Used Heath Electrical to fit an EV charger, from initial enquiry to installation they were extremely helpful and professional, no complaints and would highly recommend 😀

I had Jim and Lucas. They were lovely, friendly, polite. One is an apprentice who had only been with the company three weeks but I could hear things being explained and questions asked, and he seems to be learning really quickly. It was nice hearing everything being explained and worked through so that he could learn, nothing was just done without it being explained.

I just received a debt collection notice from these people when we have had no notice of the conclusion of the job - which is not finished - and no final invoice. A very unsatisfactory experience and one which I will put down to experience. They might be good electricians but they have very poor business processes and ethics.

Not the cheapest but efficient, honest and good quality outfit. Simple fix sorted inside an hour for just the callout charge.

I had to seen the vehicle the same day so I noted the telephone number. Then a short time later I called the person on the phone was very good. I made an appointment and they turned up promptly I showed them what was required. They went and got the materials and returned quickly they kept me informed on what they were doing at the end of the work they cleaned up well. They were friendly and courteous. The persons I had dealings with were Al and Adam and on the telephone was Rehanna all were very professional.thank you for prompt service Paul Searle

It's the second time heath electrical has sorted out an electrical issue for us and both times they have been great. They diagnosed and fixed the issue really quickly. Very friendly - would definitely recommend!

The engineer turned on time. They managed to find the problem and located a new part - a transmitter - and picked it up locally, within 10 minutes and fitted it. Everything was completed within an hour. We’ve been without some of the lights in the kitchen for over a year and have been let down many times, so it’s reassuring that there are still excellent tradesmen out there. 10/10!

They each arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They both involved us in any decision making and then carried out the agreed work expeditiously and competently. Both of them thoroughly cleaned up the area when the work was finished. We will definitely engage heath team in the future!

Had Heath Electrical do a few jobs around the house since moving in and they have been brilliant. So easy to get through to them and get the work booked. Work is to a high standard and Matt went above and beyond everytime. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience from Heath Electrical Services today, both Matthew and Al are really nice blokes top of their game, had all the answers to my questions, were clean tidy and professional. We had a MyEnergi Zappi and Eddi installed to make the most use of our existing solar array. I was shown the app, how the charger works and how the Eddi works. The job was a clean tidy install and I would highly recommend Heath Electrical Services to my friends and family, as it happens a family member is also looking for an Eddi and Zappi install and I shall be urging them to try Heath Electrical Services. Thanks lads, pleasure to meet you both no doubt we will see you again soon for any other electrical work.

Good communications from booking through to installation. The installation team, Shane & Al, were punctual, presentable, good humoured and friendly. There was barely any disruption and they ensured they tidied up on completion. Great job all round.

I have recently had myEV charger on freestanding post mounted installation carried out by Matt from Heath Electricals. I am really pleased with everything from start to end; I was quoted for the work the next day from date of my enquiry and only waited a week for installation once the parts had arrived. Matt was highly professional and the work area on my driveway was been left in a very good condition (the cabling had to be run under a footpath rather than a wall mounted charger). Really appreciated the help setting up the app and being shown how to use the Smart charging functions. Overall very happy with the work and I will use Heath Electricals again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. A year and half I’ve been wanting my nest thermostat installed, I gave up as I kept being let down by electricians. I took to Google and Heath Electrical Services we’re the first company I came across and wow, don’t think I could be more impressed. Booking an appointment was easy and I was given a date just a week away, I was expecting to have to wait weeks if not longer. I was kept up to date with texts and emails confirming my appointment, rough time of the duration or works and also got a text on the day to let me know the electricians were on the way with a tracking link to show how far away they were. Could not fault Matthew and Alastair, great guys with amazing knowledge, really friendly and chatty. So so impressed. I will DEFINITELY be using you again!
