365 Electrician

I had a problem with my socket circuit which kept on tripping. I called Ross in morning and he was available to come round in the afternoon. He rang me to give me notice to get home from my work office. He was on time and polite. He found the fault, with persistency and patience. On finding the fault he was able to restore power to my home.

Excellent service.

Ross, is a life saver! I needed to put up some fixtures and was let down by the original guy I booked. I contacted Ross and he came to rescue a few hours later. Did a fantastic job! Highly recommended

Ross is incredibly professional. He will get the job done well and efficiently. Trust me when i say book him. Seriously! you won't ever regret it at all.

Spoke to Ross in the morning to replace a burnt light fixture. He asked for photos which he used to find a replacement. Came around in the evening same day. Got straight to work, no messing about, all sorted within an hour. Very happy with the results. Would recommend.

On really short notice I received exceptional service at a competitive price, it was above and beyond where time and care were spent to ensure connectivity. Thank you

Excellent service provided at a good price we have used 365 electrician a few times and will continue to do so rate very highly 👍

Very Unprofessional! Initially rang and spoke to Ross about the work I needed doing and he provided me with a quote. I needed the work doing on a Saturday and he said he was available, so I decided to go with him. On the Saturday- I rang him in the morning to find out when he will be coming over to do the work and he said 2pm. 2pm came and went so I tried to call and message him but no answer/response. Infact I have not heard from him at all since. If he couldn't do the job - a simple message or call would have been suffice. Having read the other reviews he has done the same to other people also. My time has been wasted - try and save yours. Avoid!

Issue resolved.

Called PM 20/10 concerning the shower not working explained the circumstances and was given a quote and told that they would attend first thing the next day. True to there word arrived first thing and problem solved. Pointed out another electrical issue and this to was expertly solved. Can't praise this company enough my and hopefully your go to team for any electrical needs. Did I mention reasonable cost to!

Really friendly and helpful. Great job!

Engineer Rose fitted a new consumer unit in my 5 bedroom house, checked and cleared all wirings to the best standard. Great customer service, friendly manner, quick appointment, bang on-time arrival, very patiently carried out the work and thoroughly explained the work which he carried out. I am very satisfied. Amazing Service!! Will for sure be using 365 for all future jobs regarding electrics. Called in the Morning didnt respond but took the time to call back. Explained the situation had a faulty plug socket and needed it fixing due to having children. He was willing to come in the evening and fix it for me. Gave me a rough time of arrival. Came in that time was very efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Was great working under the supervision if 3 children. Which I was super impressed with. Super Happy with how quickly everything was done. Thank you so much!!

Gave me a price and I was happy to go ahead but never heard anything else from Ross. If he didn't want icians to be honest. I see I am not the only one who had this experience. If the reply is he tried to contact me... It is a lie. Avoid this company. Not goodthe job why didn't he just say. Not professional at all. I would use other electr

Great electrician, house completely rewired to second fix with additional lighting outside. Quality fittings/perfect finish - would definitely recommend.

really happy with the job and service. highly recommended

Arranged for him to come to one of my properties he was on time and he did the job very well.

Very happy with the work undertaken by 365 Electrical and based on what they had done I've asked them to do some further electrical work. Best in the business !

Highly recommend! Great service and quality finish! Very professional service. Will use 365 for all electrical works moving forward

No good service I am bit diseponimemt because I pay money they could dint diagnose problem end they never come back sort the problem next day

Overall good service. Responsive and professional.

I arranged for him to turn up at one of my properties and he even confirmed that he would. On the day didn't bother turning, didn't have the courtesy to tell me and couldn't be bothered to answer his phone. Left me outside the property in the freezing cold for an hour. Have tried to ring him since then, but not answering calls. If he didn't want the work, why accept it in the first place? How would he like it if a customer arranged to meet him at their property and couldn't be bothered? Poor customer skills. If you are not going to turn up for an appointment, have the common courtesy to let the customer know.

Very happy with the job. I replace the old fuse box with new one. Very good price, very good job! I recommend! Thank you 🙏🏻

My lady called these guyd when I was at work, agreed a price but told me guy was an arse Fair enough, a woman's opinion So I called, guy sounded OK, agreed a price an time Never showed up, even tho the fault was a potential fire hazard and house couldve potentially burned down killing small children Text him saying if your not on your way then not to come and reply was "okk" Real professional Take money when IT S UITS THEM Like all trademen DO NOT USE.. ABRUPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Great service from start to finish, would recommend & use again. All fixed with certificate and left everywhere clean and tidy. Thank you

Called 365 when our carpet fitter refused to fit carpet because of an overground cable. They were able to send an engineer the following morning to do reroute the cable and he also installed an outside vehicle charging point for us. The response was quick, the work was carried out in a professional manner by a polite and friendly engineer so we would be happy to recommend
