From the initial EICR inspection through to completing a full house rewire, Ruri was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept us informed throughout every stage of the project, explaining what needed to be done, why it was required, and always taking the time to answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The quality of the work is excellent. As well as the full rewire, he installed integrated smoke alarms, outdoor sockets and lighting, and ensured everything met the latest electrical regulations and NICEIC standards. Everything was left neat, tidy and professionally finished, and all certification was provided promptly after completion. What really stood out was how accommodating Ruri was. He listened to what we wanted, offered practical advice rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work, and worked around our needs wherever possible. His communication was excellent throughout the entire project, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Finding a tradesperson you can genuinely trust isn't always easy, but Ruri is exactly that. Reliable, honest, highly skilled and takes real pride in his work. Can't recommend these guys high enough. True professionals, they care about the work they do, and that's becoming a rare thing these days. Wouldn't hesitate in having them back to do more for us as and when the need arrises. Trust me, as someone who has fallen foul of cowboys in the past, these are the best around
They have recently completed a full house rewire and have done a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Any waste or rubble was taken away, any mess was cleaned up straight away so I could still live in the house while the work was ongoing. I would highly recommend and if you have to wait a while for them to become available, it's well worth it.
I cannot recommend Ledger & Son enough. They are just perfect. I have never felt so at ease having work done at home. They are perfectionists and their standard of work is amazing. They are the only firm I will ever use from now on.
