Ricardo Electrical Ltd

Brendan & Jake did a great job fitting several new sockets for us. They were friendly, efficient and did very tidy job. Would thoroughly recommend.

Superb response when asked for help with an emergency situation at our business premises problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed and responded to increasingly quickly. Brendon always goes above and beyond and it is much appreciated. Excellent job of an outside plug at our home. Work carried out with no disruption, left clean tidy and great job. Would throughly recommend Ricardo electrical for all domestic and business needs.

Very quick very efficient, phoned them in the morning and all was finished by the afternoon 😁

Would highly recommend, we had them out 2 years ago to put electricity in the garage and this time to check the hole house, very professional, polite, 100% would use them again

As always, Brendan and Jake did a marvellous job providing a professional, friendly, fairly priced, high level of service. No hesitation in recommending Ricardo Electrical. Simply the best. Mark.

Ricardo Electrical is a company I can really recommend. Brendon was excellent, he was very competent and new what he was doing. The job was a complex fault finding and fixing one. Price was reasonable. It would be difficult to find a more reliable bloke than Brendon

Very professional service and great price, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I asked Brendan to install a wall mounted thermostat for my gas central heating and replace an old bathroom fan, along with some other bits around the house. It was all done really quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication as well. Thanks!

I want to thank Brendan for his excellent work. Just three small jobs this time, putting a socket into a fireplace ready for an electric wood burner, putting up a light fitting into a very high ceiling and putting up 4 outside lights… but as always, the work was carried out to a very high standard. All jobs tidily and swiftly carried out. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t recommend Brendan enough. Friendly, quick, honest and reasonably priced. As a person brand new to DIY, you can’t help but feel a bit self conscious or stupid when you make a mistake, and there was always a slight worry about being judged by any tradesman you call in to fix a mistake of yours. This absolutely wasn’t the case with Brendan; he wasn’t judgemental at all, he actually encouraged my project and gave me few pointers on how to best move forward.

Brendon undertook the electrical work during my kitchen re-fit and he did a first class job. He came as arranged and the price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with every aspect of his company, he communicated well and was very organised. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Used a couple of times now. Really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We were delighted that having contacted Ricardo Electrical when we had a circuit breakdown in our house they were able to send Brendan to our rescue within a few hours. Brendan arrived in a smart van, was well presented in his company ‘uniform’ asked about our problem and immediately investigated the main fuse box. He very quickly identified that our problem was a loose connection, and restored power to our kitchen sockets. He then checked the earthing of the circuit and reassured us that all was now safe. I can recommend Ricardo Electrical without hesitation.

We can not recommend Ricardo electrical enough. We have just reopened our business - Sand bay fish and chip shop and Cosy Cafe following a devastating fire last year. Brendon has provided us with emergency electrical services at the time of the fire and since the refurbishment as some difficulties have arisen fitting new wiring we had not anticipated would need doing and emergency trouble shooting with some difficulties enabling us to re-open on schedule. Brendon, is professional, extremely knowledgable and helpful not only when pre booked in to do a job but also in a crisis. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🦀

We have recently moved to Banwell Ricardo electrical was recommended to us as a local electrician. Brendan completed a rewire and additional sockets, we had a fantastic experience with Riccardo electrical and Brendan was great. A neat professional job completed to a high standard. Brendan couldn’t do enough to help us would highly recommend.

Wow!! Brendan came round to add a socket under the stairs and behind our tv. He was professional and the work he has done is to a high standard, we will be going to Ricardo electrical for any electrical work in the future and I would highly recommend!! Thank you very much, you have done a great job 😊

Great local people to deal with. They arrived quickly and sorted out our electictrics straight away. Good price too. Thanks Brendan and co. Highly recommended.

Top class professional installation of internal and external lights carried out by Brendan. I had a number of lights fitted throughout my new build home which were professionally installed at a competitive price and the work exceeded my expectations. If you want a reliable and professional electrician, then look no further.

