Customers describe Neil's Electrical Services as friendly, professional and quick to respond, with several saying they have used the firm more than once. One remote landlord thanked them for restoring hot water to tenants over the Christmas period after being let down elsewhere, and another had an oven fault that was tripping the house fixed the same day they called. Reviewers also mention fair pricing compared with other Southampton firms and cheerful, punctual work on jobs such as fitting lights.

Neil quoted for fitting some lights at our home. A few days later, Dave arrived on time. I showed him the jobs, and he cheerfully completed the work exactly as I had asked. Super job, and a great company. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Our electric oven started fusing the house one weekend in 2020, and Neil's Electrical Services were able to come that day and fix it (and was happy to wear a mask while doing so). It was a great relief to have it sorted so quickly!

As a remote landlord I rely on being able to find professional tradesmen to maintain the property and respond to any unforeseen untimely problems. After being let down elsewhere I just want to say thanks very much to Neil and his firm for making sure my tenants had hot water this Christmas period. 5 stars for response and trustworthiness and the price was completely fair.
