My whole experience with Gregor Heating has been excellent. From Adam visiting me to see what work I required and providing me with a very reasonable quote. To Mark fitting the new gas boiler in a very neat way in a very tight cupboard space.
We were completely satisfied with the way Gregor handled our project to replace oil central heating with an air source heat pump. Everything, from the no fee, no commitment surveys by Ross, through to the installation by an expert and motivated team of engineers (Jim, Paul, Craig and Mark) was excellent. The work was carefully planned to minimise disturbance and was carried out very efficiently and tidily. Also the back office work of getting the Ofgem grant, DNO approval and general administration was seamless. This is a well-run organisation and one feels in safe hands.
Doug & Gail Pattison We asked Gregor to convert our home from oil-fired to air-source heat pump last year. After delay in delivery of the equipment, the installation was carried out in April in just a week, and we were very happy with the work. The heat pump has performed faultlessly, including during the recent cold spell when we recorded an outside temperature of -9.4 degrees. Well done Gregor!
The engineer that was here with us today was very friendly and professional and he explained what he is going to do and how he going fix the issues.
Engineer Mark was an absolute credit to the company. His personal presentation, planning and preparation was extensive, his workmanship was top quality and exemplary with his attention to clearing the site second to none. It was refreshing to find a tradesman with so much enthusiasm to carry out the boiler installation with care and consideration, in addition to being a genuinely nice guy. The guy who came to top up the solar panel and service my boiler was a gem!! Polite and so knowledgeable on my system and very conscious of protecting my property. I couldn’t recommend him enough, if I was his employer I would go to the extreme to keep him in my company , as he’s a huge asset.

She was very helpful explained everything and talked to us through what service plan we needed to take on now that our boiler is nine years old. 0 STAR REVIEW - SHOCKING COMPANY My experience with Gregor Heating has been extremely bad. Gregor Heating was involved in a number of installations and repair works at my new-build property, many of which subsequently became the subject of repeated defects, failures, and return visits. The most serious issue concerned the heating system. They call themselves as "renewable specialists" but can't get the basics right (i.e fitting a toilet seat). The heat pump was installed by them with the flow and return pipework REVERSED, which is a fundamental installation error. They later SIGNED OFF THE SYSTEM AS COMPLAINT! Despite this, I spent months trying to obtain clear answers regarding the impact on the system and the ongoing issues that followed. The brand new heating system installed by them has been malfunctioning, not working at the time of independent inspection, randomly stopping, making a loud banging noise after each hot water cycle. The Gregor "specialists" have not been able to resolve any of these issues despite them visiting the property multiple times. Other issues produced by the Gregor's "specialists" include: - A bath cold tap that supplied hot water (!) - Loose toilet seats that required multiple visits and still repeatedly became loose afterwards (!) - Leaking internal pipework; - A leaking reducer between the incoming mains water supply and internal stopcock within the first year of occupation (!) - Leaking and loose guttering; - Ongoing heating system faults and performance concerns. - pipework that is not clipped within the walls and ceiling which resulted in the pipes knocking against plasterboards (!) - pipework not secured in the kitchen cupboards. - toilet water valves malfunctioning and making noise. What was particularly frustrating was the number of repeat visits required and the apparent inability to permanently resolve issues that should have been straightforward to diagnose and rectify (bear in mind that it is a new house and apparently new items). I was also disappointed by the attitude of some members of staff. On occasions, legitimate concerns were challenged or dismissed rather than investigated properly, which created an unnecessarily confrontational experience when I was simply trying to have defects resolved. As a shared homeowner, I would expect a contractor involved in new-build installations to demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, Gregor Heating fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend them based on the quality of work, the number of defects encountered, the repeated repair failures, and the overall customer experience. It's has been absolutely awful and they should be reported to the trading standards.
I had some issues on my cloakroom, toilet and ensuite toilet both staining and potentially leaking. The engineer John Dillon took the time to assess the issues properly and replaced the flush system on the cloakroom toilet, he also noticed a seal had failed on the shower tray and ordered a replacement for me. This was an exceptional service from John and much appreciated.

Very good communications throughout the design, instal and aftercare where I needed advice and reassurance when the manufacturers app updated. The installation team arrived as expected and worked hard and installed the panels, battery, inverter & whole house emergency back-up supply all in 1 day. Installed a boiler with cold feed and hot water back to front. We’re not prepared to put it right and their only response was “take it up with the builder” and hung up. Horrible treatment, terrible service.

