Steve Gregor Plumbing & Heating Ltd T/A Gregor Heating, Electrical & Renewables

A really professional company. The engineers are on time and very helpful.

The guy who came to top up the solar panel and service my boiler was a gem!! Polite and so knowledgeable on my system and very conscious of protecting my property. I couldn’t recommend him enough, if I was his employer I would go to the extreme to keep him in my company , as he’s a huge asset.

What a great service we had from Gregor heating. We had a complete heat pump instalation and they did a great job in great time and all the team are lovely. We will use them again.

First time customer of Gregor's and would thoroughly recommend. Engineer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable & helpful. Such a positive experience we have signed up for Gregor's Heatplan.

Perfect

Much appreciated Mr. John Dillon and his colleagues to come and fix the issue where is quite high and difficult location. Glad to have their efficiency and professional skills that the matter has been repaired under safety.

Job done quick

Service of my heat pump. Engineer was lovely. No complaints. Thank you.

Lovely man very helpful I would recommend

The technician calls in advance then completed the service professionally giving updates during and on completion of the service. No mess and very well done.

Engineer was competent, helpful and efficient

Prompt, professional and completed the job swiftly.

Dawn arrived early but didn’t knock until 8(planned time). She was very helpful explained everything and talked to us through what service plan we needed to take on now that our boiler is nine years old. She set up all the forms and submitted them to Gregor Heating so no effort from our point which was great Dawn I saw you two years ago and you were good then and carry on. You’re still good now thank you.

Thank you to James the engineer who provided an excellent service for my heat pump and cylinder. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy indeed. Thank you.

Excellent service so far. Always able to come out quickly and sort out anything.

We are appreciated Daron our technician, he did a fantastic job. He was warm, friendly and professional.

0 STAR REVIEW - SHOCKING COMPANY My experience with Gregor Heating has been extremely bad. Gregor Heating was involved in a number of installations and repair works at my new-build property, many of which subsequently became the subject of repeated defects, failures, and return visits. The most serious issue concerned the heating system. They call themselves as "renewable specialists" but can't get the basics right (i.e fitting a toilet seat). The heat pump was installed by them with the flow and return pipework REVERSED, which is a fundamental installation error. They later SIGNED OFF THE SYSTEM AS COMPLAINT! Despite this, I spent months trying to obtain clear answers regarding the impact on the system and the ongoing issues that followed. The brand new heating system installed by them has been malfunctioning, not working at the time of independent inspection, randomly stopping, making a loud banging noise after each hot water cycle. The Gregor "specialists" have not been able to resolve any of these issues despite them visiting the property multiple times. Other issues produced by the Gregor's "specialists" include: - A bath cold tap that supplied hot water (!) - Loose toilet seats that required multiple visits and still repeatedly became loose afterwards (!) - Leaking internal pipework; - A leaking reducer between the incoming mains water supply and internal stopcock within the first year of occupation (!) - Leaking and loose guttering; - Ongoing heating system faults and performance concerns. - pipework that is not clipped within the walls and ceiling which resulted in the pipes knocking against plasterboards (!) - pipework not secured in the kitchen cupboards. - toilet water valves malfunctioning and making noise. What was particularly frustrating was the number of repeat visits required and the apparent inability to permanently resolve issues that should have been straightforward to diagnose and rectify (bear in mind that it is a new house and apparently new items). I was also disappointed by the attitude of some members of staff. On occasions, legitimate concerns were challenged or dismissed rather than investigated properly, which created an unnecessarily confrontational experience when I was simply trying to have defects resolved. As a shared homeowner, I would expect a contractor involved in new-build installations to demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Gregor Heating fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend them based on the quality of work, the number of defects encountered, the repeated repair failures, and the overall customer experience. It's has been absolutely awful and they should be reported to the trading standards.

I had some issues on my cloakroom, toilet and ensuite toilet both staining and potentially leaking. The engineer John Dillon took the time to assess the issues properly and replaced the flush system on the cloakroom toilet, he also noticed a seal had failed on the shower tray and ordered a replacement for me. This was an exceptional service from John and much appreciated.

Very friendly professional engineer. Arrived on time respected my property and completed the boiler service.

Had our first boiler service and was very pleased with the communication form booking to appointment day. The engineer turned up on time and was very helpful and polite. We have now signed up for Gregor’s heat plan.

Excellent service from first phone call to actual visit. Very professional and very friendly to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service for many years, highly recommend.

Very friendly and efficient office staff, who booked my appointments very quickly. Engineers were on time and explained everything they were doing.

Engineer was courteous, informative and capable.

Great service, friendly and helpful and committed to getting a solution - thank you!

Engineer was very helpful explaining where the issue was and rectified it.

Professional and great customer service 👍

Extremely professional company, they’ve always turned up on time, been friendly and easy to deal with and charge fair rates. Highly recommend

Another annual boiler service completed by Phill who originally installed it sone 9 years ago . It’s nice to see him again and he does a great job always explaining things well. I have absolutely no problem thoroughly recommending Gregor heating . First class company , first class service . Thanks Phill until next year

Nick from Gregor Heating was punctual and understood our needs reference our solar & battery requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided sound advice for our instal. Very good communications throughout the design, instal and aftercare where I needed advice and reassurance when the manufacturers app updated. The installation team arrived as expected and worked hard and installed the panels, battery, inverter & whole house emergency back-up supply all in 1 day. A great team from start to finish, and I would recommend if you are thinking of having a similar installation. Simon (Bristol)

Very good service. Turned up on time and left in a tidy condition.

Great service. Good staff. Good price.

Second excellent and professional boiler installation from Gregor now on my portfolio. Really easy to schedule and reschedule with my Tennant’s and my tenants needy needs! Had tonnes of greedy plumbers / sparky’s in the past. Won’t go anywhere else for plumbing / consumer unit / humidity extraction now. Take my money guys!

