I’ve had Adam and Dan working in my home for the past 2 weeks,I can’t praise them enough,they were polite and professional and talked me through everything that they were doing. They turned up on time every morning and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I’ve had lots of work done over the past few years on my property and I must say these have definitely been the best.

Tony John and Paul have done amazing work in our property of a 2 bed flat. They have done excellent work. They were very nice, they were very caring, they were very honest and understanding our needs and they tidy up after their self they were the best workers that we've ever had. In a long time. Paul attended our property today to replace a leaking concealed shower valve. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He was meticulous to detail and cleared up thoroughly after he had done the job. He left us with a working shower which we had been without several weeks. He arrived on time and we left him to get on with the job in hand. He went out to source the parts needed and returned very promptly to complete the job. Was very impressed with the service provided from G&S. Paul is a credit to your organisation.

GS maintenance (multi trades) are reliable, cost competitive, down to earth and I have used them many times now. I am always happy to recommend them to business clients of my own. Thanks again Ross and the GS team

I managed to cause a leak in my finaces bathroom! I was given G&S Maintenance Limiteds details from a neighbour and they were brilliant. I was away for a few days and they arrnaged to be here to fix the earliest I was around. The guys were really freindly, professional and explained all the issues and what they were doing workwise. I was recommended by a friend of mine to use G&S maintenance for works in my living room and he previously used them for works in his new kitchen, I wanted a media wall done and living room refurbished and I am so happy with the outcome , they have done such an amazing job and the operatives that carried out the works were so lovely, polite and professional all you could ask for really. I will definitely be using them for any further works in the future I cannot recommended enough, Thankyou for all your work.

Had the team over to repair extensive leak damage in my front room and bathroom- as well as a new bathroom being beautifully installed by Paul, Rob has done the most amazing paint job for me today. I am overwhelmed with how above and beyond the team is. It’s so great to have my home functioning again! Thank you so much!!!!

We’ve used this service several times for different projects since just before covid. Each of the operatives arrived on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. We are super pleased having found them. The girls in the office are extremely pleasant and courteous. They have followed up wherever required and kept me up to date with timelines when materials needed to be ordered. I’m sure every job is different but my experiences have been nothing but excellent.

My boundary wall part collapsed in my back garden, Ross visited site & provided me with advice & a competitive fully itemised quote which i was happy to accept, for rubbish clarence & a gravel board fence replacement, the two workman on site was hard working, polite, & respectful of my property, they were happy to answer any questions i had & when the job hit a slight problem, they came up with the solution which i was more then happy with, & finally when the job was complete all the rubbish was taken away & the garden left clean & tidy this is the second job G & S have done for me, just over two years ago they provided me with a new side gate, again which i was very happy with. i will certainly use G&S Maintenance in the future when necessary

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by G&S maintenance. We had booked a job with them eight months ago and were informed that their teams would take a month to complete it. However, it took them eight months just to start the job, which was already frustrating enough. Before starting the job, I had simply requested that they send me an email stating what needed to be done, including a simple sketch or drawing for the kitchen, since they didn't have any CAD application. However, they failed to provide this even after numerous follow-up calls. When someone finally called me, they did not bother to send me any drawings or plans. On the day of installation, I had to be present to ensure that everything was done properly. I had to call them every day just to know what was happening, as they had not provided any plan or information about the job. To make matters worse, when the job was supposed to be finished, I found half-painted doors! When I called them to discuss this, they claimed that this was what we had agreed upon. I believe this is why they did not send any plans or sketches in the first place. What is even more concerning is that they left the flat without door bars, which posed a potential safety risk to the resident who uses walking sticks. I tried to contact them via phone and email several times, but they did not seem to be interested in ensuring our safety. Overall, I cannot recommend G&S maintenance due to their poor communication, lack of planning, and disregard for safety. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with them.

My bathroom was converted to a wet room. John and Paul did the work. They were fantastic!! Outstanding workmanship. Great guys. Dedicated and super professional. Met all my expectations and more.

We approached Steve when we were ditched by some other builders in the middle of the kitchen upgrade project. Same day they came to see the situation and started to work in 2 days. They did an exquisite job without any delay at a reasonable price. We won't go to anyone else from now on.
