MX2 came along promptly to quote, their quote was reasonable and they gave us options. The work itself was done quickly, efficiently and very neatly, they went the extra mile adding extra without quibbling, and they left the flat in a very tidy space.

Requested an EICR, they were incredibly flexible and understanding when I was running late, and waited for me. Completed the work promptly and when identified an issue, booked in an appointment for just a few days later to fix the issue and issue the certificate. They worked quickly, the quality of the work looks great and were friendly and professional throughout

Used MX2 Electrical Ltd through MyBuilder for an EICR. Unfortunately we had problems straight afterwards — lights that had worked fine for seven years failed the next morning, and the cost to put things right kept climbing (£120, then a further £250 quoted just to investigate). We decided to go elsewhere. A disappointing experience overall.

Daniel did a fantastic job certifying our EV charger and configuring the Tesla Neurio load management system. He was extremely thorough with his safety testing and handled all the complex DNO notifications for us. Most importantly, he is very honest—when he saw our main cables didn't need replacing, he immediately lowered his initial price to reflect only the work done. Excellent communication and a top-quality service. Highly recommended!

My agent used this company for my flats EICR. It failed on a RCA, they charged me more, £170, than the original cost of the EICR to return and fit a £30 (their price, part) and apparently retest, which shouldn't have been needed. Don't be caught out by these crooks.

I had MX2 at my property I needed an outside socket and 2 indoor sockets. Both electricians did an excellent job.
