when it came to fitting if that is the case, we should have paid double! Mark was fantastic, on time, friendly and he really looked into every option so that in the end he was able to fit it in such a way that there was absolutely nothing you could see of cabling in the house, despite our mains being in the centre of the house under the stairs. Mark found an underfloor solution which was perfect. Clean, tidy, expert and helpful. As I said at the top, use this company, you won't reget it - and given how much power can be involved in charging an electric car, you want to be sure to go with people who 100% know what they are doing.

Very good service and Alex who installed the charger was helpful and answered all my queries and gave good advice.

Very pleased with all the work carried out, friendly and professional service.

These chaps are amazing! We have both Commercial (standard with grid) + Off Grid Commercial offices and this company had a brilliant "Can Do" attitude! After liaising with many EV Charger installation companies, EVElec was *The Only One* with an attitude to overcome any potential issues that a wholly off grid scenario may raise. We cant thank them enough! Wonder why I wasted my time with any other installation company that told us it was no issue being completely off grid... only to come back to us to tell us that actually they cant install to solar and battery store... everyone of them with a computer say no mentality and thats why EVElec are brilliant .. talked through the installation differences and got straight to work ... TOP MARKS EVElec !!!!!

Quick responsiveness, fast turn around and good quality installation.

Very responsive. I was able to get accurate quote and installation was on time, neat and friendly. Very professional from start to finish.

At quote time they listened and I only had to say things once. The job was completed and is very tidy and they fully cleaned up after. Very pleasant guys to deal with, so many thanks. Fully recommend and can only say don't even think about it, just get them to do the job.

I was referred to EVelec by the manufacturer of my chosen charge point (Simpson & Partners) and I'm glad I was. Chris from EVelec responded very quickly to my online enquiry and asked for some photos and information to enable him to give me a quote for our installation. He turned this around really quickly and proposed a sensible cable routing. The quote was competitive and included the cost of the charger itself and Chris was very helpful in talking through not only the Simpson & Partners charger but its rivals, too. On the day of the fitting, Alex turned up bang on time and explained clearly the process that he would go through. Alex identified an even neater external cable routing, which hid virtually all the cabling from the front of the house. Despite it being hard to locate the water bonding, Alex found a way to verify its presence and was really quick, tidy and efficient - not to mention patient while we wrapped up work calls before he needed to power off! Finally, he fully explained the use of the charger and got us set up quickly. Really impressed by the service and would definitely recommend. Thanks to both Chris and Alex!

Very good company, Chris took the time out to come have a look and make the whole process very quick. Alex the electrician that came to install went above and beyond to install. Very professional guys, would highly recommend. Will be referring them to friends and family. Thanks again Guys

Fantastic service from start to finish from EVelce , the team were professional and knowledgeable. We had to upgrade our fuse box and had a full electrical check , running on newly installed solar panels the Zapi charger works a treat . Great after sales service too Mark was amazing and went the extra mile . Totally recommended.

Work performed to my entire satisfaction. Very professional. I’m very pleased with the results.

Mark was brilliant. Turned up on time despite the poor weather, was very friendly and did a great job on the installation. Would 100% recommend.

Really good service. Very responsive, dealt with any issues and did a professional installation job. Would recommend

Good and professional service installing a car charger. They were able to handle a difficult cabling route without much complaint, and the final bill was slightly less than the original quote.

Chris at EVelec was a pleasure to communicate with and was always willing to give me the time I required as I weighted up my options of a home car charger. The installation went without a hitch and I am an extremely happy customer.

Alex did a great job installing my hypervolt charger. There were a couple of issues with my existing set up but Alex was able to overcome these and get the charger up and running quickly and professionally. Really happy with EVelec, the quality of the install and the great communication throughout the process. 100% would recommend them.

Chris was considerate and careful throughout the installation.

Excellent all round - Evelec provided a very competitive quote and Mark did a very nice and neat job with the installation. Highly recommended.

Professional and friendly, did a very neat job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great service, and thanks to Alex for a really painless installation and leaving everything so tidy as well!

Chris and Mark came to install charger today. They were extremely professional. Reached on time. The installation was so clean, that I actually had to ask them if they had started. Helped me install the app and guided me all through the device. Very helpful jolly fellows. Would highly recommend!

Very professional and competently done. Good communication from the off, and all work completed with Building Control docs enclosed within 2 hours.