Easy to contact by phone, gave me a quote for the work, called me when there was a delay due to receiving a damaged product, came when they said they would and confirmed by text, friendly, quick and helpful when they arrived. Good experience all round, thank you.

Engineer arrived on time .Was polite and did not waste time.Completed the service and left the site clean and tidy.

Installed a boiler with cold feed and hot water back to front. We’re not prepared to put it right and their only response was “take it up with the builder” and hung up. Horrible treatment, terrible service.

I have just had my boiler serviced and I would highly recommend Gregor Heating. The gas engineer Phil was polite, friendly and really thorough. He showed me what each button did and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable.

Been with Gregor's for several years and always been superb. Great service and very helpful. Just had annual service from Phil B and so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Phil Boobier from Gregor Heating came to service my boiler today, what an excellent job he did. Nice to meet such a pleasant person, very knowledgeable did a great job and spoke very highly of Gregor's, sounds a great company and I'm glad I'm under contract with them.

Phil Boobier, with his great experience, did a 1st class job in assessing my heating system , which now needs a professional power-flush. Am very satisfied with what he has recommended.

Gregor Heating recently attended and the engineer was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. He carried out his task without issue and left the property clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend 10/10 Kind Regards G T Day

Very helpful and friendly gas technician came to do the strip down inspection of our boiler. She listened to my complaints and managed to address a problem (dirt in the gas valve) as part of the service. Signed up for a heat plan so will see them again!

I would highly recommend Gregor Heating, they installed a replacement Heat Pump for us, were very helpful, friendly and efficient, explained everything to me, even when I didn't have a chance of understanding it!! Went the extra mile.

High class company with courteous friendly and extremely competent engineers. Can't be faulted.

Plumber arrived at the appointed time and was very pleasant. However because it took 1 1/2 hours to remove the shroud on a monotap which admittedly was limescaled in and replaced the cartridge which I supplied, at a labour cost of £117. Probably should of bought a new tap!

Phil was very helpful and informative

First Class service. After moving into a brand new house we needed some help with the heating system. A visit was arranged quickly and conveniently by the office staff and the engineer John Dillon spent an hour checking and correcting the system. John patiently explained the issues to us so we could deal with any future problems. From start to finish all the staff were a credit to their company.

Great service and a team with a sense of humour — they don’t just fix boilers, they save mornings ☕💦 After years of boiler drama, it feels amazing to finally have reliable hot water. Thank you, Gregor Heating, for bringing warmth back to my home (and inspiring a little story along the way 😉).

Our Worcester boiler was serviced yesterday the engineer was very professional & helpful also rebinding the heating controller .

I had a very nice gentleman by the name of Mark who came to install new radiators on the 1st of October 2025. He was very professional, on time and did a sterling job. Wouldn't hesitate to use Gregor Heating.

Phil came this morning and I was struck by how friendly and knowledgeable he is. Was really interesting having the service explained and the basics how things work. Felt like a professional experience start to finish. Cheers Phil.

Recommend unequivocally. Solar panels and heat pump Finished on time and on budget. Excellent communications, knowledge, high standards and excellent workmanship.Very professional and personable. Nick, Grant, Martin and Josh are credit to their company.

Had a few jobs done by John Dylan (sorry if I spelt the name wrong), he did a great job and kept us in the loop explaining everything really well and seemed like a really nice person

We’ve just had a boiler service after not having one for a number of years and can’t recommend Gregor Heating enough. Phil was brilliant, personable and efficient, explaining fully the service and what he was doing. So much so we’ve now signed up for the full Heat:Plan cover. An excellent service and will be recommending Gregor Heating to others.

Replaced existing boiler in one day. Engineer was very efficient and polite. Price was considered reasonable.

Thorough check of boiler by Phil. We told him what we wanted from a new contract, gave us good advice. Had a previous boiler under a contract with Gregor, cannot fault them. Had to call them out on two Saturdays, engineer arrived in the afternoon, got our boiler up and running both times. Cannot recommend them enough.

So far, I have been with them for more than 2 years, having taken a Heat Plan. I have been very pleased with the experience so far and glad that I have found them.

So pleased that we took out a Heat Plan with this company last year. Always answer phone promptly and are very helpful. Heating breakdown sorted in an hour from calling them a few months ago. Just had annual boiler service from Phil, who came to us last year. As before, absolutely excellent. Very personable and happy to answer any queries and explain things. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you guys for the perfect job you have done. Love to work with you. Easy to book service.

I started my heating servicing with Gregor Last year and Their service is 2nd to none. The engineers are polite and extremely qualified and knowledgeable. They’re punctual and on time. Darren Parker Who does my heating Servicing is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around. What I like the most is that Darren has been assigned to us and comes each year and knows my heating system very well, He has helped me immensely to understand how it all works and as a result improve the efficiency of the system and save me money. Thank you, Darren

We use Gregor for all our heating requirements and they’ve been excellent every time. We just used them again for a boiler service and to remove an old gas heater in our new home and they were fantastic again. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team on site showed great care and expertise in their work. Would be happy to recommend to anyone looking for a heat pump and/or solar PV

Had a Heat pump fitted by Gregor Heating. Very professional company 1st class service. Rich Craig and Jim were brilliant process went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend company to friends and family. Thank you Paul and Linda Hancock

Fantastic service . One call and Adam was there pricing up in ten mins .very good price and mark who fitted boiler was very friendly and nice . Would 100 percent recommend. Thank you all x

Highly recommend. Professional and efficient service provided by Phil servicing our boiler.

Mr Collins, Gloucester.21/5/25. Company responed swiftly to my hot water issue. Communication was first rate. Engineer turned up on time, was polite and very informative about what he had done.

