Butlers Electrical LTD

I had an electrical issue last Sunday afternoon that couldn't wait until Monday. I rang the company - came out within half an hour & resolved the problem easily. A first class service, friendly & professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use the company again. Many thanks. AJ

Louis and Jordan were brilliant - I had a few jobs that needed sorting, including the installation of a new outside light and wired doorbell. They completed the work with due diligence and professionalism, and took a lot of care with my property. I would 100% recommend and use again for future work.

Quick response to initial enquiry and very knowledgable. Very polite and efficient when on site to do work. Highly recommend.

Louis and Jordon spent a total of four days at the house, installing a large number of indoor and outdoor lights and cameras. They arrived on the dot each morning and got stuck in, consulted and guided where appropriate and did a very good, tidy, professional job. They were also happy to return a week or so after the initial wave of work, to make some adjustments and install a few additional items. They were a pleasure to deal with and, speaking candidly and providing credit where it’s due: it’s nice to encounter two young men with a great work ethic and attitude, who clearly want to do things the right way and make a success of their business. Good on them. In summary, I’d have no hesitation in working with Butler’s Electrical again and would happily recommend Louis and Jordon to others.

Fantastic service and work completed. Anyone that needs an EV charger installing then give Butlers Electrical a call.

After attempting to change light fittings ourselves and failing miserably, I called Butlers Electrical Limited on the Monday morning and they expressed they could come out anytime that same day. The lad that came was very professional and got the job done. He was very patient when I misplaced some important peices for the fitting to be installed and he completed the job quickly, checking with me the way we wanted the light to sit, adjusting the height accordingly. Price was very reasonable and similar to other local electricians, would 100% recommend anyone looking for any work to be completed.

Great service! Gave them a call to help sort out issues with bedroom(s) lights and they showed up first available date for me and even earlier than expected. Very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and solved the issue with careful diagnosis, left everything very tidy afterwards. Will 100% call again. If you need a sparky, look no further.

Great service from Louis. My initial phone call was answered in person & a date fixed 2 days hence for the repairs to be carried out. Louis sent a txt the day before to confirm his visit. The work was carried out in a friendly & professional manner. Very pleased with the work & will definitely use again.

Great lads arrived on time. Did the work properly but also went above and beyond by making sure everything was perfect and operational. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Throughout the 4-bedroom house electricity installation project, they exhibited exceptional professionalism. They consistently provided guidance and unwavering support, ensuring the project’s success. Their work met the highest standards, reflecting impeccable quality. Their services were reasonably priced, and they consistently adhered to promised timelines. Remarkably, they took initiative without supervision, going the extra mile to deliver outstanding results. This great team of professionals comes highly recommended. Missing out on hiring them would be a regrettable oversight.

Did the job to a high standard, were very professional.

We had some extra plug sockets & also an electric towel radiator installed. The guys arrived on time & done an amazing job for the price quoted. Which was very reasonable. This is not the 1st time we have used them & definitely won't be the last. Thanks guys.
