S Cloud Electrical Services Limited Scott did an excellent job for us. He installed a new smart Alexa-enabled three gang dimmer switch and converted our old down lighters to modern GU10 LEDs. He also installed our new oven and hob. This needed adjustments to the existing kitchen units and he handled that with care and accuracy. He arrived on time, worked with a calm confidence, and explained each stage of the job in clear terms. His experience showed in the way he diagnosed issues before they became problems. He kept the work area tidy, protected our surfaces, and cleaned up at the end. He treated the house with respect throughout. The standard of his work is high and the entire job ran smoothly. I would be very happy to use him again and I would recommend him without hesitation.

From start to finish Scott did an absolutely brilliant job of sorting out my electrics. He told me what needed doing and why. I felt very confident in his advice. He was very thorough and diligent. I was desperate for a new electrician, to oversee the regulatory electrical testing and certification of a property I rent - to ensure my duties as a landlady remained met. Scott was the first electrician I reached out to and I didn’t need to look any further!! From the outset, he was friendly, highly professional and most accommodating and liaised with my tenants - to agree a mutually convenient time for him to visit the property. He provided a clear quotation prior to works being carried out and his follow up has been superb - providing all necessary certification documents, plus photographs. Everything he did was above board and to the letter and he has a clear knowledge of electrical legal standards - which as a landlady, is most reassuring. I couldn’t recommend Scott highly enough!

Scott came to look at and quote for a number of electrical issues and enhancements at my house. He provided a very clear breakdown of costs, made it clear there were options on what could be done when for breaking out the work and provided options for when he could fit in to his schedule. His prices felt fair and the work was to a good standard, with good discussions around options along the way. Scott was incredibly helpful and friendly through the whole process. We needed new lights hung, one light moved and new sockets added. All work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption while working from home which is massively appreciated. Everything was left very neat and clean, almost as if he was never here!