I have had an air source heat pump since 2015 but because the company selling it went into administration, I have had difficulty in getting it serviced over the years. I'm so pleased to have discovered Gregor heating – their representative was here today, friendly, efficient, polite and I was left with the feeling that a good job had been done.

The installation went very smoothly and was all working in less than one day.

Very efficient. Friendly and helpful.

Our experience installing heat pump and minisplits with Gregor was great from start to finish. Their rates were comparable to others, but their professionalism and the completeness of the services they offered was far better. Every person we interacted with from Chris in sales, to the electricians and their apprentices, to Grant and the other installers, was professional, skilled, and communicated well. Thank you!

Very good and efficient service. Response times to deal with a system failure were extremely prompt and based on the service I’ve had I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service

Excellent service from Phil and his colleague, both polite and professional. Arrived promptly, worked efficiently and explained fully to me the works they had completed with regard to my boiler service.

Phil completed my annual boiler service and as usual did a first class job. He explained what he is doing and left everywhere clean and tidy. I always use Gregor Heating and will do so again next year.

I have had fabulous service from this company for any query large or small and always leaves me feeling it was a job well done. Thankyou guys

Phil ,excellent service ,explained all what needed to be done, very polite 👍

Phil was lovely and very polite. He explained everything he did and set me up on a boiler plan as I requested. I would recommend Gregor for anyone looking for a boiler service.

Great service - polite helpful and sorted our underfloor heating problem first go. Darren took the time to understand our complex system and sort the fault, and then talk me through it. Have had other companies out before who couldn't work out the problem so very pleased with the service!

Excellent service. We had a boiler service today and whole experience was very good. Excellent contact during booking and the engineer who visited was professional and friendly. We required a worn out part to be replaced as identified in the service which was done on the day and at a reasonable cost. He took the time to show me why it needed replaced and the signs of wear without me asking to see it. Will continue to use Gregor. Thank you

Really lovely guy turned up to do our boiler service. Explained everything he was doing and why which we appreciated as our first service. Would highly recommend and very well priced at £90.

The installation of a replacement to a broken boiler was completed very quickly and efficiently. The engineers could not have been more considerate and courteous.

Fantastic efficient service

The booking and installation team were both brilliant, really friendly and gave us a really good solution without trying to upsell. Thank you

We had a complete new central heating system put in on January 2nd 2024 after a lot of talking to different people running up to the start date trying to explain everything that would happen when they would start and how long it would take and so on. The day arrived at 07.30hrs the van arrived and Conner and his side kick I think was Sam started at 07.40hrs floor boards up where needed ps I had already roll carpet and underlay back to make life as easy as possible for them first protective film was laid on hall landing and stairs very professional what I would call sticky back plastic and they were away I had removed some radiators but left the heavy ones to the boys about 10.00 hrs lorry arrived with all the goodies radiators copper pipe bags of bits and pieces and of course to large parcels one being the Heatpump and one the hot water tank very large unfortunately the lady of the house has lost her airing cupboard but a small price to pay for what we were getting things progressed very well the first day bearing in mind this was all new to us Tuesday more people arrived ie electricians mainly Lee he did love a cup of tea and when offered he would never say no then on Wednesday the scaffolding arrived 3 lads just got on and did their job I learn't a lot that day but still wouldn't want to do it Thursday 2 more lads arrived to put the solar panels on the roof and Friday finished off and by 1500hrs they were gone never to be seen again. Together everybody was very professional and I must say Sam before he left every night cleaned up wouldn't let me do it . it is a known fact that electricians always leave bits of wire around which of course gave me something to do when they had gone. I would like to say from the first young lady I spoke to by the name of Debby and the girls I seamed to get a new name to remember each time phoned to James who visited us recently for a service of the Heatpump everybody was always very polite and professional and a credit to your firm and last but not least a small problem was sorted with a couple of phone calls. Many thanks to everybody that visited and worked on the project Best wishes to you all PS I think I have to end this essay ( like going back to school) by saying that I would thoroughly recommend Gregor Heating as long as the kettles on Clive&Carol

Gregor recently installed solar panels, battery and a heat pump at my house. There was no hassle, everyone involved were a pleasure to deal with and those doing the installation were clearly very experienced, professional and took pride in their work.

The engineer from Gregor arrived promptly and was courteous and friendly. He explained the room thermostat and applied manual settings to my requirements.

Excellent service very helpful staff.

Absolutely awful company, the Bristol branch, I was filling up petrol with my 12 week old baby in the back while I was filling up, one of Gregor’s employees was being to impatient to wait for me to finnsh at the pump he was behind in his van, (instead of reversing and going around all the pumps to exit) He forced his way past my car crashing into the rear side, while my baby was in the back!!! He tired to drive off but I ran and stopped him before he pulled up on the road, he they open his door and looked completely out of it red bloody shot eyes, and said he didn’t feel anything I them showed him the damage & he just gave the company name and drove off (can I add not even apologising) my poor baby was crying her eyes out! Then I got in contact with the company and Tina akerman was lovely as first saying the employee has took the blame and so sorry I should let me insurance know, and they will let there’s know, by the next day Tina is ignoring my calls ( everytime I call passed on to someone else because she in a meeting ) then she finally emails me to say now they taking no responsibility, so now had to go down the police route! (With they are requesting the cctv as you can clearly see me filling up fuel not even in the car and the employee smashing into my car!) Wow really shocked this behaviour from a so say such good company!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!!

I got a text changing the time slightly because engineer was late from another job - Gregor could've been clearer on that.. because engineer did tell them to warn me.. Engineer was very polite, honest, did her best - and fixed the problem - albeit not knowing how she fixed it - but then neither did the last 2 gas engineers that were self-employed. I'd use Gregor again..