Very helpful and friendly gas technician came to do the strip down inspection of our boiler. She listened to my complaints and managed to address a problem (dirt in the gas valve) as part of the service. Signed up for a heat plan so will see them again!

Plumber arrived at the appointed time and was very pleasant. However because it took 1 1/2 hours to remove the shroud on a monotap which admittedly was limescaled in and replaced the cartridge which I supplied, at a labour cost of £117. Probably should of bought a new tap!
First Class service. After moving into a brand new house we needed some help with the heating system. A visit was arranged quickly and conveniently by the office staff and the engineer John Dillon spent an hour checking and correcting the system. John patiently explained the issues to us so we could deal with any future problems. From start to finish all the staff were a credit to their company.

Replaced existing boiler in one day. Engineer was very efficient and polite. Price was considered reasonable.
Thorough check of boiler by Phil. We told him what we wanted from a new contract, gave us good advice. Had a previous boiler under a contract with Gregor, cannot fault them. Had to call them out on two Saturdays, engineer arrived in the afternoon, got our boiler up and running both times. Cannot recommend them enough.
So far, I have been with them for more than 2 years, having taken a Heat Plan. I have been very pleased with the experience so far and glad that I have found them.

I started my heating servicing with Gregor Last year and Their service is 2nd to none. The engineers are polite and extremely qualified and knowledgeable. They’re punctual and on time. I have had an air source heat pump since 2015 but because the company selling it went into administration, I have had difficulty in getting it serviced over the years. I'm so pleased to have discovered Gregor heating – their representative was here today, friendly, efficient, polite and I was left with the feeling that a good job had been done.
Our experience installing heat pump and minisplits with Gregor was great from start to finish. Their rates were comparable to others, but their professionalism and the completeness of the services they offered was far better. We had a complete new central heating system put in on January 2nd 2024 after a lot of talking to different people running up to the start date trying to explain everything that would happen when they would start and how long it would take and so on. The day arrived at 07.30hrs the van arrived and Conner and his side kick I think was Sam started at 07.40hrs floor boards up where needed ps I had already roll carpet and underlay back to make life as easy as possible for them first protective film was laid on hall landing and stairs very professional what I would call sticky back plastic and they were away I had removed some radiators but left the heavy ones to the boys about 10.00 hrs lorry arrived with all the goodies radiators copper pipe bags of bits and pieces and of course to large parcels one being the Heatpump and one the hot water tank very large unfortunately the lady of the house has lost her airing cupboard but a small price to pay for what we were getting things progressed very well the first day bearing in mind this was all new to us Tuesday more people arrived ie electricians mainly Lee he did love a cup of tea and when offered he would never say no then on Wednesday the scaffolding arrived 3 lads just got on and did their job I learn't a lot that day but still wouldn't want to do it Thursday 2 more lads arrived to put the solar panels on the roof and Friday finished off and by 1500hrs they were gone never to be seen again. Together everybody was very professional and I must say Sam before he left every night cleaned up wouldn't let me do it . it is a known fact that electricians always leave bits of wire around which of course gave me something to do when they had gone. I would like to say from the first young lady I spoke to by the name of Debby and the girls I seamed to get a new name to remember each time phoned to James who visited us recently for a service of the Heatpump everybody was always very polite and professional and a credit to your firm and last but not least a small problem was sorted with a couple of phone calls. Gregor recently installed solar panels, battery and a heat pump at my house. There was no hassle, everyone involved were a pleasure to deal with and those doing the installation were clearly very experienced, professional and took pride in their work.
The engineer from Gregor arrived promptly and was courteous and friendly. He explained the room thermostat and applied manual settings to my requirements.
Absolutely awful company, the Bristol branch, I was filling up petrol with my 12 week old baby in the back while I was filling up, one of Gregor’s employees was being to impatient to wait for me to finnsh at the pump he was behind in his van, (instead of reversing and going around all the pumps to exit) He forced his way past my car crashing into the rear side, while my baby was in the back!!! He tired to drive off but I ran and stopped him before he pulled up on the road, he they open his door and looked completely out of it red bloody shot eyes, and said he didn’t feel anything I them showed him the damage & he just gave the company name and drove off (can I add not even apologising) my poor baby was crying her eyes out! Then I got in contact with the company and Tina akerman was lovely as first saying the employee has took the blame and so sorry I should let me insurance know, and they will let there’s know, by the next day Tina is ignoring my calls ( everytime I call passed on to someone else because she in a meeting ) then she finally emails me to say now they taking no responsibility, so now had to go down the police route! (With they are requesting the cctv as you can clearly see me filling up fuel not even in the car and the employee smashing into my car!) Wow really shocked this behaviour from a so say such good company!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!!
I got a text changing the time slightly because engineer was late from another job - Gregor could've been clearer on that.. because engineer did tell them to warn me.. Engineer was very polite, honest, did her best - and fixed the problem - albeit not knowing how she fixed it - but then neither did the last 2 gas engineers that were self-employed. I'd use Gregor again..
I booked Gregor to carry out an annual Landlords Gas Safety check. Phil, the engineer, carried this out and was great. He identified a few issues that needed attention from Wales and West Utilities. They arrived within the hour to sort the problems, Phil stayed the whole time so he could complete the boiler service and issue the certificate. I will definitely continue to use them and I highly recommend them. Thanks Phil!

