Jonathan did a great job fixing the electric heating in my flat. The heating had broken across two rooms, and he came in, checked everything thoroughly, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He then sorted the problem out, got replacement units and installed them. The quality of his work was excellent, and it was clear he really knows what he’s doing. On top of that, Jonathan is a very friendly and approachable guy - easy to talk to and happy to explain what was going on, which is great. I’m really happy with the work he’s done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work.

JRB Electrical LTD help with some electrical issues around the house today I was happy with the service I received. Ari, the electrician was incredibly professional and efficient. He replaced several faulty sockets throughout the house and also fixed the kitchen light, which had been a problem for few days. Ben and his team went to Burlington House for the EICR test. They accessed my flat without my permission when I was changing my clothes. As a single woman living this flat alone, it was super scary and rude!!! I didn’t know which worker in Ben’s team opened my door, meanwhile, I did not received any formal apology but only “I thought no one is in this flat”. Really not happy to this experience.
Ari has done a really good job putting me a vent in the bathroom he clearns up after himself I would recommend him to anyone

I have been working with JRB since August 2022, and I kept coming back to them because of their professionalism, quality of service and approachability. Never a call or email not answered, always transparent with prices, and most important once the job was completed we never had to revisit it again. I particularly want to thank Jonny who is very efficient and friendly, always a pleasure to see him.
We had one of the electricians come round after our electrics tripped and we couldn’t solve the issue. I think the guys name was Johnny. Really nice guy, really helpful. He did a full test although he suspected he knew what the issue was after I explained what had happened to him. Had a fair few contractors come to the house over the years and he was probably the best one to honest. Had a bit of a chat and he even gave me some tips for units for my electric car too.
Johny has come today to fix water heater, he is very professional and fix the problem we had from last 2 months.
Working with those guys for the past few months now. All jobs are being done quickly, no messing around. Highly recommend!

When I learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, JRB electrical was my first call--and my only call. Organised a EICR with Ben and got the service really quickly. Unfortunatly my breaker box was well out of date and I'm glad they flagged it up because it was a huge fire risk. Ben organised a really fair bundle price for the certificate plus removal and installation of the new good quality box. Only took a couple of hours to replaced and it was fitted NEXT DAY! Cheers fellas! Great job.
