Graham has just replaced our consumer unit for a more modern one and at the same time he has fixed a safety issue that had been created by a solar installation by another company. The standard of the work is excellent and the wiring behind the new unit is CONSIDERABLY tidier than before. This is the second time we have called on his services and an excellent job was done on both occasions.

Super efficient company. Graham checked what needed doing. Explained fully what and why, a written quote followed within 24hours of the visit. He kindly scheduled the work at very short notice. We had an Ev charger Installed, a tricky job and one I can say was finished with perfection and in a very timely manner. Graham was fun and efficient and a pleasure to have in my house. Cleaned and tidied all his mess and will be a pleasure to have back, strongly recommend.

IGM recently completed a full rewire of my house, covering everything from new sockets and lights to wiring for a new external boiler, underfloor heating, and an external EV charging point. Graham and Izzy were fantastic to deal with — professional, reliable, and really thorough. We've had Graham out twice now, first for an electrical certificate and then to fit some alarms. Both times he's been prompt and came exactly when he said. He's always done a good job and left the area tidy afterwards, as well as doing it at a reasonable price. He's also polite and is good at offering advice. As new homeowners, it's great to know we've found someone we can rely on.

I contacted Graham regarding some electrical gremlins in my kitchen. He promptly diagnosed the fault and rectified it there and then. From that, I used him to fit an EV charger. Throughout the whole process he has been clean & tidy, professional and as such IGM are now my go to electricians.

What an outstanding experience. I asked Graham to complete an EICR for our property we are preparing to rent out. I realised there might be a few problems beforehand and had quite a few questions. Graham tested everything and did find a couple of faults which were easily remedied. He explained all of the issues. A complete professional and super friendly. With quite a few electricians running around that could have turned this into a nightmare, Graham was practical, honest and his fees very reasonable.

Very responsive, fair prices, good communication, reliable and good time-keeping…I hope Richard (below) is ok now. Reviewing work that didn’t actually take place and attempting to damage a tradesperson’s reputation on these all important reviews is little off.

Really rude! Requested a quote, told me £250 or thereabouts. I apologised and explained it was too expensive for me. He rudely replied "What did you think it would be mate?!" No professional courtesy or a polite "sorry about that" Rude as. Definitely wouldn't use or recommend!

Great advice when quoting, Very professional service, arrived on time, efficient, clean tidy job. Got all paperwork certificates by email at end of the day. Definitely recommend this company, no job too small, unlike others I contacted.