I booked Gregor to carry out an annual Landlords Gas Safety check. Phil, the engineer, carried this out and was great. He identified a few issues that needed attention from Wales and West Utilities. They arrived within the hour to sort the problems, Phil stayed the whole time so he could complete the boiler service and issue the certificate. I will definitely continue to use them and I highly recommend them. Thanks Phil!

Gregor have just installed solar panels and a battery for us. Excellent service and good sensible advice about what system would suit us best. Highly recommended.

Another excellent job by Gregor. A second battery was installed, explained and working very quickly.

The usual friendly and professional annual service and safety check of the boiler they installed some years ago.

Great service from a great team - Phil, Sonny and Darren did a great job, very professional very efficient… very happy customer- highly recommend

James was polite, patient and persevering when he came across controls he wasn't familiar with. He talked with Vaillant about the hot water control programming, and with Daikin about programming their Onecta app. In both cases he found out what he needed to, and completed the job well. I was delighted that he managed to programme the Daikin Programming App, which several friends and professionals had failed to. Very pleasant and competent employee and a good advert for your company.

Had quite a few quotes for solar panels and this was the only company that actually bothered to come round and quote for it in person once accepted the quotation they sent a site electrician round to go through Any technical plans would highly recommend this company very transparent very professional a real pleasure to deal with keep up the good work Gregor Heating

Phil came today to service our boiler he was very professional and explained all what he was doing we highly recommend Gregor heating and especially Phil

Gregor Heating have looked after our boiler for several years. When we needed a new one, everything was well organised and carried out on time. We have been delighted with their service, installation and ongoing customer care. Highly recommended.

Lovely company to deal with, team were fantastic and definitely went the extra mile. Great support and service, thank you Dan, Sarah, Grant and the rest of the team

We have used Gregor Heating for a few years now and they have always been great. Booking is easy and you get regular reminder texts to make sure the date and time are still agreeable. The engineers are always knowledgeable and Phil who came out today was so thorough and helpful that we will definitely ask for him again 😊

Excellent work, carried out promptly

Always polite, helpful, prompt and informative. Thank you for great service.

Many thanks to Phil B for the professional, helpful and friendly service re my 30 year old Baxi Bermuda back boiler. I was impressed with all the safety checks he did, along with explainations, of how things worked, and where a new boiler could be fitted one day. Our discussions on other energy issues was most helpful. Thanks Phil. Geoff Payne

Boiler stopped working and displayed fault code on evening Weds 4th Sept, phoned Gregor Heating (Repairs) at 8am on Thurs morning. Fiona was really helpful and an engineer (Jamie) arrived before 10am to checkout the problem, quickly diagnosed that the main circuit board had failed, immediately ordered a replacement part. This arrived on Friday morning, Jamie returned by lunchtimes and in no time at all the boiler was back in normal operation. Have always used Gregor for our boiler servicing but on this occasion I can only praise the immediate and excellent service from the Gregor team.

Received excellent and professional service today from engineer Mr Phil Boobier! Definitely recommend to my family and friends. Sui Ip from Portishead Bristol. 10/09/2024

Gregor replaced the boiler in my house and I’m delighted with the work and with the product they supplied. The initial survey was very informative then everything happened according to the plan that we had. The price was competitive too. The heating engineer arrived in good time on the day and completed the job quickly and tidily. We are very happy with our new boiler and that we used Gregor to provide the new boiler for our home.

Jamie was on time and very polite and knowledgeable

The annual service to our five year old boiler that Gregor installed was done by Phil this year who was very thorough and diligent. We now feel confident going into winter that we will stay warm. Thanks again Gregor!

Top service. Used Gregor for a couple of years now and very pleased with service. Got me out of a hole a couple of years back. First guy said a seal had gone and turned off boiler as unsafe. Minimum fan assembly to be replaced but claimed better off replacing whole boiler. Second guy, 'that's a big job, will have to drill flue out'. Phil from gregor, £10 seal and had it fitted before I'd even got there. Great stuff.

They may not be the cheapest but I have found Gregor to be dependable, and when you are looking for someone to service a ASHP that is critical.

The service I received from this company was first class. The help I received in explaining the problem in my cistern was so friendly and helpful. An appointment was made very quickly to replace an electric element. The electrician who arrived on time was efficient and explained what he was doing clearly. He discovered the fault did not need a new element but was loose wiring in the control of the Economy 7 setting. When this was tested during the Economy7 night timing, it worked perfectly. This saved me money as the firm did not charge me for a new element. High praise to the company and its staff. Many thanks.

Gregor Heating installed our boiler 8 years ago and have maintained and serviced it since under a HeatPlan contract. Phil came today and provided a thorough, professional and friendly service as usual. Well recommended.

Phil came to do my initial service prior to going onto an annual plan. He was such a personable and professional man - a great ambassador for the company. We have been with British Gas for decades so I was stunned to see the extra steps he took as a standard part of the service - which British Gas have clearly never done despite us having paid for it as part of the plan. I have no doubts at all the move of our annual service contract will prove to have been a very good decision. Thank you so much for the care you took with us today

Excellent service from Phil Boobier who serviced my boiler today.Nothing to much trouble for him and a pleasure to deal with. The staff in offices are always efficient polite and helpful.I would recommend this company

Great work from Phil today servicing our boiler, and excellent service overall from Gregor Heating.

Had Phil round to do a check up on the boiler, was brilliant at recommending options for sorting the thermostat and service plans to help us keep things in good shape.

Clear details of the appointment and reminders. Engineer arrived within allocated time and was very polite and professional.

The service engineer was so helpful and was a credit to Gregor heating and in my opinion went the extra mile

First class service, arrived on time and completed the job without fuss.