James was polite, patient and persevering when he came across controls he wasn't familiar with. He talked with Vaillant about the hot water control programming, and with Daikin about programming their Onecta app. In both cases he found out what he needed to, and completed the job well. I was delighted that he managed to programme the Daikin Programming App, which several friends and professionals had failed to. Very pleasant and competent employee and a good advert for your company.

Boiler stopped working and displayed fault code on evening Weds 4th Sept, phoned Gregor Heating (Repairs) at 8am on Thurs morning. Fiona was really helpful and an engineer (Jamie) arrived before 10am to checkout the problem, quickly diagnosed that the main circuit board had failed, immediately ordered a replacement part. This arrived on Friday morning, Jamie returned by lunchtimes and in no time at all the boiler was back in normal operation. Have always used Gregor for our boiler servicing but on this occasion I can only praise the immediate and excellent service from the Gregor team.

Gregor replaced the boiler in my house and I’m delighted with the work and with the product they supplied. The initial survey was very informative then everything happened according to the plan that we had. The price was competitive too. The heating engineer arrived in good time on the day and completed the job quickly and tidily. We are very happy with our new boiler and that we used Gregor to provide the new boiler for our home.
The annual service to our five year old boiler that Gregor installed was done by Phil this year who was very thorough and diligent. We now feel confident going into winter that we will stay warm. Thanks again Gregor!
Top service. Used Gregor for a couple of years now and very pleased with service. Got me out of a hole a couple of years back. First guy said a seal had gone and turned off boiler as unsafe. Minimum fan assembly to be replaced but claimed better off replacing whole boiler. Second guy, 'that's a big job, will have to drill flue out'. Phil from gregor, £10 seal and had it fitted before I'd even got there. Great stuff.
They may not be the cheapest but I have found Gregor to be dependable, and when you are looking for someone to service a ASHP that is critical.
The service I received from this company was first class. The help I received in explaining the problem in my cistern was so friendly and helpful. An appointment was made very quickly to replace an electric element. The electrician who arrived on time was efficient and explained what he was doing clearly. He discovered the fault did not need a new element but was loose wiring in the control of the Economy 7 setting. When this was tested during the Economy7 night timing, it worked perfectly. This saved me money as the firm did not charge me for a new element. High praise to the company and its staff.Many thanks.

Phil came to do my initial service prior to going onto an annual plan. He was such a personable and professional man - a great ambassador for the company. We have been with British Gas for decades so I was stunned to see the extra steps he took as a standard part of the service - which British Gas have clearly never done despite us having paid for it as part of the plan. Mark arrived promptly at 07:30 to fit our new gas boiler, he was neat, tidy and efficient, he was also very friendly and made sure from the start that he covered our carpets and kept our house clean and left it as he found it. The old boiler and rubbish was collected during the morning by Mark's colleagues and the electrician arrived to do his bits. When he had finished the installation Mark explained what he had done. Gregor Heating was recommended to me a year ago. In this time I've had 2 planned boiler services and unfortunately the need for emergency help, twice! However I was fortunate to have received the best service throughout this time. Phil who provided help and experience to set me up with a heat plan. Engineer turned up in good time and did a full service. However, they forgot to turn on my hot water upon completion of the service. A minor point that resulted in a 2 second fix, but required a follow up call with Gregor Heating and a return call from the engineer to confirm what steps I needed to take to ensure the gas supply was both safe and in working order.

