came out very quickly for an emergency of flies getting in my kitchen via extractor fans. Was expensive but no more so than other quotes and had the bonus of coming out same day. work was done same and both the engineers were polite. Would use them again in future.

Top notch. Swift response to an evening issue with electrics. The electrician came out within about 30 minutes of the call. Courteous and friendly, sorted the problem, made some recommendations and we'll be calling again to help with future electrical improvements around the house.

Excellent service. The electrician was prompt. After confirming what was needed and where he just cracked on. Ihad sockets added and another socket replaced. I was consulted on where some wires would be ran externally and he was quick, polite the job was neat and clean. He even cleaned up any mess made during. I would recommend guys and I will be using them again in the future.

I had been kept up all night by a faulty fire alarm, which would not stop bleeping. Isar arrived as soon as he could and was very courteous, polite and professional. He was extremely sympathetic (regarding my lack of sleep) and removed the offending alarm and consulted with me before fitting a better model. I’d like to pass on my sincere thanks to Israr for fitting our ceiling light today. After having a go myself I could clearly see this wasn’t something I had the knowledge or expertise to do on my own. I made the phone call about 12.30pm on New Years Day and he was at our property by 1.15pm. The price was reasonable, service was excellent and my wife said he was very polite and courteous (I wasn’t in at the time). I’ll be recommending this company to anyone who finds themselves stuck with an electrical issue and will likely use again in the future myself. Thank you again.

Amazing, quick and friendly service. Price was clear up front and they came within an hour on a weekday late evening. The only company I found that lived up to the 24hr service that was advertised!

Cowboys! Needed an electric shower replaced. Two guys turned up to do a one man job. Then they started coming up with additional work that would need doing at extra cost. Then they said they didn’t have a part they needed after disconnecting the shower, and left us without a working shower for a week. Phoned another company and they sorted it in 20 minutes without the so called extra work that these guys said needed doing. Scam artists! EDIT: Then, they respond to your review 4 YEARS later, acting all professional, like they even remember the incident. 😂 Embarrassing.

I needed an electrician urgently on a Saturday, due to an alarm that was faulty and non stop ringing. I spoke to the team who were very reassuring about getting someone out asap. They whatsapped me immediately to make payment up front but the engineer was there within 20 mins and fixed it promptly. They kept me updated and assured me that all was sorted and sent me a photo to show the issue. It was all very efficient and I was very happy with the service I received, thank you for your help.

6:55pm contacted urgent electrical service as power of half of the house went off. They answered my phone promptly and sent an engineer within an hour after the call. The engineer was very professional and polite, he identified the problem quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Very helpful.

Very disappointed, lost all power to every socket called them out £375 was quoted, messed about for 2 hours doing stuff then told me I needed a new consumer unit, then asked me for £275, for call out and diagnose, i paid £225 in the end as I said you’ve done nothing, I got my own electrician out today and he sorted it in 30 mins no consumer board needed

Not sure if it’s the norm now but I needed a eicr certificate on one of my properties and they asked for the whole amount upfront without even attending the house, I could of probably understood a small percentage or the whole amount once on site.

I needed a new light fitting to be installed and didn't have much time for the work to be done. Urgent Electrical not only answered the phone straight away at 9am on a Saturday but came out later that morning and completed the work in a highly professional manner. RIPOFF and scammers -beware!. The electrician Raj Patel said he replaced the emersion heater and demanded £450 payment before he would leave, We got there the next morning and no work had taken place and the tank and water were icecold. No invoice was sent and we are goings to report this to trading standard and his bank

A man came out to sort out the electrical issue as it was tripping. He didn’t know where the fault was, wasted half an hour trying to sort lighting which was perfectly and now he disconnected the lights which had no fault. He then wasted more time going around the whole house trying to see where the fault is even though we said the fuse had come out from the main electrical room. He didn’t understand English properly so there was communication barrier. Just wasted an hour extra for the money. Really awful service, very disappointing.