Had the third year service for the boiler Gregor installed. On time, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend Gregor

Mark arrived promptly at 07:30 to fit our new gas boiler, he was neat, tidy and efficient, he was also very friendly and made sure from the start that he covered our carpets and kept our house clean and left it as he found it. The old boiler and rubbish was collected during the morning by Mark's colleagues and the electrician arrived to do his bits. When he had finished the installation Mark explained what he had done. I have great pleasure in recommending Gregor Heating and all their staff that we had contact with.

John has attended our property a few times to work on an ongoing issue and his work has been of an excellent standard. He is friendly, keeps us informed and is always on time. We would highly recommend him!

An excellent company to do business with. Do exactly what they say they will do efficiently and effectively with no hassle and with staff that clearly know their trade but are extremely friendly and personable with a sense of humour. Brilliant at cleaning up afterwards as well. Would recommend Gregor without question to anyone considering heat pump and solar installations. Peter Fudge

Just had my boiler serviced from Phil. Such a knowledgable guy who even showed me a much better way to set my heating every day! That's going to save me a lot of time and I know I can rest easy knowing my boiler is up to standard for another year. Thanks Phil!

Great experience with John Dillon on my new build. Always a friendly face and even helped me out with a part and advice for plumbing in my fridge! I've had John come over several times for various appointments, and he always completes professional work with a smile. Calling the office is always friendly, and it's great getting updates on when the engineer will arrive. Would recommend! 5* Thanks John!

Arrived early serviced boiler and gave good advice

Gregor Heating was recommended to me a year ago. In this time I've had 2 planned boiler services and unfortunately the need for emergency help, twice! However I was fortunate to have received the best service throughout this time. Phil who provided help and experience to set me up with a heat plan. My expectations were exceeded again when Marcus and Jamie replaced damaged flow units. Every consideration was given to the fact that I'm alone and that the water damage was quite horrendous. Can only say a big "thank you" for the excellent service I've received.

As usual very efficient and on time, always the same high quality job.

Great annual boiler service today by Phil. I really appreciated Phil explaining what he noticed during the service and answering some queries I had about operating the central heating system.

Quality and on-time service. Definitely coming back for the next annual service.

AGAIN TODAY, MARCH 2024, IVE AGAIN RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM YOU FOR OVER £100. I HAVE NEVER USED YOUR SERVICES and Despite telling you many, many times, you continue to USE MY EMAIL TO SEND INVOICES TOO. Obviously a Tax Scam. I'm now consulting with my Solicitor to force you to stop. STOP SENDING ME INVOICES!!! I'VE HAD NO WORK DONE BY YOUR COMPANY, YET YOU CONTINUE TO INVOICE ME UNDER VARIOUS HOME ADDRESSES AT MY EMAIL, DESPITE ME CALLING YOU AND EMAILING YOU TO TELL YOU. SOUNDS FRAUDULENT TO ME, FALSELY INVOICING MANY ADDRESSES, USING MY EMAIL ! IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO SO, I WILL CONTACT MY SOLICITOR AND I'M CONTACTING TRUSTED TRADER AS YOU ARE CLEARLY DOING SOMETHING UNDERHANDED! Only gave one star as it wouldn't let me post this with no stars. And NO, I'm not calling you again. I've emailed you enough times from the email you keep invoicing and called you to request you cease.

Service from sales team to contractor was amazing. We are very pleased and thankful for such a great service. Thank you to all involved.

Been a HeatPlan customer for several years. Excellent company- good communication, always attend on time. Engineers efficient. Very impressed by Billy who carried out a number of checks recently and identified a loose nut which was causing a slow drop in boiler pressure.

Great service, quick and reliable!

Excellent, helpful and efficient heat pump service.

Prompt, friendly, efficient service.

New year new service 2024, Phil Boobier arrived spot on time, conducted the service and checks efficiently and professionally, with a friendly but yet professional manner (some who’ve been doing for decades, the experience shows :-) ). Took care in my property and even provided some advice on things not scope of my policy. A big thank you Phil 2023: Trevor came out to investigate a noise, he was knowledgeable, professional and knew what he was doing from the get go. I will be can cancelling British gas service home care and head over to Gregors!

We've been using Gregor Heating for years and had a return visit from Phil for the annual boiler service. He explained how to be more efficient in turning down the water temperature of the radiators and pointed out the boiler Eco mode to save even more. Excellent service with lots of energy savings tips - highly recommend! Thanks Phil, see you next year!

Experience of using Gregor for my EV charge point has been excellent. Initial Quote was fast. Engineer arrived on time as scheduled to install, and did a 1st class job. Very secure and very tidy.

Have been with Gregor for some years. Always reliable and prompt service.

We recently had the pleasure of Jamie's service from Gregor to take care of our boiler, and we're absolutely thrilled with the experience. Jamie was not just prompt and efficient, but he also took the time to patiently address all our questions, showcasing his impressive knowledge. What sets Jamie apart is his friendly yet professional approach. He handled the job with precision, ensuring every detail was covered. Moreover, he shared some valuable insights into our boiler's functionality, making the whole service more than just a routine task. As an added bonus, Jamie suggested a quote for a new radiator in our downstairs toilet. It's this kind of thoughtful service that truly sets him apart. A big thank you to Jamie for delivering top-notch service with a friendly attitude. If you're looking for someone reliable and personable to handle your heating needs, Jamie is your go-to guy at Gregor. Highly recommended!

Excellent service George did a great job repairing the fault and Fiona organised everything promptly Nick Gore

I could not fault the response i received. Within a few hours of my call the engineer was at my door. From the call to the service very impressed.