Moved into a new house and had some issues with the boiler, was hoping it would last a few months until a new boiler was fitted. Gregor were very responsive in coming up to fix the boiler on two occasions and kept the cost to a minimum as they knew we were waiting for a new boiler. Excellent service all round.
Really disappointed with Gregors. I was one of there first Solar Water Heating customers back in 2007. I even lent my name and details for their advertising material and encouraged two of my neighbours to use them. I need to have my panels and system serviced and when I contacted them, they completely washed their hands of it, saying they cannot do servicing because of shortage of labour and suggested that I look in 'Trusted Traders' - I thought they were a trusted firm! Strange that they are able to carry out new installations. Presumably they have the labour for that. So beware for your after sales. This firm are disappointingly unprofessional.

We recently had our old back boiler removed from our lounge and a new combi boiler put in our garage. From start to finish Gregor were fantastic and professional. We had Craig do our work and he was prompt, efficient and polite. Kept in clear communication with us about the work, did a really lovely job and cleaned up so well that you'd never know he had been there. We recently had our gas boiler replaced. Gregor were great throughout the process. We needed scaffolding to replace the flue and they organised this. Their engineer, Mark, was excellent on the day of the replacement itself and left our kitchen very tidy. The communication from their administration department was prompt and very helpful. John Dillon has been out to my new-build house twice, and on both occasions did a really good job. On the first visit, he diagnosed a serious blockage, and on the second visit he put right a badly installed gutter. On both visits, he was courteous and conscientious, sand effective.

Gregor Heating installed a new Bosch boiler under the stairs.This involved taking out an old back boiler together with a kitchen water heater & a lot of pipework together with pipe repositioning. Update after escalation: Stay away. Even after escalating the support through complaints, they still get things wrong and dont communicate. After escalation, my case was "prioritied". Support representative said an engineer was visiting to do X, however that was not what they needed to do. I emailed the support representative to explain what needed to be done. They already should have known this from the previous emails. They assured me that the engineer could do everything that was needed to be done. Which I doubted. Long story short, they couldn't. So the visit was literally a waste of time. A manager visited and said he would email a follow-up the next day. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. This company is a joke. Original: Do not bother. 2 months of chase-up emails and still no response to rectify multiple issues.

Gregor Heating recently installed solar panels on my roof and provided a 5 star service from start to finish. I am delighted with the quality of the product and installation. Gregor Heating installed an AC-coupled Givenergy battery in my home, and integrated it with my existing Zappi car charger. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, and clearly wanted me to be happy with the finished installation - this definitely was NOT a minimum effort piece of work. From initial enquiry to installation was about 11 months, which was certainly a long time, but no particular fault of theirs - a huge number of people were trying to get the same kind of thing installed at that time (just before energy price-cap went up substantially again), and they were fighting for limited stock of the required components. In fact, Gregor Heating were pretty much the only company who responded to me when I initially decided to gather quotes, despite being obviously very busy at the time, and they managed to send someone over for an initial installation survey within a couple of weeks. Kudos to them, as - like I say - they were obviously handling a huge volume of enquiries at the time. Regarding the installation itself, it was highly professional, very (very!) neatly done, and they cleaned up well afterwards. They also went above and beyond with helping me get an ethernet cable through from one end of my house to the other, so we could install a secondary wireless access point to allow the battery to communicate properly, as the WiFi in my garage turned out to be a bit too poor to be properly reliable otherwise. They certainly didn't need to help me with this, but they did, and it made the whole installation much better from an internet connectivity standpoint. My only real criticism is that the quote was rather vague (again, quite reasonably explained by of the volume of enquiries they were handling at the time), and because of the long time between quote and installation, this caused some minor issues/confusion. These were all quickly resolved by referring back to email conversations with the initial surveyor, and the work I wanted done was correctly performed, despite not being explicitly specified in the formal quotation. Many thanks to Martin and Ike - I really appreciate the great job you did, and the system is working great!

