Steve responded to our emergency call for help promptly and at the weekend, he came out and advised on a burst pipe with a temp fix and then fitted us in straightaway for the proper fix. Job sorted efficiently and no mess. Friendly and polite service. No hesitation in recommending Steve and we would use his services again.

A Local Company that Cares! - This critique has been hard to write, I dont want to sound "too gushing" or over the top with my comments. However I have to balance that with the truth which you the reader needs to help you! We had a serious electrical problem in our home that made life difficult leading up to Christmas. We didnt know who to turn to. Enter "Steve" (The Boss) and his boys from this company, from the first telephone contact the main thing they did was "Listen to us" That led to sound advice and a total grasp of our situation. The confidence and Knowledget hey gave meant immediately we signed them up for the work. Within the day his polite, friendly electricians were on our doorstep assessing the situation. By the end of the day materials were being ordered for fast courier delivery so that the job could proceed the next day without delay The electrician team that did the work were conscientious, polite, friendly, punctual , proficient (and loved bacon sandwiches & tea) They went that extra mile. We felt the estimate was reasonable, and was stuck to - no surprises. they are already known in our village but we will make sure others know by social media what a good local company we have. We will certainly use them again!

Responded quickly and directly to my WhatsApp messages. A member of the team attended the following morning. It was an easy fix and took less than 5 minutes. Felt a bit expensive for what it was but given that the quotes I received varied quite wildly, Steve was somewhere in the middle.

Fixed damaged pipes on boiler and under sink that dog had chewed. Clean and professional. Came on time did the job with miminal distribution. Would not hesitate to recommend this well established family firm .will definitely be using them again with out hesitation

Avoid. Did the plumbing and electrics for our kitchen renovation a number of years ago and we are still finding mistakes and having to get things fixed. I was unimpressed at the time but the job eventually got done after lots of chasing by the other contractors involved as they couldn’t finish the install. Edit- Unable to respond to your response so adding it here. It has taken so long as I don’t like to leave negative reviews, a positive review for you popped up and this prompted my review. We didn’t deal directly with you, we went through a builder and we were thoroughly unimpressed, the builder was aware of this at the time. A number of issues have only recently come to light, as is the way with plumbing and electrics. We’ve just done some more work and unearthed another mess that we have had to rectify. When you were working on our property, often an apprentice would be dropped off at our house in the morning with a list of things to do, they didn’t have a ladder left with them so couldn’t do lighting, luckily I was able to come home from work during the day so got them a ladder from our shed and could go through the list with them as they weren’t sure where anything should go or what had been agreed. The radiator in the utility is placed in such a position that makes it impossible to fully open the washing machine drawer, you were aware that plans for the location of the units had changed, we had mentioned to the builder that we needed to check the radiator location, but due to poor communication (nobody knew when your team were going to turn up), the radiator was installed without checking with anyone. An old disconnected pipe was left sticking up out of the floor, had you come when you were supposed to, and told us you weren’t going to remove this, we could have sorted this ourselves, but the team fitting the flooring were waiting for you and as the work to remove the old radiators and pipe work was done last minute, the flooring was fitted around the pipe, meaning this had to be lifted and sorted after you had gone. The kitchen fitter was waiting for weeks for you and ended up starting another job before finishing ours because they couldn’t do anything else until your team had been and there was no indication from you as to when you might turn up. I hope that has answered your queries.

Do not use this Company. Charged me £164 for unblocking shower waste by putting liquid down which did not work. I don't mind paying work carried out but this is disproposinate to what was done. Update, Just purchased a £10.00 hand pump from a online store. just 5 minutes with this device the blockage was gone. explain that.

Installed a new 32 amp circuit from the consumer unit to an isolator for a spa. The service was excellent from start to finish and customer care after the work was done was prompt. The staff were professional and friendly, and done a great job of fitting the SWA cable neatly, the isolator switch was also installed where asked. Overall a positive experience and would highly recommend to others. The price wall also reasonable and competitive. The staff arrived on time and were reliable and trustworthy.

Very pleased the work done. They are reliable, professional, punctual and follow up on the job. Our spotlights were flickering. The previous electrician did not fit them in standards and the pendant lights did not position as we wanted it. The team install another joint box to fix spotlights or change the cabling if necessary. Corrected position of the pendant lights. Also, there is an extremely strong smell coming out of our cloakroom. Team's approach to the issue was extraordinary, they did tried everything to find the root cause then agree on how to fix it. The service pricing is very standard as per the market. I would recommend their service. (Uploaded only 1 photo from our kitchen, but they did for all rooms)
