Great pre-sales service, appalling installation that took over a year of badgering and complaining to get to a point where we were satisfied. Less than three years later, the residential lights they've fitted in our blocks are one by one starting to fail (they claim the lights only have a two year guarantee so not their problem) and we're going to have to get everything replaced. Given the high cost involved we're going to take legal advice as Central have stopped responding. Avoid like the plague!
