These guys are amazing! Very honest and Get The JOB Done! They do not give fluff! They do not try to upsell you a bigger job like many others do. I have called these guys after I was fed up with infamous Pimlico Plumbers. I was naive to call Pimlico Plumbers first. One guys from Pimlico Plumbers came - did nothing. Said another specialist need to come for a bigger job. I said "ok". Another specialist from Pimlico Plumbers came. spent 3 hours and said that I need to wo a complete rewiring of my electric system. In total I had to pay Pimlico Plumbers £570 for the two "fake" jobs. In the end they did nothing, archived nothing BUT they were very quick to send me a quotation for a for rewiring which was for another £2700 (!). At this point I gave up and called Route Electrical. These guys came. Spent 2 hours in my house and FIXED EVERYTHING. No rewiring needed. And I paid only £200. So I am very happy with Reute E! Thank you so much guys!

I found Route Electrical on Trust a Trader, and having reading their reviews I decided to call them and book an appointment. First impression was that they were quite easy to deal with and they were able to get someone out to me immediately. When the electrician left, I realised something was wrong with a couple of the lights and I contacted them and sent photos. Without any hesitations, they agreed to come back the next day and fixed everything. I'm very pleased with them and their work. I'm glad I found them as I will be using them going forward. Price was reasonable, and they also helped me with a couple of things so that I can avoid calling an electrician unnecessarily in the future. I will be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Really poor service from Route Electrical Ltd. The job was rushed, messy, and not completed as agreed. Communication was also terrible after payment was made. They did not take any responsibility or offer a proper solution. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Avoid using them.

I wouldn’t recommend Route Electrical Ltd based on my experience. They promised a professional service but delivered poor workmanship. They also didn’t accept any feedback or advice and were unwilling to resolve the issues. It ended up being a complete waste of money for me.

Great job, fast response to initial request and scheduled work in within days. Engineer attended on time and worked fast replacing 5 lights. Good attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

The trader was quick to respond and recommended an appropriate LED light fitting to replace an old kitchen ceiling fluorescent light and arranged to fit it the next day. The electrician arrived promptly at the agreed time, was courteous and efficient when carrying out the work .

After contacting several other firms, I was disappointed to hear that the earliest availability was either next week or even next month — which was not a viable option for us. My wife is currently pregnant and understandably concerned about the presence of gas in our home. We urgently needed to have our gas boiler removed and replaced with an energy-efficient Class A electric boiler. Some companies either couldn’t assist or admitted they had no experience installing electric boilers, which was quite concerning. When I contacted Route Electrical Ltd, I was immediately connected with a gentleman named Sergey. I explained our situation, and without delay, he consulted with his colleague. Within just five days, they arrived, professionally removed the old gas boiler, and installed the new electric one. I’ve been using Route electrical for a few years now, they’re my go-to electricians. They’ve removed and installed lights in my bedroom, living room & dining room, installed a socket in a fireplace, and an external socket in the garden. Reliable, reasonably-priced and punctual, with a high standard of workmanship. Highly recommend.

No, it is not spam, I recently hired Route Electrical for an electrical project, but unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Sergey was very unprofessional and did a poor job with the work. They failed to complete the job as agreed upon, and the work that was done was of very poor quality. To make matters worse, I ended up losing more money because of the additional repairs that were needed. I had to hire another electrician to fix the mistakes that were made, which cost me a lot of money and time. Overall, I would not recommend Route Electrical to anyone looking for an electrician. They were very incompetent and caused me a lot of frustration and financial loss. Please take my experience into consideration before hiring them for your project

BEWARE of this company. Kitchen circuit trips out and company refuses to come and fix the problem. Been asking for this to be fixed for 6 months. Excuse after excuse blaming it on other builders and appliances. Says he'll come and doesn't turn up. Wants to charge for finishing the job he completed badly. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE. UPDATE: The job 'finished' in October 2022. Sergey is a LIAR It did NOT finish 2 years ago - it had not even started 2 years ago! The kitchen circuit has tripped always when both ovens are on. Very dishonest man. UPDATE: Sergey threatened to withold the electricity certificate without payment. Despite misgivings I had to pay because we couldn't get Building Control to sign off. We needed this for the mortgage. Sergey knew this. I had to threaten legal action to get him to issue it. I now have legal action as my only recourse. This is what Sergey refers to as threatening. UPDATE: Sergey pretended to be a customer of my business so he could leave a fraudulent review. The work he failed to complete professionally properly or SAFELY is now being rectified.
