I had a great experience working with Mark. He was very quick to respond to my emails. My original layout did not comply with building regulations. Mark explained exactly why we would need an extra fused isolator. He then suggested moving the new EV unit near the meter box instead. This clever change saved me £150. He installed a new consumer unit and a Nexblue EV charger. He had not seen this specific charger brand before but he did a brilliant job with it. He showed up right on time and answered all my silly questions about how the components work. He is a very respectable and knowledgeable person. He also sent over all the requested paperwork like the EIC and DNO notification straight away. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

EV Charger, sub board and 30 metres of cabling all professionally fitted. From the point I made contact Mark was round quickly to quote, explained clearly what was needed, ordered the gear and the job was done in a week. Excellent service from Mark installing our EV charger into the garage. This required a new consumer unit and a newly configured box for the entry cable into the house. Mark explained what was required and how much this would all cost. He was also able to provide the necessary supporting paperwork at completion. I would, therefore, highly recommend Mark.

Excellent service from Mark at Dawson Electrical from start to finish. He was the only electrician to respond promptly to my email enquiry after I requested several quotes. We initially wanted an EV charger installed but also added extra sockets and security lights for our garage. Mark made the quoting process easy by asking for a WhatsApp video, and we received a clear, reasonably priced quote the very next day. He and his colleague arrived exactly on time, carried out the work professionally, and even cleaned up afterwards. Mark and his team were briefed to update existing halogen style floodlights to new LED lights that were energy efficient but significantly brighter at Milton Keynes Rugby Club. Highly recommended! - We were getting conflicting advice from another electrician regarding the installation of an electric oven in a rental property. Our neighbor suggested we ask Mark to take a look, so my wife gave him a call. Mark come around to the property, gave very useful advice to be able to install the oven safely, and arranged for one of his electricians to come and install it at short notice in a professional manner. Rarely does one get to see work done above expectation, and I was indeed surprised with how well it turned out. Wires needed to be extended across the house and drilling was necessary, all of which was done cleaner and tidier than I thought was possible. When my wife looked at the wiring she said to me: "Was he an electrician or a wizard?". Not to mention the speedy communication and almost no wait time before work was done. Very satisfied, would easily recommend.

Mark is fabulous electrician and best tradesman I ever dealt with very friendly and cooperative. He is quotation was reasonable. I He installed outdoor lights for me. One of the light was faulty and stopped working he came again and fixed for me which was really very nice of him to come and fix that immediately without any extra charge. Splendid - Mark has worked for me many times over the last couple of years both on domestic and commercial buildings. One of the best I have come across when it comes down to fault finding and fixing. I had instances in the past where some electricians have given up diagnosing fault on commercial wiring which Mark has resolved for me. I had problems with my electricity tripping out constantly. Called a couple of electrians on two different occasions, one actually spent around TWO HOURS and still didn’t fix the problem yet he charged me 😏. My neighbor recommended Dawson’s electrical and Mark actually found the fault was in my kitchen and it took him 20 MINS!!! I would highly recommend him as he also offered to refund me if they tripped again, which I’m glad they haven’t. Since then the team has done a couple of jobs for me, which I’m pleased about, and not to mention they are very clean, tidy and professional. 😊
