Owen Electrical & Security Ltd

Helped me diagnose an electrical fault over the phone. Other electricians would have insisted on coming out and charging a callout fee. The issue in the end was easy to diagnose and turned out to be a faulty kettle. Thank you for resolving my issue and saving me a weekend callout charge! Happy customer 🙂

Absolutely excellent service. Extra jobs cropped up on the day and Rob breezed through. I will certainly use again Thank you. Amazing family business.

Amazing service when potentially water able to enter electrical box. Andy attended next morning, replaced box and removed redundant wires.

House alarm was playing up, I was fearing it to be a large job as it was randomly going off anytime, day or night with no obvious reason. Got in touch with Rob, who was lovely & reassuring, booked it in for a much needed service, however the problem was still there. Got back in touch & they came out the next day to install their next option & hopefully now sorted. Such a genuine guy & trustworthy team, nothing to much trouble & everything explained upfront including costs, would highly recommend.

Rob was recommended to us and we have been very pleased with all the help that Rob and Andy have given us. We needed a job doing urgently at very short notice and they have been brilliant. Can’t fault them and will definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for sorting everything out for us.

A real pleasure from start to finish highly recommended you give Rob a ring i am using nobody else 😀 many thanks Rob

Owen Electrical did an EICR on a house we're buying. As FTBs we had guidance throughout, and following a thorough report we were given honest advice on remedial fixes with no up-selling. Rob's team were flexible to work around our situation, kept in close contact with us before and after the report was carried out, and was very well priced for the high quality work carried out - not to mention the friendly staff. We'll definitely be using them for future jobs.

Replace old existing bathroom Fan , Rob came out looked at job priced up , back next day to fit , New fan , Neat job , Old fashioned values, nice to see these days, local company . cheers Tony

After a power surge yesterday our alarm activated and would not shut off. We rang Rob who talked us through a temporary fix and he sent an engineer out first thing this morning, on Christmas eve!!. The problem was sorted quickly & efficiently and at a very reasonable price. They even went next door to help our elderly neighbours out whose alarm had started going off at 6am. Highly recommended company.

Called Rob about a problem with our alarm system, he sent one of his team out who found a fault with one of the sensors, which he then replaced, I would recommend Rob and will be calling him again with any other problems

Fantastic company, very reasonable cost!

Excellent company. Rob & the team came to fit security cameras at our shop, following a series of break ins. Excellent work, all completed to a high standard. Highly recommended.

I called because I'd managed to blow the fuse using a toaster and lost all electrical power in the house. The electrician I spoke to over the phone kindly talked me through how to fix my fuse box and got all my electricity back on. He did it free over the phone! Excellent service. I would use again if I have any house electrical problems.

Rob and his staff have been absolutely fantastic and in my hour of need they went above and beyond to help me out. Their work is very very professional and at a really good price. Faultless and highly recommended.

My daughter who is diagnosed with vascular ethlers danlos syndrome was granted a trip to Disney land florida with Make a Wish that was cancelled due to covid, she chose to have a Hottub instead. We got intouch with Owens electrical security ahead of it's delivery to fit a outside socket, They very kindly did this service free of charge. We are so grateful Thank you.

Rob and his team carried out a safety check for my property and issued me a certificate. I called around a few companies in Stoke on Trent and after speaking to Rob I knew I would be using his company for my work. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Highly recommended

Excellent service from the outset. Received a detailed quote within 24 hours that I was able to tailor to my requirements and budget. Rob Owen Ltd. completed outstanding work from a previous electrician, supplied and fitted an additional key pad to the existing alarm system and advised, supplied and fitted a quality CCTV system for a very reasonable price. Except for a lunch break, the three electricians worked solid all day, one returning the following day to patiently demonstrate the system and answer questions. All three are excellent ambassadors for the company who I would have no hesitation recommending or have return if I need their skills in the future. Mr. Rob Owen followed up the work with a courtesy call and reassurance of the company's ongoing support. l

Fabulous service, sorted my problem & not out to rip you off. Will definitely be recommending and using again in future

top class after sales service nothing too much trouble and quality installation in the first instance
