Fusion Electrical Contractors

Cant speak highly enough of all at Fusion. The first choice for commercial and domestic

I’ve had the lad do work in my office and now got them to rewire my house. Absolutely amazing nothing is too much trouble for them and the knowledge is unbelievable. I would never use anyone else.

Excellent service from first contact through to completion. I recommend fully

We have used Fusion before and always get a great job. Fully recommrnded.

Great service as usual from Chris. Wasn't a big job but he definitely gave the impression that it was just as important to him. Would recommend this firm to anyone. Very reasonable price too.

Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend for any electrical work you need.

Absolutely great service from Christian and the team, with initial costing and ideas from Chris. We had a lot of work done in March 2024 - several replacement light fittings, a couple of repairs, some additional sockets. We also had some decorative LED lights installed outside and all our floodlighting re-done. The team were fantastic in helping us decide what to do - including a pretty creative solution to getting lights into a part of the house with no power supply. They were proactive when they spotted something wrong with the fuse box and also responsive when we asked for a couple of other bits of work to be done. They worked with us to ensure the best products at the best prices. On the days of work the team were tidy and considerate and we could not ask for a better set of workers, they thought through all the jobs carefully. All good! We highly recommend Fusion for any electrical work.

Chris was fantastic on the phone, though we didn't meet. Christian and the apprenctices did a great job on a total rewire. Didn't get what we wanted in terms of finances, but they would have done more had we been able to. Due to other issues with plaster, some of the extras like CAT6a cabling I can do. Good to communicate with, great to chat in detail about the job to do. Great experience. What was a serious fire hazard and condemned, now it's well within regulations. From a safety and regulation check fail (by Chris, NICEIC qualified) when in process of purchasing the house, to rewire and another safety inspection which obviously was a pass this time. Cost was well in line with what you would expect from any good electrician, in fact, well below my estimate/budget. Would I ask them back? sure. Especially when other work is done and talking through installing 12v-24v LED tape lights on floating/drop ceiling, stairs, etc, around the house.

Replacement socket required as previous socket damaged. Chris replaced socket and also extended lead on washing machine to enable easier plug in. Excellent service received would highly recommend.

Booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance. Called the evening before the appointment to confirm the time of their visit. Said they’d let us know the next day. Next day told us it’ll be after lunch. Got a call at 1pm saying they’ve reached while we were at the bank. We said we’d be there soon and would really appreciate it if they stayed. They said ok. When we reached home they had left without informing us. Said we’d have to rebook an appointment now because we weren’t home. Poor communication and lack of flexibility. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

We used fusion on a site in Sunderland, great to deal with.

Great professional service. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks guys.

Fusion installed security cameras on my home. They were so polite, helpful and approachable. I'd recommend to anyone, really great service. I'll certainly be using them again for any electrical needs.

We used fusion for the electrical works at our new shop in Sunderland. The guys were polite, professional, responsive to messages and the work is of very high standard. Highly recommended

Chris Clay provides excellent service, I've used him several times now and cannot fault the work he and his team provide. Paul Dean - Cleadon Village

I've been using Fusion for all my electrical needs - personal and business - for years now and they are always polite, on time and get the job done for the right price (which seems to be very rare with these days!). Couldn't recommend them any more highly!
