Great service. Upstairs lights and kitchen sockets stopped working, then - horror of horrors - the wifi router went too. Phoned them up at 5.30, and by 8 they’d been round, identified the fault, been out to buy parts, and been back to fix it. All for a very decent price too.

Fitted a new electric oven today at my property working absolutely fantastic. I outsourced the electric oven myself and still the electricians sat down with me explained to me how to operate the oven. I only messaged him on Monday and he came today (Tuesday afternoon) to install! Very affordable too and arrived on time, supplied the electric cable and cleaned up afterwards. 5/5

Called at lunchtime with an emergency problem, we have no electricity. He said he would come out in an hour or so. I was very relieved. 5 hours later and he has not turned up, he is declining my calls and not responding to texts. Let us without power on a bank holiday weekend when I could have called someone else out but everywhere is closed now.

Robbie and his colleague responded to my message and visited my home, assessed the fault I was experiencing with my smoke alarm system, and identified the cause, they completed the installation of two replacement alarms resulting in rectification of the problem. The guys were polite, efficient and tidy during the work which was completed for the agreed (very competitive) rate.

6 star rating. Came home to find sockets weren’t working. A switch on the fuse box had tripped - when I switched it back on it flicked back off straight away. No heating, fridge-freezer defrosting etc … and it’s Saturday night. Phoned Robbie who provided advice over the phone and waited on the line while I carried out his instructions. They worked a treat and there was no charge. I thought this level of service and generosity didn’t exist anymore. Make Robbie Electrical Services your go to electrician (he’s in my contacts!).

Called up and got free advice over the phone after the issue had sorted itself out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had no power since early this morning and, after putting a claim in on our emergency insurance and hearing nothing by 3pm, we were left with no heating and losing hope. Decided to try finding someone ourselves, and that’s when we contacted Robbie. What can I say? He got straight back to us and was out to our home immediately. Within minutes, he identified the fault and came up with a clear solution to fix it. Robbie and his son-in-law were absolutely brilliant—so knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Got a quote for a job and arranged to come to do the work the following week at about 9 am . I called at 10.30 to see if he was still coming and said yes. I got text on afternoon saying sorry he would have to cancel but said he would come next week for definite. Again did not turn up so I sent a text to find out if he was coming out but no reply. I sent another text 2 hours later asking him to let me know if he can't do the job, which he read but didn't bother to reply. Two days of my life wasted.

Didn't turn up. I did call to be told he would try and get there. When I had arranged for 4.30. rang and texted at half 5 to see if he was still going to come which we were told yes. Got to 7pm and still hadn't turned up. Messaged/called ended up having to get someone else out to do the work. Which turned up as an emergency for us. Really disappointing considering the good reviews they have. Total lack of communication. Wouldn't have minded so much if it was something minor but I had no electricity and no heating with a young child.

I had used Robbie Electrical to sort out an wiring problem at my mams house last year. He did a great job and so I had no hesitation in calling him when my hob blew the electrics in my own house. They came and assessed the problems and discussed solutions and prices for a new hob. The new hob was fitted and also an isolating switch. Very friendly and helpful and reasonable prices. I recommend them.

Robbie came out on a Sunday within a couple of hours to address the issue of us having drilled through a wire whilst putting up shelves - it meant we could sleep easy that night with the wires safely secured and he made neat tidy holes, no mess. Also very friendly and reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service!! Called Robbie this afternoon as had a leak from my kitchen light fixture. He came a few hours later and was able to fix the issue within about 10 minutes. He even provided a temporary light bulb while my light fixture dries out before it can be reinstalled. Would definitely recommend Robbie, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Robbie and Scott came out to install 4 lights to my back garden and garage. My son has autism and likes to go outside a lot but in the winter it's pitch black as there are no houses facing us. We now have light in all parts of the garden including the garage where my son likes to go and play with some of his toys. They were very professional and friendly and did what I asked of them to a high standard. I got Robbie out when my electric tripped. The only way I got it to stop it tripping was to eliminate the use of downstairs sockets but I could not find the fault. Robbie was quickly able to establish the fault was in the kitchen and the area it was coming from. He would not stop until he found the exact fault which was from a faulty wire going to the socket my fridge is plugged into. He replaced the wire and fixed the issue. I also got him to add an extra socket in my kitchen, an extra socket in my bedroom to assist me with working from home and also change the battery in my house alarm. I am so impressed with the work that has been done. I will be getting Robbie back again to fit me some USB sockets in the coming weeks. He is really down to earth and a is genuinely friendly and hard working. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Robbie and have already passed on his number to some work colleagues. Call him now!!

Tripped fuse problem.

Brilliant job and two lovely lads, polite and friendly, class job

Had Robbie Electrical out for two jobs on my home, both times have been great and responsive. First one was to diagnose and fix a short circuit in my downstairs circuit, once they figured out where it was happening they repaired the wires and replaced the affected switches and fuse. As a new homeowner I was worried as to whether or not other possible issues, but they happily went around testing all my sockets and answering questions which alleviated my worries. Second time was a more simple job - a light bulb had blown and fused the switch. Went straight to Robbie again as I’d had a good experience the first time, and again they were in and out with very little fuss and clean professional work. Everything they’ve sorted for me has worked perfectly since, and they’re a friendly honest bunch who I’d gladly recommend to anybody.

What a top guy. Called Adrian on the afternoon and he sorted my problem out on the same day, which was myself drilling through electrical wires inside our wall, when trying to install a back splash behind our cooker. Not only did he sort the wiring out, he also installed the back splash what we didn't expect (thank you Adrian, the wife was over the moon with the work you had done). And all this for only £50 WOW cheap as chips, you would pay that just for a call out from other electrians. Just waiting to book another job in now, to have a ceiling light installed. Short notice, exemplary service with very reasonable costs

I called at 2:49am about a problem I had regarding one of my appliances tripping the power to my sockets. Worrying about food spoiling mainly I tried ringing 105 first to identify the issue and was told to contact an electrician. So I googled for someone who was available 24 hours and came across Robbie (which I'm so glad I did). When it comes to electrical problems in the home I'm inexperienced and honestly quite useless so to have the problem resolved within minutes of calling (given guidance on whatsapp) was such a relief. Especially at the time in which I called. Thanks so much! I couldn't recommend Robbie enough.

This weekend, I’ve needed an emergency Ceramic hob and integrated oven hood installation. Again, the work was carried out very efficiently.
