I contacted Edge Electrical after being let down by the company that I purchased my Hypervolt Charger from. My enquiry was responded to straight away and I was booked in for installation within 8 days (most other companies were advertising at least a 2-3 week lead time). Harvey was extremely polite. He completed the installation within a couple of hours, showed me how to set up the App and link the charger and tidied away all mess before leaving. I have already made full use of the charger this afternoon. The installation is neat and all the cables have been hidden in the wall meaning that it has a sleek look. Very impressed and would highly recommend. Reasonable and competitively priced too.

I recently bought an EV and spent a couple of weeks Trying to sort a charging point through my electricity supplier. But I ended up speaking to people across the country rather than someone local. So I did a basic search and found several providers but chose to go with.Edge Ekectrucal and I’m glad I did Very competitive pricing, really tidy installation and Matt was great both in terms of his communication and his friendly and professional manner. We have a reactive dog that tends to bark at everyone but she very quickly accepted him into our home which speaks volumes for how Matt comes across.
EXCELLENT SERVICE from.the initial contact ,the communication was excellent the install of our Ohme pro was better than excellent ,Matthew looked for every opertunaty to make sure the wiring on view was kept to a minimum, spent alot of time in boiling hot loft in extreme heat . The overall finish was fantastic and everything was cleaned no mess left at all . A Excellent job from start to finish . Thank you

Matthew was fantastic today. One of the best trade experiences I've had. He was prompt, very friendly and easy to work with, patient, and took his time to figure out the best route for an EV charger cable to route through a challenging environment. He performed some very difficult drill angles and routes with ease and the whole cable is almost entirely hidden and very tidy. He cleaned up well, and went out of his way to do the best job possible despite not having access to where he needed to for half the day! I'd hire him again without hesitation. Thanks Matt!

Not a single visible wire so looks like the wall charger was always there (new build). Top workmanship and a clear pride in his work, great communication and always helpful. I saw Matt’s advert on FB and got in touch. He was quick to reply, listened to what sort of charger I wanted and came to fit it within a couple of weeks. He is charming and just got on with the job- all done within a couple of hours and kept in touch to ensure all was working as it should. Excellent service from Matt installing an ev charger. Matt made sure every part of the job was delivered to a high standard, particularly the cable routing from the house to, and through, the garage. He took time to hide the cabling under slabs and into the garage, leaving everything neat and tidy. Matt was always responsive and delivered great aftercare. I couldn’t recommend him too highly.

Matt was excellent at communicating with me, whenever I messaged he messaged back almost straight away. I had an OhME home pro charger and pedestal installed. EV Charger installation. Simply excellent. From the very first contact Matt was incredibly helpful and the quote was competitive. Communication pre and on the day was superb and although this was not the most straightforward of jobs I am very pleased with the result. We contacted three electrical companies to supply and fit a hyper volt EV charger.One didn't reply, the second company just gave us a quote for their time and I was to buy the goods and they would fit the unit. Matt from Edge Electrical Solutions, Bristol Electric contacted me straight away, asked for photos of our consumer unit and any other electrical units ie solar panels. He contacted me in the evening of the same day to confirm that he would contact the national grid for the installation of the EV charger and a building certificate, which I have received. We arranged a date and time for the work to be carried out on our property. He arrived on time and carried out a first class job. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Matt and his company.

Dealing with Matt was a joy. He responded to all my requests for info about the ev charger, and he gave me a good price. Today he turned up on time and installed the ev with no issues at all. Thoroughly recommended.
I needed an EV charger installing, but our installation was not straightforward as our driveway and garage are at the bottom of the garden and our electric meter is inside a conservatory that already contained the electrical boxes for our solar panels and on one side units and wiring and pipework with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The 'big boys' in this field looked at my submitted photos and videos and all came up with solutions that were simply impractical and disruptive requiring me to get people in to dig up our garden and concrete pathways, and even the concrete floor of the conservatory before they would do the installation. NONE would come out and do an in person survey. Matt however, having seen my photos, came out, surveyed the job in person. The only one out of six companies contacted who would! He came up with a very elegant solution that did not involve any trenches being dug. Looked extremely tidy inside the conservatory and outside is frankly a work of art. The black armoured cable runs along a wall around the garden, hidden behind water butts and mature foliage.(sorry about the thornier plants) It then has to go under a path made of paving slabs. Rather than risk lifting and possibly cracking a well cemented in slab. Matt and his colleague drilled a tunnel under it. The cable was then taken through a wall into the garage where a modern uprated consumer unit was fitted supplying the garage and the EV charger, which is mounted on the outside wall of the garage. It is shaded from direct sun so the screen is easy to read, but within easy reach of the car on the driveway which is in full sun. I was taken through the operation of the charger using the Ohme Home Pro App. Everything was tidied up and vacuumed. It took them both a full day and I am really pleased with the result. My Wife, who is in charge of the garden, is thrilled. Highly recommended.

Matt right from first contact was very helpful, I never had had a charge pod fitted before so he told me what he needed to know and I sent him pictures on WhatsApp. From there he was able to Quote a very reasonable price compared to what the big energy companies were asking. He arrived nice and early and managed to get it all fitted in just over 3 hours. He guided me through downloading the app and showing me how to use it in conjunction with the charger. All in all a good job done and tidy cable work. Would definitely recommend.

Matt and his boys went to extraordinary lengths to help us out and get our house functioning again. We woke up one morning and all our electrics were out- over the next two days they worked incredibly hard to get everything back up and running for our young family. Without their care, attention to detail, good-humour and patience we'd have been in a real pickle. They were incredibly fair with their pricing and we they're now our first port of call for any electrical jobs.
Matt came out for an emergency call ou5 and was able to solve our issue, and he said he would come back 24 hours later to check it. A new separate issue came up before the 24 hours came up and Matt returned to the property to resolve that one, and was able to do it without charging an additional call out rate. He also replaced a socket, and all in all I was very happy with the price for everything.
