Rob and Callum have been brilliant! Can’t rate them highly enough! When our kitchen lights and sockets tripped on Saturday night and we were unable to get things working again and identify the source issues, after being unsuccessful in finding an electrician to help, Rob answered straight away. He was unable to come out to us at the time which was fine, as we FaceTimed and he talked us through what the possible cause could be, as we went around our kitchen together. We were on the phone for a little while trying to get to the bottom of things and we were so incredibly thankful to Rob for being so kind in taking the time to help us. Thanks to Rob we were able to get the fridge & freezer both working again! Phew! On Monday, Callum came round to check all our kitchen sockets and the fuse board. He was punctual, polite and incredibly thorough, explaining everything as he went. He even offered some great advice on what we could potentially do to prevent reoccurrences of what happened, without any hard sell whatsoever. They were both a delight to deal with and no overcharging either. Rob was very clear on their reasonable charges. So glad to have found a great local electrical company, who will now be our first choice. Thank you to both Rob & Callum.

10/10 service. We use Rob everytime. He helped fit all the downlighting to our renovation downstairs, moving sockets, fuse box and installing sockets for a TV and fireplace. And he has just come back and fitted downlighting to the whole top floor and rerouted the sky cables. Nothing is too much trouble and he was happy to make adjustments where needed. Very professional and cleans up after himself. We would recommend Rob to anyone needing an electrician, he is the best.

Dependable, prompt, tidy, well organised chaps who care about the quality of work they achieve. We had a fuse box replacement & connection to new external meter box, several new sockets. All required chasing in/ going under floorboards which was all done neatly, consulting us on exact locations etc. Rob kindly booked us in for the meter work several weeks in advance to tie in with National Grid. A couple of unexpected issues with sockets (caused by us) which they rectified in minutes. Full safety check done. I'm relieved to find an electrician I can trust to problem solve & be as neat as I would if I was doing it myself. We will be asking Prestige to do work on our electrics in future. Thank you Rob & Co!