Gregor are a brilliant firm. They fitted our air-source heat pump, added some solar PV and refurbished our solar hot water over two years ago. They worked really well with our contractor and were always ready to answer questions. Not everything has gone smoothly, but any time there is a problem they get it sorted - I have to mention Ross Humphries here, he’s sorted everything that’s come his way with a minimum of fuss. This stuff was a big investment for us and I’m so glad we chose Gregor - a really sound company.

I recently had a pv and battery system installed by Gregor heating and they were fantastic. From the beginning with Adam to the final commission by Martin, the whole process was superb. Also Sarah in planning was very helpful. Highly recommend this company.
I have just used Gregor Heating for the first time today after a recommendation from my son who had a new boiler fitted.From the initial phone call to Kate in their office to the 2 guys ,Phil and Archie, I can't fault the service. Very profession, polite. Explained what they were going to do from the beginning. First boiler service at a new home for us and have also signed up for the heat plan. I would not hesitate to recommend Gregor or anyone looking for a new boiler installation or a maintenance on an existing boiler. As a family we have all used Gregor. My parents back in the 90s when we needed emergency help at Christmas. Steve helped us when we were in a real bad situation. My gran has used them and since I moved out of home 10 years ago I have used them to install my new boiler and provide the service each year. Phil was the installation engineer and I cannot fault him. His service is excellent and he really cares. He has since been back many times to service the boiler every year. Everyone I have had contact with have been helpful friendly knowledgeable and professional. I really do rate Gregor very highly.

I had my annual boiler service carried out by Phil today. He was right on time, very polite and very professional. When he finished the service he kindly explained what the ideal settings were and filled in the gaps in the paperwork that wasn’t completed properly by the previous engineer. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Gregor Heating and Phil in particular.

Boiler stopped working unexpectedly and gave Gregor a call. Luckily they could send someone out the following day. Billy arrived on time and was great. Very respectful and, after taking a look, communicated the problem clearly. Luckily it was a quick fix in this case, but he also took the time to point out a couple of things to be wary of. Overall very happy with the service. Have no issue recommending them and we will be using them again should any further issues arise.
Phil did an amazing job. Our heating was leaking and he went way and beyond to get it fixed immediately not to leave us without a heating. He even cancelled another appointment. I would 100% recommend the service.

I have been with this company for over 10 years now and they have never let me down on service or repair. One Christmas Day my heating was not working and I called them out and the engineer did not have the part needed but using his initiative he knew a colleague was in the area so he went to see him and luckily he had the part we needed. They installed my last boiler about 6 years ago and I can only complement them on the quality of their work and I find all their staff very friendly and helpful-Alan Dunn

Visited to do annual service on Wednesday , noticed later there was no hot water . Though they gone for replacement part , waited in all day Thursday nothing . Tried finding out what was going on as still have no hot water . Was told they will be on Friday afternoon 2pm, its now 9pm and still not been . Rang again Monday , engineer turn up had a look, checked the water pump ( ok ) went back to look at boiler, found loose wire ,said should have hot water now. Tuesday tried to have shower water ran hot for 3/4 minutes then ran cold. This company has left me with no hot water for 6 days . Don't understand was working perfect before the service and now it not working.? Forgot to mention a new contract to service the heating, hot water and gas is ending on 31st of may 2022 and new contract was starting on the 1st June 2022 with some other company.
They came to do a survey for a new boiler but we never received any quotes even after following it up

I had all my radiators changed yesterday , the engineer turned up on time then after he removed all the old ones the new ones arrived and took away all the packaging etc , the engineer fitted the new ones tidying up as he went and was polite and friendly, very professional service, well done Gregor heating an excellent job and the office staff were also very helpful , thankyou very much .
My Mother's boiler broke down on a Saturday night. Gregor Heating had someone out within 2 hours. They diagnosed the fault, left an electric heater to help keep the chill off. They got the new part Monday morning and fitted it in the afternoon. You cannot get much better than that. Thank you guys!
Unfortunately they could not change my boiler as the flue would of been at an illegal height. I was really dissapointed. Not their fault though

