We have had a full rewire of a 4 bed room house plus garden and garden house re-wiring done. Ideal Electrical did a great job and are clearly able to take on big jobs and get these done in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job and communication was smooth throughout. They were always keen to hear if we had any concerns or queries to make sure we’re happy with the job. Any issue that came up were dealt with quickly and to satisfaction.

We had ideal come to our house to do a full rewire in April. They explained the work, quoted for all the jobs we wanted doing and explained the timeline and how the work would be carried out. We were able to arrange for the rewire to be carried out while we were away on holiday to minimise the disruption. Following the rewire we received our installation certificate and excellent aftercare. Thanks lads!

Tom and his team were very efficient with the total rewire of my house. They worked quickly, were very accommodating adding new and replacing old sockets where requested, and they were very informative, ensuring we understood everything about the new fuse box. They also removed/unwired the old electrical heaters and connected my oven for free. I’m overall very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Michael and the team completed a full house rewire on my property & I was incredibly impressed. The whole job was completed in a matter of weeks from first contacting them, while I was still awaiting an initial quote from elsewhere! Michael was super helpful and considerate of my choices, advising where certain sockets might work best, and did a great job at communicating before, during and after the works to make sure I was happy with everything. It is super helpful having the standard pricing for house rewiring, so you know exactly what to expect on your invoice. Optional upgrades of extra sockets, outside lights, and USB sockets, etc. were very fairly priced and easy to add-on too. They even fit an EV charger for me at a very reasonable price too. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. The team kept disruption to a minimum and were mindful of my furniture and dust sheets, etc. And they did a great job at putting things back and cleaning up after themselves too. Really great service end to end , Super quick response to our original enquiry for a full rewire of a 3 bed bungalow in Heswall. We explained that we needed to do the work asap and Michael and his team did exactly that. I couldn't fault the services from Ideal Electrical Solutions in the slightest, they are absolutely fantastic. My partner and I are first-time buyers and wanted to get an EICR due to the age of the house. I submitted a request for a quote online and got a call from Tom within half an hour. He was really friendly, answered all of my questions patiently, and explained the process and expected costs upfront. Even though I only submitted the request at 3.30pm, he offered to get in touch with the estate agents himself and do the inspection that same day. He then called back a couple of hours later having completed the job already where he gave me a really helpful summary over the phone and then said he'd get the report to me asap. His recommendations for work that needed doing were really clear and again, he explained the whole process brilliantly. I can’t praise Tom and the team enough. I woke up to having no electrics- rang them at 8 and by 10.30am I had power restored. The fault revealed that I needed a full rewire and Tom was able to fit me in for the following week. The standard of work was amazing, excellent communication and they were able to sort out a plumber for me due to a leak they found. They carried out the work with the least disruption and mess as they could- I would say they cleaned my kitchen better than me! They also fitted smoke alarms which I didn’t expect. We are really pleased with their work. The first time I got connected with them through NIEIC contractors site. They are very responsive and gave the quote for rewire work, we bought house with electrical consumer unit and wiring more than two decades old. From the sales , Michael has visited our property and discussed with us. Their communications are very good and proper. Until this moment, the team responding existing customer queries and solving the problems very efficiently . They have completed the rewire with in 3 days , ideally this work would be carried out 10 dayss. Thomas and Michael team has kept their promise as customers deadline. The quality of the work is extraordinary. Especially Thomas accepts customer opinions and suggest options. Additionally our house we had a problem to remove LVT and install the new wiring . We don’t have much budget towards all floor removals . We requested them to make less damage on walls and floors. They cooperated and helped us saving some money this, These guys quotes reasonably good price compare with other contractors . They are comfortable with negotiation for budget consumers. We had only 3 days left time for complete rewire , We surprised to see our house rewire completed before the deadline and our move was smooth . do expect your house become a mess after rewire due to the dust. I contacted Michael to install a sauna in my home. The communication from the off was unbelievable, he got back to me that same night. He came to my house the following week to look where the sauna was going and he explained the electrical installation process. When Michael came to install the electrics, he arrived on time and worked so efficiently. I was let down on the sauna so had to wait months for another one. As soon as I contacted him to let him know the new one was arriving, he was right back in touch about when he would come and wire the sauna in. Phoned on the Monday to discuss the job and by Wednesday it was complete. TV mounted, new power socket fitted behind it, and kitchen sockets replaced. Micheal and Adam were professional, tidy, friendly, and fast, giving a clear breakdown and fair price. I’d ordered the wrong TV bracket but they picked up the correct one without any fuss. These guys have just completed a rewire of my new home in Formby. Required a full rewire of a property I recently purchased along with my partner due to the age of the wiring in the house. The work was booked and performed in the space of about a week. They gave a firm timeline for completion and even completed the job before the time given. The lads that came round were lovely and courteous, and had kept the overall damage of chases to a minimum and even recommended further traders for any follow up works besides the electrical stuff. Only wish I had that spare kettle ready for them during their work.

After looking at the excellent reviews on line I called Michael as our kitchen sockets tripped the electricity and we could not get them to come back on again. It was on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend so the call out fee was a little extra but still a small price to pay under the circumstances. Michael came very quickly and sorted things out. He was able to pinpoint the problem to our washing machine and was able to explain what had happened and gave us some very helpful information. My tenant reported a fault , Thomas attended the same day it was decided a full rewire was needed and they started two days later. Very open with pricing. Recently required a rewire for a rental property. After consistent fuse blowing leaving the house without power on a winters night and risking the contents of the chest freezer, my electrician arrived within 30 minutes and identified the issue in the garage. We recently had our first home rewired by Thomas & Thomas and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! Though the job took longer than expected, the team kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated effectively, which gave me great peace of mind. Our full rewire consisted of an all new consumer unit, sockets, switches, spotlights, pendant lights, ethernet sockets, loft light, outdoors light and outdoor sockets along with new circuits for cooker and and boiler. A short list of snags at the end of a large job were resolved the next day and I'm very happy with the finished job. Tom Josh & yes another Tom came around to fit 3 double sockets in my bedroom, great bunch of lads very professional too, asked me where I’d like them placed, then I left them to it. After a while I got the nod they’d finished, so I popped upstairs to look at their work. It was exactly as they said it would be, then did a check on each socket while I was there and all was working spot on. I’ve just moved into a house that needed quite a few jobs doing. Tom and Tom were really friendly, they gave me options with different prices for how I’d like things and let me decide. He showed up at my apartment at exactly 9.30am (the time agreed) and had the most wonderful attitude and charisma. I work from home which Ron knew and not once was I disturbed unnecessarily. Simply a professional. And if you do have the pleasure of meeting him, ask him a random question relating to the electric and you'll see in his eyes the glimmer of pride and happiness he has for what he does. In a world where quality customer service and passion often gets thrown to the back end, this was certainly a refreshing way to start my day. I genuinely highly recommend Ron and his team.

Had a partial rewiring incl. new fuseboard and cert done last month. Scheduled within a week, done in a day by Tom and Tom, everything sorted no problem and competetively priced. Mike even came for a weekend emergency call-out with an hours notice (ended up being an issue with the supplier). Professional service and gave good advice. Were able to verbally resolve part of the problem immediately. Came first thing in the morning to resolve it for a reasonable price.
