I'd like to Thank Naill and Ebr Electrical for a top notch service, Very rarely have i come across this level of customer service. Working with a tenant on my behalf to make sure they felt at ease and everything was explained to them, went above and beyond in my opinion and without hesitation id happily use this company again.

I’ve used Niall and his team to do a rewire and electrical upgrade including mains smoke detectors, outside sockets, additional sockets and lots more. Highly recommended as the standard of work is very high, great attention to detail is exceptional and very competitive pricing. Best electrician I’ve used.

Niall is an absolute gent, super knowledgeable about Hive thermostats (after the guy I paid from Amazon couldn’t figure out how to install it) and rewired one of my living room lights. Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful- wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very prompt, amicable and kind. Came over immediately to resolve an issue with my circuit board and was very quick to identify the problem, explaining things as he went to help me better understand how things worked. Very reasonably priced and seemed like a really genuine, good guy. Will use again.

Superb electrician and a very amicable, witty and kind person. Job was done neatly in no time at all, conversation and coffee in the meantime. This is rare quality of a professional. New heaters mounted, in operation just for the upcoming winter. Totally well done job listening to Timi Yuro. We are not in the dark anymore, thank you Niall! Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend Niall if you need any electrical job done. He has totally rewired our house and helped us with all the details too. Excellent work and such a nice guy!

I found Niall through a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. He was so lovely while carrying out works at our house. He really put me at ease, knew what he doing, was really helpful with answering my many questions after carrying out the electrical survey before we bought the house, and whilst I was snooping over his shoulder. He took the time to discuss future house renovations and give advice too - which I’ve found not many seem willing to do if the works aren’t imminent. He confirmed appointment days and times before hand and didn’t let me down, completing all planned works - and some last minute extras - all with a smile and a some laughs. We’ll definitely be using him for all our future electrical needs.

Niall helped us with new EICR safety certificates and a fuse board upgrade. He was fairly priced, very reliable and professional - highly recommend.

Niall at EBR ELECTRICAL fitted a new EV charger and also replaced and upgraded our old outdated Fuse board. Niall was very knowledgeable and communicated with us all the way through the process. The cable run from fuse board to EV charger location wasn’t straightforward but Niall did a fantastic job of routing it neatly and with minimal disruption. Amazing job, very neat and efficient. Niall came for a quote, then returned to carry out the work. Communication was great and he solved all the issues with ease. Sorted out lighting, replaced a botched extractor fan and solved internet connectivity through poor cabling. All for a favourable cost. Will definitely rely on him in future.

Highly recommend Niall. Quick to respond and book in. Great service

Last Friday (November 10th) at 9pm all the electrics in the house shorted out. I called my house insurance company, Direct Line 24/7, to report this and get assistance. They told me that they do not offer 24/7 cover (nevermind their name actually having 24/7 in it 🤦) and it would be 8am on saturday at the earliest that they would have someone to take up the job, so that meant that it would be even later on Saturday before anyone came to the house to try sort the electrics. This was not acceptable to me as I have a 4 month old here and couldn't wait that long with no heating/power/lights etc. So I searched for 24/7 Electricians in the area (Lancing) and they all went to voicemail 🤷. I broadened the search and found this company EBR Electrical. I am very happy that I did. Niall first offered to walk and talk me through some troubleshooting on the phone which did work to get the power back on temporarily. Then about 20 minutes later it all shorted out again. I called him up again and he was so quick to call out to the house (from Worthing). He was able to find the problem, get the power back on properly there and then and then advise on what to do going forward. He was friendly and honest and offered really competitive prices. We will keep him at the forefront of our minds if we are getting any future electrical work done.

Called straight back, excellent service, problem sorted, would highly recommend, no messing about. Cheers Niall for a above quality service and reasonable price

Niall responded to my call for help on the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He is a great guy. Thank you. Also very reasonably priced.

i had Niall put up some bedroom lights for me, which included drilling through walls and behind skirting boards. He did a fast and tidy job - no mess and it has completely transformed the room. Appreciated his thoughts on other lighting problems as well as down to which bulbs to use and why. Thoroughly recommend him for his care and diligence as well as keen pricing!

We can’t thank Niall at EBR enough for the services he provided on our first home! It needed a full rewire and he walked us through every step of the process, suggesting ideas which would be good for our home and was honest about ideas for that wouldn’t work. He was helpful and polite and went above and beyond. Niall gave us daily updates on the progress he’d made and outlined what would happen next. Mostly importantly, he made us feel comfortable and we felt like we could approach him about anything. We would definitely recommend EBR! Found ourselves an electrician who we trust and will continue to use. Thank you Niall at EBR Electrical. Rob & Sophie

Niall installed extra plug sockets in my hallway and has also done work for the shop I’m employed at; he’s absolutely brilliant at his job, super quick, efficient and absolutely no trace of mess left behind, highly highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Quick, efficient and professional. Niall managed to find and fix the problem with no problem whatsoever.