Had our boiler serviced by Phill on Friday and he encountered a problem and we can only say that Phil went above and beyond to solve the issue whilst all the time keeping us fully updated , he was cheerful throughout and nothing seemed to throw him Well done Phil and many thanks for a job well done

I had a boiler fitted by Gregor, and the work was outstanding from start to finish, from the estimate to the fitting of the boiler it was extremely neat, tidy and pleasant. I would recommend always, so much so, my sister is now waiting to have her boiler fitted. Highly recommend, great reliable company. 5 star service

Engineer turned up in good time and did a full service. However, they forgot to turn on my hot water upon completion of the service. A minor point that resulted in a 2 second fix, but required a follow up call with Gregor Heating and a return call from the engineer to confirm what steps I needed to take to ensure the gas supply was both safe and in working order.

Great work from Gregory heating and Phil did a great job with our boiler service…..thanks Phil

Recently had Darren from Gregor Heating over to install a smart thermostat. I was really impressed with how he handled the job, especially since it was a new type of thermostat he hadn’t worked with before. He showed up right on time, quickly adapted to the task, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Darren was not just skilled but also polite and professional, which made the whole experience even better. The team at Gregor Heating is top-notch as well. They were really professional on the phone, making the booking process super easy. The handy SMS reminders they send are a great touch, keeping you in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend Gregor Heating for their excellent service and professionalism. They really go above and beyond!

Phil from Gregor Heating came to service my boiler today. He was punctual. Did a great job. He was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service provided.

We had a new boiler fitted after our previous one broke down. The engineers were really friendly, helpful and thorough during the installation, taking due care & attention. The yearly service we have has always been reliable. Would definitely recommend.

After my annual boiler service Phil Boobier was very professional and his customer service skills are outstanding he’s a credit to your company.

Excellent service, great price and brilliant workmanship. Could not thank Jim and the team enough, they were a delight to have around all week. The boiler is working perfectly and the building was left tidy and just as they found it. What a wonderful experience, they are an absolute credit to Gregor Heating :)

Had boiler serviced today by Phil who was a friendly and knowledgeable guy also helped me sign up for heat plan .He made the whole process very easy

Superb customer service - phone answered 8.15am! Survey within a few days and new boiler fitted with a week. A great company to deal with. Around 150 engineers so safer than dealing with sole trader. A great independent company.

The Technician did a wonderful job and several adjustments to the radiators and cotrolls .All with a big smile.Well done!

Moved into a new house and had some issues with the boiler, was hoping it would last a few months until a new boiler was fitted. Gregor were very responsive in coming up to fix the boiler on two occasions and kept the cost to a minimum as they knew we were waiting for a new boiler. Excellent service all round.

Really disappointed with Gregors. I was one of there first Solar Water Heating customers back in 2007. I even lent my name and details for their advertising material and encouraged two of my neighbours to use them. I need to have my panels and system serviced and when I contacted them, they completely washed their hands of it, saying they cannot do servicing because of shortage of labour and suggested that I look in 'Trusted Traders' - I thought they were a trusted firm! Strange that they are able to carry out new installations. Presumably they have the labour for that. So beware for your after sales. This firm are disappointingly unprofessional.

Had my yearly boiler serviced yesterday by Phil. Did a great job and helped me sort my thermostat controller. Also gave some helpful advice on Carbon Monoxide products which I'd asked about. Thank you Phil

Had boiler serviced this week by a young man called Jamie from Gregor heating. Jamie arrived within alloted time, was exceptionally polite, professional and clean. He explained everything he had done and was a pleasure to have in our home.

We recently had our old back boiler removed from our lounge and a new combi boiler put in our garage. From start to finish Gregor were fantastic and professional. We had Craig do our work and he was prompt, efficient and polite. Kept in clear communication with us about the work, did a really lovely job and cleaned up so well that you'd never know he had been there. Fantastic service- honestly don't think you could get a better company. Price was very reasonable too!

They did an amazing job. Craig was very professional and efficient, the house was left in a great condition. I was amazed on how well the job was done for replacing a back boiler with a new one. Chris was also very good when he did the survey, everything was clear. I would definitely recommend Gregor!

Just had Rob from Gregor do an annual service on our boiler he is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has remarkable customer service. He talked me through everything thoroughly and after finding a fault with a bracket/hinge he replaced it very efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service from Gregor once again thank you so much

Engineer arrived at allocated time and done a very good job. And was then good enough to explain what he had done and how to use the control correctly.

The salesman (Chris) gave me huge confidence in the company and the quality of job that would be done, and sure enough, the engineers delivered really well. Great job! Thanks

Gregory heating installed air source heat pump and retro fitted radiators. The quality of their work is first class, and I was kept well informed. what a lovely team of workmen. Respectful, cleaned up after themselves and really polite. I'm 100% happy with the system and services. WELL DONE..

Great service and value

Had our boiler serviced by Phil this morning. Excellent and friendly service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and Gregor heating.

Just had Phil from Gregor’s do annual service on our gas boiler. Found the electrode needed to be replaced. Didn’t have it in his van. He contacted Gregor’s and returned to fit new this afternoon. Cannot fault the service given by both Phil and Gregor’s. It certainly has paid us to have an annual contract with them. Mike. Very satisfied customer.

My whole experience with Gregor Heating has been excellent. Their quote was competitive and everyone I have dealt with have been really professional. We had some minor technical issues after installation but they responded very quickly and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend them.

Had a great heat pump service today from Gregor and the engineer George. He was friendly and informative, completed the service in a quick time and was able to resolve any issues there and then.

I had a great experience with this company they were helpful on the phone helpful from start to finish they always gave me good advice and an excellent service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody else the technical support I received has been brilliant

We recently had our gas boiler replaced. Gregor were great throughout the process. We needed scaffolding to replace the flue and they organised this. Their engineer, Mark, was excellent on the day of the replacement itself and left our kitchen very tidy. The communication from their administration department was prompt and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend them based on our recent experience.

