Awful and highly dangerous driving at 7am on Green Lanes Reg ending ..519 AZX

These are the cowboys who have the contract to maintain our boilers. If these are so called professionals, then god help anybody who hires them. Over the last 3 years our accommodation heating has broken down every winter, despite being so called maintained by this outfit.It broke down again last November, and wasn't fixed till end of January. Supposedly waiting for parts ( more like couldn't be bothered). Once they had "fixed" it, we lost the hot water and radiators couldn't be controlled, just went red hot and made a racket 24/7. They came to repair that, which got us hot water, but have again lost heating for a week. Now they are "waiting for parts" again. Like I said in the beginning, cowboys. They must be cheap which is why Housing Associations use them. They certainly are not efficient or even competent. I've read their website, and it all pie in the sky dreams. The reality on the ground is much different. My suggestion is not to be taken in by thier slick publicity and look for a more reliable firm to employ.