An absolute pleasure to deal with, responded promptly to an emergency callout on a Sunday afternoon after I'd stupidly drilled through a cable. From first contact to problem solved was less than 3 hours! Passionate about his work and earned a customer for life. Keep up the great work Niall!

After drilling through a wire, we needed an emergency electrician on a Sunday afternoon and Niall was with us within 2 hours and had the repair done in 30 minutes. He gave us the best and safest repair options to choose from and carried out the work with minimal damage to the house. He was friendly, knowledgable, rapid and did not judge us for our silly mistake 😅 he also gave us advice for future work we want to carry out. We could not be more grateful, he really saved our day from being a disaster! Will definitely contact EBR in the future!

I found Neill through our local dad’s group, and couldn’t be happier with the job he has just completed for us; prompt, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Not only did he get our fan and light dimmer working off the same wall switch in record time, he went out of his way to install a new LED dimmer that is working much better and more efficient than our old dimmer. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician who is not looking to cut corners or overprice for services, then look no further.

I purchased a new light fitting and Niall came and installed it. It took longer than he anticipated but he didn't complain. He done an amazing job and got the job done to a very high standard. A very friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend and have already booked him in for more electrical work that I need doing.

Very professional, came out when I got back home after finding all my electric out. Super fast and super efficient.

It’s not easy to find tradespeople who really care about working with their customers to deliver great results. Niall was extremely helpful right from the first visit, all the way through to completing the job. Highly recommended!

Would fully recommend Nial he came out the same day and fixed the switch propmtly! Very professional and friendly service. Lauren

I had a full rewire done at my property by Niall and the team at EBR electrical. I was beyond impressed with Niall’s breadth of knowledge, patience, affordability, responsiveness and communication. He always had great ideas of how to achieve the look that I wanted, he answered my queries almost instantly and was always available. No question was silly and no ask was too big. I am so grateful to EBR’s attention to detail and their skills as the lighting in my new property has created a real ‘Wow!’ factor that so many people have complimented me on. I have already recommended Niall to friends moving and renovating houses and will continue to do so. Absolute gems of a find!! Thanks so much for everything.

Absolutely faultless service. The complicated task required both skill and patience and I simply could not be happier with the result. I thoroughly recommend EBR Electrical if my experience is anything to go by.

Niall fixed our electricity which had gone on a Saturday night (due to bad weather). He came over within 20 mins of calling, was very helpful and got everything back up and running. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and have already told our local family how good he was! Thank you Niall.

We were very pleased to find Niall of EBR Electrics as we needed some advice on our hall lighting. He was very helpful professional and approachable. Our quote was received very promptly and good value. He also carried out the works promptly with new dimmer switches installed in our hall and some new sockets, and switches. He also replaced all our kitchen sockets and provided us with an EICR Report. We are very pleased with the end result so thank you Niall for your good quality work.

Niall and Harvey did a great job, new consumer unit & electrical certificate and replacement lighting and sockets. Recommend them.

I was worried that it would be difficult to find an electrician who would agree to do a small job, but Niall responded to my request really promptly and within less than 24 hours he had attended my flat and completed the job. The price was really affordable and he was friendly and helpful, offering advice on how to avoid further repair work. I would highly recommend EBR Electrical Limited. Thank you!

Elliott was prompt friendly and efficient . There were external power supply issues that he discovered whilst checking electrics for a safety certificate and he had to return to complete this. I spent much of the rest of the day waiting to speak to someone at Eon and was passed about. In desperation I called Elliott's manager Niall, who spoke to me on the phone that evening and advised who I need to call (Scottish and Southern Electric) and what to say as it was an urgent situation. It was resolved overnight and Niall maintained contact to ensure all was well. It was so very helpful to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help me resolve the issue and went the extra mile to do this out of work hours. It was very much appreciated.

Excellent service. Prompt, polite and did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service - would highly recommend! We've used Niall and his team for a few projects (installing lights/ sockets and fans in a new bathroom) and across other rooms in the house. His work has always been of a high quality, he has excellent attention to detail and we've always been extremely happy with the results. Thanks Niall!

I needed someone out in an emergency to fix a fire alarm out of reach. Niall was round straight away on a weekend and sorted the problem fast. Very quick, professional and well priced. Will be using again for any future electrical matters.

Niall was so prompt at getting back to me with a quote and was even able to fit my job in before Christmas. He was knowledgeable and professional and went over and beyond what he was asked to do to make sure the outhouse was safe. He fitted a new distribution box and we are so pleased with the job. He was so friendly and personable and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Gina Davies

Excellent customer service with an extremely knowledgable, fair and honest bunch of guys. Highly recommended 👍

I first discovered EBR Electrical through word-of-mouth from a friend who had just had some work completed by Niall. I'm so pleased I got that recommendation. EBR Electrical are hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. They promptly came to size-up a job that I wanted doing, and listened to my ideas. Their workmanship is spot on. I've had small and large jobs completed by the team, and currently Niall is putting my latest plans into reality. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. 10/10