John Dillon has been out to my new-build house twice, and on both occasions did a really good job. On the first visit, he diagnosed a serious blockage, and on the second visit he put right a badly installed gutter. On both visits, he was courteous and conscientious, sand effective.

Wanted to ensure I got my Solar PV system from a top quality and reputable company and couldn't have made a better choice than Gregor. Highly knowledgeable and professional service catering to my exacting requirements, and ensuring I got value for money and a system that furtureproofed me for later additions. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Trevor was very professional and fixed my boiler with his expert knowledge

Been using this company for many years & have always found them very good! Over the years they have installed a new boiler & they service it every year. Engineer was punctual & efficient.

New boiler installation was performed very professionally by very customer friendly plumbers and electricians.

Excellent local company providing good service for years. Dealing with local people who know the Bristol/Bath customer base much better than a 'faceless' multi-national. Would highly recommend .

Phil from Gregor Heating serviced my gas fire and heating system. Have been using the company for many years Very efficient polite and helpful company Would recommend them to anyone

I had my boiler installed and serviced by Gregor Heating. The engineer called me when he was on his way and carried out a very professional service on my boiler. I would highly recommend Gregor heating to my family and friends.

Gregor Heating installed a new Bosch boiler under the stairs. This involved taking out an old back boiler together with a kitchen water heater & a lot of pipework together with pipe repositioning. They performed the installation efficiently like a well oiled machine. The boiler has worked well & had a long guarantee. Great local company.

Once again first class service from Gregor Heating.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Phone up the middle of Last week and received a service date the following week. I was not getting that from ( B.G ).

Phil Boobier visited today to run the annual boiler service. Job done well but also went the extra mile to ensure I had all the records I needed form past services and to advise me on how to lower the temperature of hot water in the radiators to save money thanks Phil!

Excellent experience from planning to installation with Gregor Heating. Communication during the planning and pre-installation stage was second to none. Installers were polite, professional and tidy in their work. We would highly recommend Gregor Heating

Had my boiler put in by Phil Boobier 13 years ago and it's still going strong. Was an absolute delight to have him back today to perform the annual service. Very professional

The gas engineer, Phil, was prompt, professional and pleasant. The service was very thorough.

Phil serviced our heating system yesterday very efficiently and whilst doing the job took the time to explain what to look for if there is a failure, which was very useful. Well done Gregor Heating, would recommend you any time as we have used your services for quite a few years now.

We have used Gregor Heating for all of our heating & boiler related needs, having first been recommended the company by a relative over 7 years ago. Professional and thorough, friendly and efficient, we would always recommend them to others. Had Billy out today to attend to a leak - friendly guy who certainly knows what he's talking about. Thanks Billy and Gregor Heating!

Update after escalation: Stay away. Even after escalating the support through complaints, they still get things wrong and dont communicate. After escalation, my case was "prioritied". Support representative said an engineer was visiting to do X, however that was not what they needed to do. I emailed the support representative to explain what needed to be done. They already should have known this from the previous emails. They assured me that the engineer could do everything that was needed to be done. Which I doubted. Long story short, they couldn't. So the visit was literally a waste of time. A manager visited and said he would email a follow-up the next day. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. This company is a joke. Original: Do not bother. 2 months of chase-up emails and still no response to rectify multiple issues.

Delighted with the service, Liam was friendly and efficient

Gregor came out to investigate and repair a leak under my bath. They were really friendly and efficient and explained everything clearly to me

A very efficient service. Engineer was punctual, polite and patient in explaining what he had done and why. Booking the visit was easy : full marks for communication. Martyn Hanwell.

I used Gregor Heating for the first time today for my annual boiler service. Booking the appointment was easy, I received text message updates reminding me as it got closer. The engineer, Phil, turned up on time and was a pleasure dealing with him from the moment he entered my property. Took his time going through everything thoroughly and completing all paperwork. As I am a curious person and like to try to understand, I really liked that Phil took the time to explain what and why very professionally. The cost was competitive and I signed up to the Heat:Plan for future boiler servicing. Would I recommend Gregor Heating and engineer Phil. Without doubt, yes. Keep up the good work guys and don't change !

Came home from holiday to no heating. Gregor heating responded within 2 hours of my call and diagnosed the problem.

Gregor installed my boiler and radiators 6 years ago and service every year as part of the heat plus plan. The office staff are lovely and the engineers professional. Phil especially has attended my property 3 years in a row now for service and is the loveliest man. He is helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is understood and covered. His 18 years experience is invaluable. Thanks to Phil and the whole Gregor team.

We had the boiler serviced.Phil the engineer was on time, gave advice about the heat setting. He was very professional all round. Job completed in 30 minutes.

Just had annual boiler service carried out by Phil (who fitted the boiler in 2009) As always very efficient, helpful and pleasant, I have been with Gregor’s for 14 years and in all that time have received excellent service from everyone involved. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We would heartily recommend Gregor and their entire team after they recently installed our new Solar Panel and EV system. From initial quote to completion everything was carried out on time exactly as they said. The scaffolding went up when they said it would and came down the day after the job was finished. The installation team were the epitome of professionalism and the standard of work is of the highest order. They went to extraordinary lengths to keep everything clean and tidy and were at all times courteous, friendly and as unobtrusive as possible. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We have had a service contract with Gregors for many years. We have always found them to be reliable and provide a good professional service. Phil who recently serviced our boiler found a slight problem which he explained clearly and arranged for the repair to be carried out quickly.

