Chris and his team have carried out numerous jobs over the years for me . Wiring up heating controls and carrying out works associated with bathrooms adding spot lights and extractor fans and fuse board upgrades . Chris and his team are always polite , arrive when they say they will and carry out the work with minimal mess. Our customers are always satisfied with the standard of work they carry out. The teams combined knowledge and face to face communication with customers is what puts them apart from most other companies. Will always use and recommend 1st Class Electrical.
First Class have just completed all the outside lighting and the cabling for my electric gates. The job was carried out promply and within budget. All the engineers are professional and friendly. For once a local company who fully justify their proud and positive name. Recommended - strangely by a fellow electrician who specialises in alarms - the company has conducted a few domestic jobs for us in past few months. On each occasion they have been exceptional in all aspects of their work. Primarily a family company we have had the benefit of both electricians, Chris and Dan, who have proved equally reliable and efficient without any character faults or issues. They have been precisely prompt, ever-affable, willing to discuss the nature and significance of their labours which are made clear even to an elderly layman such as me. The quality of their varied work has been consistently very good with flexibility excercised in changing circs. Prices are fair and reasonable and within quoted estimates. Unusually tidy and respectable for sparkies; my wife and I have no hesitation in fully recommending them. Probably best electricians we have ever had. Accounts manager/organiser Rebecca also excels in her role with her kind, sympathetic and supportive approach.
I have dealt with 1st Class Electrical on a few occasions including a full rewire and new consumers unit and most recently they installed a ceiling fan in my Daughters bedroom. The team are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and do a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend them more.

I called 1st class electrical and now I can understand why they are called that. First class Outstanding service and Chris even called to fix my problem on a Saturday. I can’t thank him enough for fixing my electric that kept tripping the fuse. He didn’t leave till he found the issue and sorted it.
We were recommended to go to 1st Class Electrical by Forum Jewellers and what a good recommendation that was! We had lost all power to our sockets. Dan arrived within the hour. It turned out to be quite a complex issue, needing three visits, but from the first visit Dan had most of the sockets working again. The other visit was finding the source of the problem and the last changing all sockets in the conservatory. Dan was very personably, and the kind of person you feel very relaxed having in your home. He was polite and hard working and left everything need and tidy. We highly recommend 1st Class Electrical and wouldn't go anywhere else now whenever we need an electrician. Thanks so much!

Can't thank these guys enough. Used them 5 yrs ago and they did miracles in our old hse. Called them last week to come and look at a problem that was tripping the main fuse in our new hse. Contacted their office at 08-00am to inform them that we had no power to any sockets in the house, shortly afterwards they phoned back to say an Engineer would call later in the day. At 02-30pm Dan arrived and within 30 minutes he identified the problem....... a faulty kettle! Their service and expertise has been outstanding throughout and they will now be my first port of call for any future electrical work.

1st Class replaced our industrial units main lighting with LEDs & a wireless switching system so that we could selectively switch what light would be on or off on the same circuit. 1st Class Electrical are absolutely brilliant. We've used them several times for different jobs (and one short-notice emergency fix!) I'm normally reluctant to bring in professionals, partly from dumb bloke pride and partly because of some bad experiences with other companies, but the people here are superb. They're professional, timely, neat and very helpful. They'll continue to be the electricians that I use going forward because I know from experience that I can depend on them to do a great job for a fair price.
