I needed a PAT certificate asap and Safe Spark Electrical helped me immediately. Very responsive through Whatsapp which is more convenient as sometimes these days it’s quite hard to get hold of people through email or even ringing them. We got quoted with reasonable price too. I am really happy with the service that I have received from SafeSpark. I found them to be really helpful and accommodating when it came to me having my EV charger installed. Not only were they happy to communicate directly with my housing association to ensure I got permission to get the installation but they were also flexible with me when I suddenly realised that I needed a different model of charger after they had already ordered one for me. My charger is installed neatly with perfect workmanship and I’m now happily enjoying a cheap energy tariff as a result. Thanks SafeSpark, I’ll always come to you for my electrical needs in future.

I could not be more impressed with SafeSpark after I had an electrical emergency in my house. Alex was the electrician who came round; he was absolutely brilliant, very honest and did the job in the most efficient way possible. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation to myself, I would advise to use SafeSpark, incredibly reliable.

Turned up as expected, on time and fixed the problem. Easy to deal with and would use SafeSpark again.

Fast responses to online enquiry & email, but the guy who came to diagnose a problem with my underfloor heating was here for 5 minutes (£102) after telling me that underfloor heating isn't worth having, testing the thermostat (reluctantly) & recommending I get an oil heater because finding the actual problem would be too much hassle. Maybe it's not their specialism, but I didn't need an appointment for them to tell me that. Back to square one with another company.

Very good service. Quote and confirmation all via email and flexible with the date they came out. Fitted two light fittings in my lounge (was also very helpful when there was a piece missing and showed me where to buy it) and replaced a plug socket. Overall great service and would 100% recommend.

Diagnosis of electrical problem and then provided me a quote for the full installation of replacement radiators. They subsequently came and fitted the replacement radiators today. Tenant is happy as is the landlord (myself).

Can’t thank the Safe spark team enough🙏🏼 I live in the Milton Keynes area and wanted and electrical company to carry out an electrical car charger install that would work alongside my previously installed solar/battery installation. The 2 guys were brilliant and worked really well as a team. Leon who I gather is the owner of the company took care of all the planning from start to finish and made this really stress free for me as I found it very technical and confusing speaking to the various manufacturers that needed consulting. Great job boys I’m over the moon…… and finally getting the yield I initially wanted from the work I had done. 5 stars ⭐️

Attended promptly, stripped out old wiring and installed a new bathroom light. Very polite and professional.

All of our ground floor lights fused and would not reset. Emergency home insurance could not find an on call electrician and left me to find my own. So glad I did, electrician arrived within 90 minutes and quickly identified the problem as a short in a ceiling rose. Brilliant person and very good at his job. Will use this Co. again and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Really lovely guys. Agreed to install a pendant light which needed a bit of customisation. Clean up could have been better. Did cause some damage to the fixture which will need touch up. Time keeping could have been better as were at least 2 hours late on 2 occasions; was informed electrician was on his way (10 min drive away). Despite the above, would use again for a less custom job.

Call out to review why my electricity was tripping. investigation carried out, power regained, and full quote of works required to fix problem all back very promptly. Excellent prompt, efficient service

The electricians from SafeSpark were efficient, organised and friendly. They installed the Ring Doorbell, explained how it worked, including testing it and cleaned up after themselves. From booking the initial site inspection check and then the complete installation, it was all done within a week. Very professional and reliable.