Every aspect of the company is very professional from the first phone contact to the engineers who serviced my boiler. The price and quality of service is excellent

Gregor Heating recently installed solar panels on my roof and provided a 5 star service from start to finish. I am delighted with the quality of the product and installation. And the team were unfailingly prompt, polite and professional putting in a full day's work each and every day. They were happy to answer all my questions and queries, and quickly resolved an unexpected issue with the layout. Huge thanks to electricians Martin, Ethan and Isaac, and panel installers Paul, Grant, Archie and Anton. Would absolutely recommend Gregor.

Gregor Heating installed an AC-coupled Givenergy battery in my home, and integrated it with my existing Zappi car charger. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, and clearly wanted me to be happy with the finished installation - this definitely was NOT a minimum effort piece of work. From initial enquiry to installation was about 11 months, which was certainly a long time, but no particular fault of theirs - a huge number of people were trying to get the same kind of thing installed at that time (just before energy price-cap went up substantially again), and they were fighting for limited stock of the required components. In fact, Gregor Heating were pretty much the only company who responded to me when I initially decided to gather quotes, despite being obviously very busy at the time, and they managed to send someone over for an initial installation survey within a couple of weeks. Kudos to them, as - like I say - they were obviously handling a huge volume of enquiries at the time. Regarding the installation itself, it was highly professional, very (very!) neatly done, and they cleaned up well afterwards. They also went above and beyond with helping me get an ethernet cable through from one end of my house to the other, so we could install a secondary wireless access point to allow the battery to communicate properly, as the WiFi in my garage turned out to be a bit too poor to be properly reliable otherwise. They certainly didn't need to help me with this, but they did, and it made the whole installation much better from an internet connectivity standpoint. My only real criticism is that the quote was rather vague (again, quite reasonably explained by of the volume of enquiries they were handling at the time), and because of the long time between quote and installation, this caused some minor issues/confusion. These were all quickly resolved by referring back to email conversations with the initial surveyor, and the work I wanted done was correctly performed, despite not being explicitly specified in the formal quotation. Many thanks to Martin and Ike - I really appreciate the great job you did, and the system is working great!

Fantastic experience with Gregor following a problem with our boiler & thermostat. George was very professional, likeable and clearly very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Phil. He explained all aspects of the checks he did and the results of the tests run on the boiler. Also added additional bracket to the flue to meet current regulations. Would certainly recommend Gregor Heating and Phil to others.

Gregor are a brilliant firm. They fitted our air-source heat pump, added some solar PV and refurbished our solar hot water over two years ago. They worked really well with our contractor and were always ready to answer questions. Not everything has gone smoothly, but any time there is a problem they get it sorted - I have to mention Ross Humphries here, he’s sorted everything that’s come his way with a minimum of fuss. This stuff was a big investment for us and I’m so glad we chose Gregor - a really sound company.

Phil turned up on time for the initial boiler service prior to joining Heatplan.Explained everything as he did the service and advised a couple of heat saving tips.Very pleasant chap.

We had a 1st time service done by Phil who was very efficient informative explained things clearly and friendly, I would highly recommend Gregor Heating Company.....

We are very pleased with the service carried out by Phil Boobier, when he filled out our book we realised he had installed our boiler 13 years ago.

My boiler had a glitch and it took several visits before the issue was clear. All the engineers were courteous and helpful, as were the various office staff members I spoke to. What could have been a very stressful time was made less so because of this. I can't recommend Gregor highly enough and will definitely use them again. many thanks to you all.

I had a boiler serviced by Phil, excellent service and extremely knowledgeable.

Just called them out for a repair on their heatplan scheme. Impressed with the service. Good telephone communication, engineer sent out rapidly, and Phil was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service from the Gregor team. Just fired off a quick email to ask about cost of boiler service replied very quickly with competitive quote and arranged a date over the phone. Had a couple of texts just to confirm appointment and make sure I hadn’t forgot the time and date. Phil came at the arranged time and was professional and courteous. Wonderful service and have now signed up for the boiler service plan - highly recommended

I bought a house from Keepmoat homes, all planning and heating carried out by this people. Full of problems.

I would not hesitate to recommend Gregor or anyone looking for a new boiler installation or a maintenance on an existing boiler. As a family we have all used Gregor. My parents back in the 90s when we needed emergency help at Christmas. Steve helped us when we were in a real bad situation. My gran has used them and since I moved out of home 10 years ago I have used them to install my new boiler and provide the service each year. Phil was the installation engineer and I cannot fault him. His service is excellent and he really cares. He has since been back many times to service the boiler every year. Everyone I have had contact with have been helpful friendly knowledgeable and professional. I really do rate Gregor very highly.

I had my annual boiler service carried out by Phil today. He was right on time, very polite and very professional. When he finished the service he kindly explained what the ideal settings were and filled in the gaps in the paperwork that wasn’t completed properly by the previous engineer. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Gregor Heating and Phil in particular.

I have used Gregor for the last 4+ years, since getting them to install a new boiler and radiators to my home. Both the office staff and engineer (Phil) are always polite and helpful when booking in annual service. I would highly recommend.

We had no hot water or heating plus a strange noise from the system, rang Gregor Heating, within 2 hours we had a service engineer, lovely guy. Explained what the fault was, work carried out, we are so pleased with the service from this company. Job complete. Extremely happy customer. Would thoroughly recommend.

Phil the engineer was fantastic. He was professional and thorough making time to ensure everything was good. Turns out he fitted our boiler over 10 years ago and it's still great! Thank you.

Boiler stopped working unexpectedly and gave Gregor a call. Luckily they could send someone out the following day. Billy arrived on time and was great. Very respectful and, after taking a look, communicated the problem clearly. Luckily it was a quick fix in this case, but he also took the time to point out a couple of things to be wary of. Overall very happy with the service. Have no issue recommending them and we will be using them again should any further issues arise.