Brendan worked quickly to find the fault in cabling in the loft that was causing our upstairs lights to fuse. He was professional and friendly and there was great communication when arranging the appointment. He gave honest advice about updating our fuse boxes but not in a pressurising way. We have requested quotes for further work. I have no hesitation in recommending Ricardo Electrical.

Excellent installation of my EV charger, big job as had to route cable from my house under pathing slabs into garage, was no trouble at all for them, cleaned up after themselfs, super tidy, i’m well happy,10 out of 10, i would recommend them to anyone.

Really professional clean tidy attention to detail and great communication really do recommend Brendon

Brendan installed our EV charger, was very impressed by the service. Really neat job, came exactly when he said and quote was competitive.

Brendan is an excellent electrician , professional and highly qualified. Recently he replaced my out-of-date fuse box with the minimum of disruption . He also managed to locate a fault in the wiring which was causing tripping - not an easy job but he was determined to find the cause of the problem and fix it . He always leaves my property in impeccable condition, is friendly and polite, and is quick to respond in an emergency.

Amazing job done by Brendan. Fast efficient and friendly. Clean and tidy thrilled bits with the results

Brendan is a great electrician. He delivered detailed cost estimates and respected these. The work was timely, good quality and he was also very keen to support us on some areas that had gone wrong, outside of his responsibilities. Highly recommended!

Exemplary service and response time. Investigation of intermittent electricity supply problems and faults and implementation of solutions have been carried out efficiently and most importantly safely. Highest possible recommendation

Brendan was very professional and offered really good advice after we had been let down by another electrician. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Ricardo Electrical. Brendan was prompt to respond to my messages and did a great job. Thank you! 👍

This company did a great job installing an ev charger. They were professional, arrived on time, made no mess, spent time explaining what had been done & establishing that I understood how to use it. Thank you

Brilliant, professional service! Thank you very much.

Brendan recently did some work for us, connecting a garden office to the mains. He managed to hide the cable really well and everything was done neatly and with minimal fuss. Brendan was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Brendan and Cas are a great team, good communication, efficient and responsive. Very pleased we found them and appreciate the no nonsense getting the job done (properly and on budget). We have used them both commercially and personally. Keep up the good work :)

Arrived exactly as planned, did an exceptional job and left everything tidy. I would recommend this business.

We lost all power to our lights through out the house and the light trip switch was of know use to solving the problem!! Being a Sunday, I thought we have no chance of getting anyone to help, at short notice... Recommended by a friend, I rang Ricardo Electrical Ltd and within less than an hour of leaving a voicemail, Brendan, the owner, rang me back and was round the following afternoon... While investigating the lighting fault, multiple loose connections were discovered throughout the house on the lighting circuit that had been extended and adapted for the extension work we had done 5 years ago... Less than a couple hours later, problem solved... I will defiantly be recommending this Company to all my friends and family.... Andy Murray Locking Castle W-S-M

Brendan is brilliant at his job. He's has done all the electrical work here from putting ceiling lights up to all the electrics when the kitchen was renovated. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy and nothing is too much trouble. He's also good company and very funny. A great electrician.

Brendan's glass is always full, nothing is too difficult or causes any stress. His work is excellent, he is clean, punctual and also good company! Highly recommended.

Quick, efficient, competent, reasonable price.

We tried a number of electrical contractors in Cirencester some didn’t reply to enquiries and others did not respond after hearing method statements were required. Ricardo electrical came out listened to what we required. Sent estimates and method statements with out any fuss. They have just completed all works required in minimal time and no mess. I have been in the building industry for over 40 years and their workmanship is of the highest standard. Friendly and polite attitude to the customers. If required I will employ again.

Check my buy to let for electric safety. Very professional, helpful and reasonably priced

Totally professional, reliable, trustworthy electrician. No hassle, customer-focused, efficient service, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended after doing several jobs for me.

This is the latest job that Brendan has undertaken for me and, as with the others, it was delivered to my complete satisfaction. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Ricardo Electrical Ltd.

