On visiting my 90 year old father i found him without electricity in the home. I was badly let down all day by British Gas even though he has life assisting electrical equipment and vunerable. I was frantic by the evening and started to look for a local electrician . I knew i was rushing to find someone and was anxious that i hadn't had a chance to research. I need not have worried. Billy was excellent. He came out at such short notice on a Saturday evening ( and England world cup football match about to start 🤣). It was not an easy job locating the reason for the tripping fuse and rcd box. Difficult access to areas and the house not updated. Once he had done enough to ensure my dads safety that evening, he returned at 9am the next day to complete the job. He had the patience of a saint ! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Everthing working perfectly again. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently had an in-line fan installed along with two dimmer switches replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Billy and his team were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. The in-line fan installation was done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, and the work was completed to a high standard. The two dimmer switches were also fitted perfectly and are working exactly as they should. They left everything tidy afterwards and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s refreshing to find someone reliable, skilled, and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Billy and his team did a fantastic job rewiring my garage and completely transformed how usable the space is. The layout is now far more practical, with power exactly where it’s needed, and it’s been clearly thought through rather than just “wired and done”.

We have used BPM Electrical 3 times recently and each time they have been punctual, carried out the work very well and are very polite and helpful. We will happily use them again.

Billy was friendly and helpful from the start with excellent communication, he gave us a fast and detailed quote for a rewire of our 3 bed house and when he carried out the work everything was neat and tidy and as dust free as a rewire could be. We could not recommend Billy enough!
