I recently hired Cotswold Heritage Electrical Ltd to install garden lights, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my vision and offered great suggestions to enhance the overall look of my garden. The installation was neat and efficient, with all wiring discreetly placed for a clean finish. The lights themselves are perfectly positioned, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the evenings. They also ensured everything was safe and weatherproof, which gives me peace of mind. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and excellent customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend Cotswold Heritage Electrical Ltd for anyone looking for quality electrical work and beautiful outdoor lighting solutions. They truly transformed my garden!

Aiden was fantastic from start to finish! We got in touch with Aiden after two EICRs from other companies, that resulted in them quoting for work we were dubious of. After explaining the situation to Aiden, he kindly offered to do a site visit free of charge, to help us better understand what our options were. He was honest and forthcoming, and never pushed for an upsell of additional work, making it clear which work was optional. We decided to go with him, and we couldn’t be happy with the result! The work was finished to a high standard, and he always took care of the environment he was working in (also being mindful of the family cat). We will definitely be using Aiden again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

This is the second time we have used Aidan and he is terrific. The quality of his work is tremendous and he is extremely friendly. We will definitely use Aidan for all our electrical work in the future. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you again Aidan.

Excellent communication from the start. Aiden is a genuinely nice human being and the work was completely swifty, professionally and to an excellent standard. Only electrician we will now use.

We have had amazing service from Aiden at Cotswold Heritage Electrical and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality electrician. Aiden put in a new supply from our consumer unit to Induction hob in kitchen, alongside fitting a new cooker hood and oven. There were a number of challenges but Aiden always communicated the options we had and was happy to offer opinion to help us make the best decision. We also used Cotswold Heritage Electrical when changing lighting in our kitchen and hallway, with same level of service and support. Work was completed to a high standard and was very clean and tidy throughout job leaving our house exactly as it was when he arrived, despite it being a messy job. Thanks again Aiden for all your help.

Aiden recently fitted new lights in our kitchen, which has a vaulted ceiling, that had made it tricky to find the right fittings. Aiden took the time to really understand our requirements and provided a range of options that were both practical and in keeping with our property. The fittings he sourced were high quality, and his workmanship was excellent. He was a pleasure to deal with - professional, friendly, and meticulous in his work. He also left everything spotless, which was much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Kitchen/diner refurb; new outside lights & socket, new consumer unit – test & certify whole house. I have no hesitation in recommending Aiden and he will be the first person I call when I need further work. He is very polite, professional, hard working and competitively priced. The quality and finish of his work is to a high standard and left the areas of work clean and tidy. The initial consultation was an informative two-way conversation on what was required but also what could be possible/what would work best – this carried on through the work. He kept to the timeline and was punctual. We are so pleased with everything Aiden has done.

Very happy with the work carried out by Cotswold Heritage Electrical. Aiden completed a partial rewire on our home alongside some other jobs, all to a high standard. He clearly explained our options beforehand to help us decide how best to proceed, and he carried out the job cleanly. He’s also a nice chap which is useful when you have someone in your home for a couple of weeks!

I would strongly recommend Cotswold Heritage Electrical, who I contacted to help me with an electrical problem at my home that required fault finding and resolving. Aiden quickly responded to my request and provided a clear overview of how he would approach the issue as well as detailing the typical costs involved. We agreed a date and time. On the day Aiden arrived on time and was very polite and listened as we explained the issue we were having. He asked some additional questions and then explained what steps he would take first to try to isolate the cause of the problem. Aiden identified the issue and proposed a solution we were happy with. He carried out the work and tested to confirm and show us that the issue was resolved. He also made the effort to clean up after himself. Final invoice was sent and was accurate to what was agreed. Aidan was very professional throughout and I would happily use again if we need any electrical services. Happy to highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, polite and capable electrical engineer.