Excellent friendly service. Brendan's work is thorough and professional. Happy to give sound advice. Good communication too.

Brendan came at very short notice and and not only removed a ceiling light fitting but was able to do several more jobs for us. Very professional and personable and would thoroughly recommend Thank you

Brendan at Ricardo Electrical was trustworthy and efficient, patient with changes and offered very good advice. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, we will certainly use again. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Ricardo Electrical . We have been impressed by their responsiveness to our call when we were worried about a socket fusing and subsequently we had them back to do works in the garden and lighting in the kitchen . Brendan is very professional, friendly and helpful. We now have our go to man for all our electrical needs in the future !

Brendan is extremely professional and helpful, providing an excellent, high quality service. Very pleased with his fantastic work and so pleased we have found a brilliant electrician!

Fantastic job. Really pleased with everything that Brendan did for us, as well as being a really nice chap. Next time we need electrical work doing, he'll be the first we'll call.

Agree with all the positive reviews. We have employed Brendan on a number of home improvement projects over the last year and he's been brilliant. An outstanding electrical expert, Brendan was able to give sensible advice and provide safe solutions for all our ideas which we found very reassuring. We'll definitely use Brendan on any additional projects we may have in the future.

Brilliant electrician!!! Could not ask for a more knowledgeable, friendly or trustworthy electrician. Brendan has helped me out at short notice with a couple of electrical nspections and he really knows his stuff. I have full confidence in any work he has done and know that it's done to the highest standards. I'm very glad to have found him and shall certainly be using him more in the future.

As all the other reviews have stated, Brendan cannot be faulted. He is knowledgable, efficient, helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help us get all our electrical appliances checked and assured that they are in good working order. He ensured that our fuse board was in working order and that all the fixed wiring units were all safe and working correctly. When he found one that wasn't complying he made suggestions on how to do so. Even coming back the next day to ensure that the fix was correctly done. As someone else mentioned on here: I would rate Ricardo electrical 6 stars if there was that option.

When our power kept tripping out Brendan saved the day! As a bit of a panicker it's great to know I could count on Brendan's professional and friendly service. He talked us through a bit of help and guidance and then turned up early the next morning to get everything sorted quickly which we really appreciated. I think I'd rate him six stars if I could! If you need help I'd definitely recommend Ricardo.

Brenda is extremely helpful and professional. I am very happy to continue to use his services when needed, and they will be!

Very proficient service and very fair pricing - highly recommended.

Brendan provided a really efficient, helpful and friendly service which was supported by great communications. He fitted us in at a time convenient for us, arrived on time and did the job well. I'd highly recommend his services.

Great to find an electrician who is happy to come out quickly for small jobs and do them efficiently, professionally and with a positive, helpful and friendly approach. We highly recommend Brendan!

Very prompt response to enquiry, was very tidy and did an excellent, speedy job.

Really friendly efficient and affordable service, provided just when we needed it. Answered the telephone when I made initial enquiry, kept me informed about when the job could be done and arrived exactly when promised.

Brendan has just fitted electrics in our new summer house and we were very pleased with the work that was carried out. The quote he gave us was very competitive and he got on with the work to a very high standard and left the area clean and tidy. We have already booked him to do work in our rental properties. We don't now need to shop around for quotes in the future as Brendan will be our first choice.

Fantastic service. Repaired the ring main next day after I drilled the cable accidentally. Would highly recommend

Great service and communication throughout an electrical installation condition report at our property. On the run up to the booking, I was messaged beforehand and advice given over the phone about our requirements. On the day of booking, messages sent to confirm timing of arrival. During the inspection, constant feedback about the condition of electrical wiring was given and great advice about power requirements in the kitchen and also what to improve for the future. A very professional service all round. Will definitely use this company again and they are highly recommended.

Friendly, efficient service would highly recommend.

Very impressed by the work Brendan carried out as part of the revamp of our kitchen. Both quality of workmanship and communications were of highest standard at all times. Would highly recommend.