We just had Gregor heating to install gas central heating in our home x from the first day we were met by Craig he explained everything that was going to happen he worked so hard n cleaned up after his self he was joined by Connor and they worked so well n were so friendly x we are so pleased with our new gas central heating and we will definitely recommend Gregor to family n friend x brilliant service x
Service of boiler, and the engineer did not solve the problem of the water going cold. A subsequent engineer discovered that the hot water had been turned down, hence the problem. Gregor have now tried to charge twice for this service which should have been sorted out the first time.
We had our old back boiler removed and a combi installed. The job only took two days and the engineer left everything very clean and tidy. We had a fault code come up on the boiler (a sensor issue, nothing serious), we contacted Gregor and a technician came very promptly and sorted it out for us. Would recommend!
I would like to thank you for the excellent staff you employ and their commitment to their jobs. I know that since you installed our new boiler in March 2020 things have been extremely difficult for many trades, businesses and individuals, but now that the soak-away has finally been installed we are so happy we contracted with your company to carry out the work for us. Your builder/carpenter (Mark?) who visited yesterday afternoon to install the soak-away was so professional as well as being a great individual to meet and funny. with it - it's always nice to meet someone with so much respect for their tools! The job took a bit longer than normal due to a thick layer of concrete under the flag stones but Mark (?) cleaned everything up beautifully and left the site in an immaculate condition. It is always a great pleasure for us to support local businesses who do a great job as it not only reflects well on you but gives us the satisfaction that the money we spend on such works stays local and is not swallowed up by some american company or hedge fund owners. By the way, I found you through a personal recommendation from a British Gas employee, not from your radio ads ;) Thanks again.

Gregor fitted a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system (MVHR) in my new-build property. I have contacted the company four or five times to ask for support and supply of a controller unit; I can never reach anyone who knows what I am talking about, so they take my number and say they will call back, which they never do. Terrible service.
Though I used this company a couple of years ago,and was completely satisfied with the result. I was utterly dismayed that when recommending g them to a friend for central heating maintenance,and later for boiler replacement, they were totally incapable of providing even a basic response or professional service3. I can only presume that Steve Gregor, the company founder had left the business . Don"t ever go to Hregor Heating3, they're not interested in providing any sort of acceptable customer service
Having been badly let down by my usual boiler service company, Gregor Heating stepped in and got an engineer to my home 3 weeks quicker than I'd been promised, the engineer was prompt, efficient, polite and COVID safe. I can't recommend Gregor Heating enough, just excellent service!

Gregor did a great job for me through the winter 19/20. I couldn't understand why they made so many redundant, on furlough or disconnected at home as the work level increased throughout 2020 and they couldn't meet their commitments.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! UNSAFE!!! RUDE!!! I am writing to you on behalf of my brother - An engineer from Gregor Heating visited his property on 25/01/2021 to carry out a Boiler Service. I'd like to make you aware that he is a paraplegic wheelchair user and he felt the engineer that was sent to his property that day treated him like second class citizen and was very rude, obnoxious and incompetent at his profession. Firstly, his tone with the my brother was degrading. As you will know, we are in a global pandemic so a 2 metre space between the him and the engineer has to be adhered to, of which it was. The engineer made unfounded remarks to my brother in his own home for example "are you in or out" when my brother entered his own kitchen. My brother replied to the engineer "I do not know what you mean I am 2 metres away from you" - the remarks made by the engineer were simply insensitive. In addition to the above, I would like to bring to your attention the issue my brother has with the Boiler Service that had taken place that day. The engineer from Gregor Heating was at the property for NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES which is a frighteningly quick amount of time to service a Gas Combi Boiler correctly. On the Boiler Manufacturers website it states a Boiler Service is between 30 minutes to 1 hour. I absolutely do not believe all of the checks that are required by law/Gas Safe Regulations were carried out within this time. The benchmark service record was not filled in and the occupant was not given any paperwork to acknowledge the servicing of the boiler. People who carry out ANY gas work should be completely safe and Gregor Heating is simply NOT SAFE OR COMPETANT. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service carried out by the engineer from Gregor Heating and this matter has been passed to GAS SAFE TO INVESTIGATE.
Having had Gregor Heating recommended to me by a plumber with whom I work, I asked for them to complete the annual service on my boiler. Trevor from Gregor Heating was clean, tidy, polite and amiable "Boiler duly serviced for another year" Thank You Gregor Heating.
I called on the Thursday, late in the day due to no hot water. They came that evening. Part was required and the engineer was back out with the part the following day. Brilliant service as had only been on the service plan less than a month and no issues when needed work doing. Engineers on time, very friendly and professional especially during these times, masks worn and distance kept. Would recommend to anyone needing a heating maintenance company.
A lady called Katie threatened to cut our gas off all because they couldn't get in!! I have a 7 year old son and where approaching winter! How dare they all laugh in the background after I call back realising what they are about to do! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM !!
How you think it's exceptable to what your own engineer described as a dangerous gas leak in a home of not only a parent but a 9 month old baby and a 9 year old boy is disgusting. This company is dangerous.
We found the team at Gregor to be a great choice. We love our air source heat pump, we enjoy the reliable heat and lashings of hot water and felt entirely comfortable with their team.

