Attended the same day and quickly sorted out the problem by removing the faulty external lights and damaged cable and despite the extreme heat, went into the loft to make safe the wiring. I can't recommend Andy and his team enough. We had been let down by someone else and were against the clock before our plasterer arrived. I contacted Andy and he got back to me straight away, arranged to come and have a look, and managed to squeeze us in before the plasterer arrived! Andy and team completed a rewire on a property I bought in Dec 2025. I contacted Andy for an EICR to start with; this was arranged a couple of days after my email without any hassle. The report was with me within a few working days, and Andy was on point to answer any questions I had in relation to possible routes I could go down (even during the festive season). There was no pressure on me to make hasty decisions which I really appreciated (especially in the context of other works on the house having to be completed also). The rewire was scheduled for the end of January, and ran with no major delays. Andy texted / called with regular updates and / or questions as req'd. He was flexible with logistics, as I have had to travel to get to the house and juggle work at the same time. I will be happy to use Andy's services again and would recommend him and his team.

We had EV charger fitted along with related works to add an extra consumer unit and improve earthing to water and gas. Andy was very easy to deal with, explained options and provided detailed breakdown in the quote. His team showed up as scheduled, checked the instructions as they progressed, and did a very professional tidy job. Would definitely use them again.

Andy and his team have just completed a full rewire of our house. From the beginning the whole team was very professional. The quote was prompt, detailed and well priced so it was easy to understand costing on each element. The team (4 people) was efficient and great at communicating to us what was happening throughout and liaised with other trades who were working on other parts of the house. The work is very neat (other trades specifically commented on this to us) and they left our house very tidy every day and post project. Very professional and it was the best quote I received! Team has arrived just on time. I work from home so it was a bit difficult to arrange a day, but Andy was very understanding and tried to accomodate. Team Inspected the faulties and Andy sent us a quote, including every detail (labour, VAT, parts that needs to be bought etc.) What they will do when they arrive etc. So there were no surprises and it was a smooth process. The team cleaned up after themselves and carried out work with minimum disturbances. Work was done amazingly efficiently and very professionally and competently. They swooped in as a very dynamic team and sorted out everything brilliantly. This was in contrast to a previous electrician who had done a poor job then left without completing- so we were very impressed with Andy and his team. Andy oversaw and worked with his team and they all worked hard cohesively and respectfully together - no lounging around with cups of tea ….! They put in all the switches and sockets in a new kitchen plus ceiling lights. They’ve done work more extensively previously when we bought the house it was stupid of us to not use them for all of this job but we listened to the builder (never again!)