I found EVelec Ltd to be very efficient, professional and friendly when they installed my electric car (solar panel compatible) charger on 28th June. I would be more than happy to recommend them.

Chris provided a quick and detailed quotation for supply and fit of a Zappi car charger. Mark provided a friendly, professional and fuss-free installation. Everything was carried out as promised - on time, clean, tidy, with a good explanation of the charger capabilities. Highly recommended, and would use again.

Great job by Chris and Mark, installing our new EV charging point last week. Really clean install, all up and running, and looks excellent. Chris's communication was excellent, and I must mention how accommodating he was in being able to reschedule our install at the last minute. It was no bother at all, which was an extremely refreshing customer service experience! I'd happily recommend Chris and EVelec. Thanks again.

Both installers were really friendly & did a great job of installing my Zappi. They upgraded my necessary fuses & left the site of the install internally & externally very tidy & clean. Job finished in quoted time frame. Would highly recommend this team to install your car charger!

Received a quote a few months ago - before the government removed the grant. Evelec honoured the quote a number of months later despite most other companies putting their prices up due to high demand. Service was quick, neat, professional, they worked around the times I needed them to (so the short power outage wouldn’t affect our work). Would highly recommend.

Chris at EVelec provided a fast quote, kept in contact and installation was super efficient with no mess. Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting an EV Charging point fitted.

Excellent service from start to finish by EVelec, in installing my new Hypervolt. Very happy with the installation and they were very tidy, ensuring everything was as it was before they arrived. Great, friendly and knowledgable chaps, would highly recommend.

Excellent service installing our EV charger today. All communication from the initial online contact to the completed installation has been really good! Very polite and helpful.Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Great service from EVelec, quick to answer questions before the installation and flexible when I had to change the date. Tidy installation job and friendly guys, definitely recommend.

The guys from EVelec came today to install a Hypervolt EV charging point. Although they arrived slightly earlier than our appointment time it wasn’t a problem for me. Both Chris and Mark worked quickly and efficiently. Once installed, they tidied up afterwards and ensured that the unit was working, had updated itself and I was happy with their service before leaving. I was very impressed with EVelec and would recommend them.

Mark from Evelec was very polite and helpful with lots of information available on the Hypervolt electric car charger and the installation, his attention to detail on the installation and cable runs was impressive (and I’m a fussy customer)

Mark nicely installed the charger inside my garage as per my request. Chris answered numerous questions from me. The price was competitive. I am happy with what I paid for.

Really neat job on my EV install. No mess at all and very professional.

We used these guys for our house renovations and for the install of our electric car charger. Always very professional and do a great job. Would highly recommend.

Really good communication and an excellent and tidy installation carried out by a friendly electrician. Many thanks

Mark did an excellent clean and tidy job of installing my new Hypervolt and was able to accommodate my request that it looked like it was "floating" with no cables running along the wall outside. Chris was also very understanding when there was a delay getting sign off from the leaseholder to get it installed and let me change to the longer 7.5-meter version a couple of weeks before installation. Thank you very much - happy I was patient on an available install date when Mark was in the area as I knew EVelec was going to do a good, clean job, and that's exactly what I got! It is genuinely appreciated and recognised.

Mark the electrician initially tried to repair my existing Rolec car charger by cannibalising a new charger but the components weren’t compatible. He also picked up that the RCD in my fuse box was no longer appropriate for s modern EV charger. They did quote for a simple direct replacement but I accepted their advice to go for an alternative which was smaller and “smarter” at a similar price. Mark did the installation and he was very professional and engaging. I now understand a lot more about the technology. His work was very neat and tidy and he did an excellent job of clearing up afterwards. It was a pleasure to have him working at my home. Having completed its first charge the new Easee charger is a definite improvement over my old Rolec device.. I would definitely use EVelec for other electrical work. Highly B recommended.

Chris and Mark did a great job helping me through the process of EV charger selection, purchasing and then finished off with the installation. Whilst they were here some additional general electrical work was carried out too. Everything to a great standard and very professional, would highly recommend. Thanks chaps, all the best.

Fantastic service throughout, Chris was very helpful in the preparation and the engineer on the day was brilliant. Would 100% recommend if you are planning to install an electric car charger.

Very responsive to messages, Chris was able to offer an appointment for installation of the car rcharger much earlier than other companies. Good standard of work, very pleased with the result.

