Maybe slightly more expensive than your regular electrician but he is worth every penny spend. Amazing thorough job, leaves nothing in uncertainty and when he finishes you know what's what and you also know that you won't need an electron for the same job for the next 30 years or so. I recently bought a huge house that needed complete re-wiring (and was short-circuited at places) and Zhelyasko managed to sort it out cable by cable, fuse by fuse, plug by plug. Amazing job, highly recommended.
