Had an electrical problem at home and, not knowing any local tradespeople personally, I was a bit hesitant about calling someone I didn’t know. Thankfully, I called MCR Electrical Services and Idris came out within an hour and was absolutely brilliant. Very professional, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He solved the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable too. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done. Excellent service from start to finish.

I'm really pleased with the service provided by MCR Electrical Services and Idrees Masood. Idrees came to undertake the EICR despite being unwell on the day and did a thorough job. He then returned and worked into the evening to undertake the rectifications required to issue the report. Idrees was very knowledgeable and was willing to offer advice on other electrical matters while he was here. He was also very respectful of my home, removing his shoes and cleaning up any mess before leaving. I'd definitely recommend MCR Electrical Services for EICR checks and any electrical works.