All through the process EVelec have been responsive and helpful. The chaps that came to fit the kit yesterday worked quickly and cleanly to get the job done. They even worked around me having to be in an important meeting I could not escape so that my power did not go off at a bad time. Every communication has been answered rapidly and the whole process has been smooth. Job looks professional and they also rerouted an outdoor socket for me in case I need to use a granny charger. Happy with the service I have received form them.

Very professional and knowledgable. My zappi has been installed very neatly by Mark who went extra mile to ensure all cables were hidden as much as possible. My house was left spotless, all rubbish removed. Very happy with the service

Mark came and switched my PodPoint for a Zappi. Super prompt, lovely chap and did a great job. EVelec were great value and brilliant to deal with.

1st class service highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish - thank you Chris. Quick and professional response to my initial enquiry. Backed up by and excellent Installation carried out my Mark, on time and no fuss. Very grateful, I now have an electrical contractor for the future.

Evelec have been friendly and efficient from quotation to installation. I am still awaiting delivery of the car but it all looks good.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable, efficient, polite and tidy. Highly recommend.

Chris at EVelec was very responsive with my questions and updated quotes, recommended a unit based on my specific requirements and I was happy to proceed on that basis. Mark at EVelec arrived on time, explained what he needed to do and roughly how long it would take. He was happy to answer any questions I had and chat about car chargers, EV's and tariff's. The installation itself went smoothly, no surprises or complications. Mark helped set up the app, registered the unit and made sure everything was working. I received the certificates the same day, so all in all, am very pleased with the service i received from EVelec. Would recommend.

Very good service! Happy all around.

New EV charger installed on an outbuilding so a bit more complex than usual. All done quickly, professionally, to the agreed quote and we were kept informed at all times.

Arrived on time, good explanation of the product. Did that little bit extra to complete the Zappi installation as I wanted. Professional ***** Service would defiantly recommend.

A seamless service, great communication, trustworthy and reliable. A great job with everything made clear and easy.

Just purchased a Kia Soul EV and wanted a charger that would also use my solar panels (if ever the sun shines !). Contacted EV elec who recommended the Zappi charger. Only problem was that it is now so popular we had to wait a couple of weeks for parts . True to their word EVelec contacted me as soon as the chargers had arrived and installation took about 3 hours. The installation was immaculate given that I only have a small cupboard for the house electrics and usually any installation has problems. To Evelec's credit this installation was as smooth as silk and I can watch my Zappi telephone app taking charge from the solar panels without a hitch. Well done EVelec. would recommend you anytime !

Swift, professional and unbiased, we appreciated their installation twice brought forward and efficiently conducted. Our Ohme charger is now up and running and saving us money along with the planet!

This company was one of the only ones who provided a quote that actually took into account my existing infrastructure. Very Professional and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic work achieved what other electricians said was impossible the installation looks more professional then some charge points I have seen in commercial settings. Mark and Chris were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will have no trouble in recommending this company to my friends family and colleagues.

We highly recommend Mark and Chris for providing a safe and professional job. We felt like we were in safe hands when they were on site with our kitchen renovation and rewire. Mark has very practical solutions and ideas to tackle problems and gain the best results.

EVelec have done an excellent job installing my charger, despite some challenges during the installation. The engineers were courteous and professional and consulted me for decision-making when required. I would highly recommend this company.

Great job by the team today installing my new Andersen charger. Fast, friendly and very clean install both inside and out. The charger works great and finally one that looks as good as it works.

I’ve been really impressed with the service provided by Evelec. The quote was clear and easy to arrange and the job booked in efficiently. The work itself was done to a very high standard and the team were friendly, professional, experienced and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all future electrical work.

Mark did a fantastic job installing a Rolec Type 2 tethered charging point in the parking area adjacent to our Victorian block of flats. It was by no means a straightforward job but from quotation to installation, EVelec were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Delighted with the new charge point and the additional electrical work Mark did in the flat. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, reliable service. Problem with electrics in the house (I am no expert) but the team went through my problem on the phone to understand the issue, provided a quote for the work and promptly performed the work- all within original price. Really recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. We used EVelec to install downlights throughout our loft conversion and hallway with a new consumer unit to meet building regulations. The engineer turned up on time, was very friendly and worked to a high standard. We would definitely use EVelec next time we need any electrical work done.

Highly Recommend EVelec. Professional from the start to finish. Engineer came around for the initial quote within 2 days, provided a good value quote and the work was finished quickly and to a high standard. The engineer was very conscientious, tidy and patient with me while I made last minute changes! Definitely will only be using EVelec from now on.