I cannot believe some of the bad reviews. We have had a service contact with Gregors since they first started to offer them. We just cannot fault them. All their staff have been brilliant, and we have had always had excellent service from them.
I recently moved into a new house, the heating installation was done by Gregor Heating . The service was by a SAFE engineer last week who made a discovery which shocked me. The flue pipe had been taped up with duck tape at the point where the flue pipe went through the ceiling. I reported this to Gregor Heating along with a photo. The response I got back was far from being satisfactory, and it was suggested that the tap looked new and either me or someone else was responsible, basically Gregor Heating wasn't help in any way. I decided to look into this myself in consequence by removing the duck tape. It became obvious that the flue collar installed was too large for the flue pipe size installed, so this must have been done at installation. There's no other way of getting the whole complete collar on the pipe otherwise. Very bad workmanship and terrible customer care as they insisted it must be my fault. Be warned.
Perfection, no criticism could possibly be made. Value very good. Communications were best possible. Tradesman who did the installation was above average, prompt, very polite, and could not have done more to please a customer. Thank you Gregor for a satisfactory job well done. (PS Even cheaper than original quotation)

They will come to do a repair quickly unless its the winter! Then it will take them two weeks or more to get to you - very poor.
Avoid if you possibly can - at all costs. Especially if you are in social housing. You will be treated like a second class citizen, expected to be around at their convenience. They fail to turn up for appointments that have had to be made because an engineer of theirs was rude, repeatedly called you a liar, told you to "shut your dogs up, I cant hear myself think" and therefore due to attitude and inability to recognise the issue raised on the job card, the problem was not resolved. Being in social housing, sadly I have no choice but to allow these 'work people' in my home, this is determined by my housing association, if it wasn't I would vote with my feet and hard earned cash and go elsewhere.

Just had a new combi boiler installed, with Conner, what can i say, where they the cheapest no, but i am so glad we went with them, what seamed like a simple fitting turned in to a nightmare through no fault of gregors, not only did Connor go above and beyond, the installation he made sure that we were always kept upto date and fixed the botched job the previous cowboys had left. I cant recommend him enough well worth the money .. im so happy with them
Our boiler broke in late September just after our son was born. This is a very busy time for boiler installers with everyone turning their boilers back on as the cold sets in and despite having no free slots, they made time to come in super quick on a weekend to install our boiler at no extra charge. This is in addition to them installing the boiler with no fuss, all works great and the guys were very friendly. You get what you pay for and Gregor Heating are connsumate professionals who went above and beyond for us.
Don't turn up and when you ring them they say we tried to call you yesterday to reschedule your appointment and it's now on 3rd may when we say we are away to be told we will have to wait a further 2 weeks not acceptable service only reason we put up with it is we are in a rented property and it the landlords choice who they use really poor quality customer service
I don't understand why you would advertise with such a wonderfully catchy jingle to then tell me you can't take on new clients when I call up. Perplexing and a bit annoying.
Had a new Vaillant Boiler fitted last year at a cost of over 2500. It has broken down on 3 occasions and i have had to call out an Engineer to come and fix it. It has now broken down again and the earliest they will come out is the 9th of October ( today is 24th of September) . Not acceptable when you are poorly and sitting in an Ice box at barely 7 degrees! Definitely avoid Gregor at all costs. Sharon Blankley.
I've found Gregor heating to be a great company, very easy to deal with, timely and so knowledgeable in their products and services.
Brilliant from start to finish, engineer and finisher listened to my concerns over recently decorated parts of the house and worked around this. Also boxed in the boiler so we could not see all the ugly pipes. Brilliant service and workmanship. Would use them again and again.
