He replaced my ceiling bulb fixture in a matter of minutes and quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue with my electrical box. Kieran was honest about the issue he found, was able to resolve it quickly, and left absolutely no mess. 10/10 will be using his services again

Keiran installed a wired Ring Doorbell for my mother and did a brilliant job. His communication was excellent, always replying to queries quickly and keeping me up to date with the installation. He arrived on time (early in fact - but called first), carried out the installation quickly, and provided photographic evidence of new equipment installed. He also showed my mother how the system worked and then transferred the doorbell over to my Ring account. His fee was also very reasonable (well within the range given by ChatGPT for such a job). I can't recommend him highly enough and I'll definitely use him again.

Fantastic man. Very respectful, interactive and great sense of humour to mention few.

Kieran is professional, friendly and reliable. He came recommended to me and I would highly recommend him to others.

The electrician we used for a number of years has moved out of the area, so we had the task of finding a new reliable electrician. Following reading numerous positive 5 star google reviews we decided to contact Kieran at KE Electrical to advise and quote on some exterior lighting at our property. From first contact and quoting, through to completing the work Kieran has been nothing short of first class. Everything has been dealt with very promptly and professionally with great advice on how best to save money. The quality of the installation was second to none - if you need an electrician we have no hesitation in recommending Kieran and KE Electrical following such a positive experience.

Kieran is a lovely man, he did my work professionally and answered all questions about the electrics, no mess anywhere, definitely value for money. Would recommend him for your electrical work.

Here’s a more natural version: Kieran did a brilliant job replacing my shower, fitting new security lights outside and adding a new plug socket. He was informative, helpful and professional throughout, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. I’m really happy with the work he’s done — so much so that I’ve already asked him to come back and do a few other jobs. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks again, Kieran!

He was quick, smooth and very diligent

KE Electrical have just replaced my ex-storage heater consumer unit and brought the connections up to modern standards. I had previously come off Economy 7 and had my storage heaters replaced by modern electric radiators by a company that has since folded. I wasn't happy with their installation so I got Kieran to thoroughly check it. He has now made the installation safe. He was very competent and efficient.

Kieran immediately got back to me when I filled out the online form. He came really quickly and got the job done fast! Really impressed! Will definitely be using him again!

Very helpful, friendly guy. Did a great job on fitting a new extractor fan for me in my commercial kitchen. Would definitely use again.

I have worked with Kieran for over five years, both through the estate agency and at my own home. Over that time, he has completed hundreds of electrical jobs for many landlords across our managed properties, including repairs, electrical inspections, fault finding and larger remedial works. He is consistently reliable, professional and straightforward to deal with. He communicates well, turns up when arranged, works neatly and always gets the job completed properly. I have also trusted him with electrical work on my own home, as well as works for members of my family, which says a lot about the confidence I have in his service. I would highly recommend him to homeowners, landlords, letting agents and anyone looking for a dependable electrician around Staffordshire.

The work was completed very promptly and efficiently as per instructions, and Kieran was friendly & helpful. Totally recommended!

Very professional and great communication. Gave me a time slot, arrived on time and kept me updated before he arrived to let me know he was on his way which I appreciate. He replaced our bathroom light and secured an outdoor wire. All the work looks neat and I am very happy with it!

Used for Landlords EICR. Very good communication and service. Will certainly use again.

I have a rental flat in Stoke and I live 160 miles away, Kieran replaced the hob and oven for me with minimal input from myself, just to check I was happy with the parts being ordered. It was done on time with no issues at all. Having someone I can trust helps me a lot, not being near to the flat and I would recommend Kieran to anybody.

Professional and excellent service. Will always recommend Kieran.

I’ve been using Kieran for years, most recently when we had an emergency water leak that affected our lights and Kieran came out quickly and got everything sorted safely. Other work he’s done for us includes testing internal circuits, additional sockets, installing outside lights, putting electricity to summer houses, a new consumer unit - all to a really high standard. Every time we’ve needed someone, Kieran’s been round without hassle — he’s our go-to for anything electrical. We’ve even asked him for referrals for other trades, which says it all. Reliable, responsive and great workmanship. He explains things really well and in high stress situations keeps me calm. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He is a very good guy and very professional and knows what he is doing

Kieran is a truly excellent electrician. He sorted out the whole system in a 1980’s house, to bring it up to standard, and also fixed problems left by a previous electrician. His work was clean, tidy, and he was extremely polite, friendly and really understood what I wanted. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

It’s always a pleasure working with Kieran and I love how professional and helpful he is when we have issues come up at our properties

I would highly recommend. Excellent communication and fantastic electrical works completed. Helped me out in a tight spot too.

For my business, Staffordshire Installations, I do all sorts of property maintenance and upgrades, From bathrooms to kitchen, decorating to installing light bulbs. I've needed a decent sparky for many things. I've been working with Kieron for quite some time now for all my electrical needs. He's always answered to the phone to me. Always gone out of his way to get to me in a hurry if there's an urgent need. Has always been on time and never had any problems. He's installed many things for me when I e been installing new bathrooms and kitchens etc. One important thing is making sure your house is safe and up to regulations when it comes to electrics and I've had to had many consumer units changed before work can begin. It's always been neat and tidy and to a high standard. Never a problem with my customers receiving their electrical certificates promptly. I'd recommend him for any electrical work you may need.

Kieran did an amazing job on my flat that needed to be fully refurbished after a water leak from the flat above. Sockets, switches, lights, heaters and appliances needed to be replaced an Kieran did it at a high standard. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Came out to do fixed wiring inspection, great service and done quickly despite my cluttered house and him having to work around my alsation. Kieran seems like a nice guy, he explained everything what he was doing and what he needed access to etc. Then gave me a summary of recommendations for future proofing to the regs and luckily no problems were found (except an extension lead that needs replacing, but that's a me problem!)

I always use Kieran for my electrical work, he’s brilliant, very friendly & reliable, and always leaves the job clean & tidy. He always goes out of his way for me, I’d highly recommend him!

I was having my bathroom refitted but needed a new board. Did a great job moving it to a reachable position and made such a neat job of the wiring. Fitted my shower and new wall light and switch. All looks great now and a much safer house. Thanks so much Kieron.

Top notch service, friendly and professional, highly recommend.

Great job installing my new electric oven, friendly, polite and the job has been well done, quickly and for a fair price. recommended!

I have worked with Kieran from KE electrical for several years now and continue to do so due to his professionalism and reliability. From my own home to larger scale projects, I would recommend KE Electrical from changing a socket through to a full rewire.

Excellent service. Prepared us before the visit. Plenty of information on what was done on the day and quick delivery of the report.

Kieran has provided a super efficient service and the work was carried out quickly and at a great price. Will definitely use his company again and recommend him to others.

Kieran (KE Electrical) did an amazing, professional job, which involved a total rewire and new installations in a complete renovation of my bungalow. This included lighting and sockets throughout all rooms, including garage. Installation of 2 ovens, a boiler, under floor heating, cctv, alarm system, smoke alarms, outside lighting and timers. The workmanship is superb and so professional and Kieran is one if the nicest guys you could meet. He is , also, very quick to respond to any queries I might have. A power cut and following surge caused a problem in the circuitry for the UFH and Kieran identified and sorted it out very rapidly.
