We contacted James about a switch for our electric fire which was stuck in position. Although it was a simple job,he replied immediately, gave us a price and a date to replace the switch! Just before he arrived,he phoned to say he was on his way and arrived promptly! James was efficient and friendly. He replaced the switch to our satisfaction and we have asked him to renew our fuse board now because we were so happy with his work! Thank you,James.

James removed and installed an electric hob for me today. He gave me a set time to do the job, (a big help particularly this time of the year) and contacted me to say he would be delayed by an hour and would contact me when he was on his way. He did and arrived promptly at the new time. He’s a very pleasant man and did a great job, even putting the old hob in the garage out of the way for me. I thought his price was fair and he’s also a very tidy worker. I’ll certainly use James again when I need electrical work doing and would recommend him to anyone.