Called UES this morning after having no electric or heating on our ground floor since Saturday, we'd tried all suggestions regarding the issue, but it was a job for a professional. Most electricians couldn't see us for at least a week. UES were out to me by 1pm diagnosed the problem. They had to go get the part which took up their time, but only charged for the initial call out and the part plus vat, no additional time added. Excellent service. Cheers guys Amba.... Israr and the team have an unbeaten record when it comes to reliability and quality of work. Certainly my go-to for any electrical issues requiring attendance on little to no notice.

Arrived promptly. Very polite. Solved the problem quickly and efficiently and left the area clean.

The chap I spoke to, Israr, was very friendly and helpful, and enabled me to sort out the problem myself. Almost all of my electricity had stopped, apart from a few lights. As far as I could see, all switches on the fuse box were in the right places. It was 9.00 at night and I was worried about having a freezer full of food going to waste. Israr could have just sent someone out and taken the fee but instead he got me to send him a photo of the fuse box and guided me to flip a recessed switch that I hadn't spotted. Problem solved! I was very impressed by the helpful attitude.

Called at 9.30pm and he was there within the hour. Price pre quoted beforehand. Both my parents rely on disabled electrical equipment. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Went with Urgent Electrical purely because of the good reviews on google compared to other companies and they matched up to expectations. We called at approx. 9.30PM and Israr arrived around 1 hour later and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They give you a fixed price before coming out so there is no misleading with pricing. Took several weeks to even get an appointment, as every time I rang I was told the lady who does the appointments wasn’t there and the person I spoke with couldn’t arrange one. Someone was due to come today between 9 and 10, never turned up, no phone call. Tried calling several times with no answer, finally got through to someone this afternoon who told me he didn’t have a clue about the appointments and couldn’t help. Massively unprofessional.

In summary, an excellent, professional and friendly service at a great price with nothing too much trouble from two genuinely nice guys (Israr & Nasir). Five stars is not enough! Strongly recommended having completed such a large job to perfection with courtesy and standards sadly lacking these days from most. An absolute pleasure to deal with in every way. I was having a swimming pool installed and was let down by the electrician at the last minute. After frantically calling every electrician I could find I was going nowhere and in serious danger of being derailed. I then got hold of Urgent Electrical Services and Israr & Nasir came over that afternoon. Needless to say, this wasn't a simple job as it required a new spur off the main junction box, amored cabling brought through the wall, wrapped round the back of the house and then trenched to the new pool house, a new junction box, laying and connection to the pool lighting, spa jet motor and a new run of outdoor lighting together with all the connections to the boiler, filtration plant and everything else involved in a pool plant room. They were brilliant and had past experience with a commercial swimming pool, so knew what they were doing from the off. I did a short summary above (as this is often the only thing people read) but have to say again they were highly professional, extremely friendly and courteous, meticulously tidy in their work and stuck to their original quote despite many things taking much longer than anticipated. They even sorted a couple of lighting issues in the house whilst the were here. I will never use anyone else for electrical work and the photo's I have uploaded only show the surface of their work, everything else is hidden or in the pool house plant room.

After a number of ridiculous overpriced quotes, we called these guys, who gave us a quote less than half the expense of the previous quotes. The guy arrived within the hour, completed the electrical work within 45 minutes + advice. Excellent service. Will use them again if need be and would absolutely recommend them to others 👍

It's 11 at night on a Sunday, electric goes. Couldn't get a hold of anyone tried 10 -15 people got trough to a well know company quoted 150 call out charge 65 for every half hour after. Managed to get in touch with these guys quoted me for the actual work over the phone , 90 pounds and 1hour later everything is sorted. Superb .

Just want to thank Israel for his professional, dedication and diligence in sorting out our emergency repair needs in Nottingham. He responded to our call out promptly and arrived at 10pm. Called these guys on a Saturday morning because all our electric had gone off. After a call out, which they responded to within the hour, they arranged whatever parts they needed to come back to fix that same day. Extremely helpful, quick and reasonably priced, for an emergency call out, which is always going to be more than you want it to be anyway! Would highly recommend and will be using again
