Marc initially came to us to identify a light circuit tripping out but, on investigation, found a number of related faults, some quite serious. We asked him to investigate the whole house and also quote for upgrading the outdated fuse box to the latest standard and issue a certificate. Further faults were identified and Marc quoted for all the work which would take up to 2 days. All the work was completed in time and to the highest standard with the minimum disruption and mess. Marc explained all the wiring changes and new fuse box in detail and issued the certificate that we required. Marc provided an excellent service and is a really nice guy whilst still being professional at all times. We will be using his services in future and I would recommend him for anyone looking for a dependable electrician.

Marc attended my property at very short notice the same day on a weekend to help diagnose my boiler as the heating and hot water suddenly stopped working. No call out fee charge which I thought was extremely kind of him! He ordered a new part and came back to fix it within a couple of days. Lovely man, very professional and punctual. Marc was incredibly patient and helpful in installing a new oven in my kitchen. He kept me informed of the complex wiring situation and was able to make everything safe with very minimal patching up required. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done on their property.

Marc came as an emergency response to a leak in an en-suite. He was quickly able to locate the leaking joint, but was initially unable to access it. Subsequent work to break through the ceiling below was undertaken in a business like fashion taking steps to minimise disruption and contain mess. Having dealt with the perceived problem he proceeded to find and deal with three more weeping or dripping joints in the area. He stayed and checked the pipework as much as possible before leaving. The work area was left thoroughly cleaned and tidy. The estimate for the original work had seemed reasonable, the final invoice with the additional investigation and remedial action a pleasant surprise. We can highly recommend him.

Marc carried out a small plumbing repair at a rental property. He supplied an estimate the same day as an initial inspection and moved some work to fit our job in quickly. He was exactly on time for both visits to the property and completed the job quickly and with care. He provided very helpful advice onsite other questions about the property.

Brilliant service. Called Marc to help deal with an emergency leaking bathroom pipe. Marc responded very quickly and found a few issues with the old pipework and managed to fix them all, as well as replacing the bath u-bend pipe and applying additional sealant around the bathroom wash basin. Marc also provided me with a very quick and thorough plumbing report needed for the home insurance team. Communications were easy, friendly and helpful throughout. Marc took the time to call us ahead of coming out to try and troubleshoot to see if the issue was something we could fix ourselves. When Marc came, he was really friendly and found the issue straight away, and also spent the time to talk to us and answer our many questions. ! Really great guy couldn’t recommend enough.

Mark came to us to do a gas saftey check, he was excellent. Very informative and talked us through everything he was doing. Also sent us the relevent paper work imediatly. Highly recommend Mark. Weve also quieried about a few jobs in the future as we know he is the man for the job and it will be done to high standard.

I noticed a leak in our ceiling and it was, of course, under the bathroom. Even through Marc had a busy day, he was at our house within 30 minutes and found all 5 leaks!!! (Due to poor workmanship in a new build.) He did what he could that day and then came back the following morning with appropriate fittings and fixed the problem. We asked him to come back again a week or so later to check our other bathroom since we could only assume that previous poor plumbing was done there as well, and he did. He was kind, professional, did good work, and I would highly recommend him.

Hi met Mark due to a customer having a serious flood when I arrived at her place. I phoned various numbers and Mark the only one who phoned back , but sadly just after but after I had booked a crook type emergency plumber who I cancelled less than 10mins after I called we had an £85 bill for making that call and got very heavy about payment by phone with in the hour. Mark however was a god send,helped by phone initially was kind & calm despite being run off his feet. . I told my customer how wonderfully helpful kind quick and lovely to deal with Mark had been. He is now due to go and help her with plumbing and electrical work going forward. She too has been let down by trades men repeatedly. I mentioned i had work coming up soon but yesterday I came home to a leak . I phoned Mark and as with all contact made on behalf of Nadia and now myself Mark responds with cheerfulness & speed. Went to great lengths to attend the following morning promptly. Had I not told him it wasn't too urgent he'd have come quicker. He fixed pipe in no time,Mark didn't complain, huff puff or tell me how hard my call has made his day un like others! MARK Super professional, polite, fresh looking, bright knows his stuff, knows how to treat people, does a Very good job and doesn't rip you off unlike the others. He has a can do, will do and does do attitude ! Can't believe we have found him . Thought there must surely be better than we have seen somewhere and we have found the the best we could have ever wished for . Look forward to using Mark very soon for both Electrics and plumbing. Amazingly kind and helpful service!. I contacted Keray to ask if a noisy radiator in my son’s bedroom could be removed/isolated. My son has sensory issues so he has not been able to use his room due to the noise. I received a message back straight away to ask what time I am available and the job will be done free of charge!. Marc initially came to service our boiler, as it was misbehaving. He has been really tenacious to uncover the faults (which were many and varied). He is really clear and honest with the actions and potential costs he is proposing, always double checking to ensure he doesn’t undertake any work not required. I used keray when Mark was in Ulverston and he was always excellent, often charged less than what I expected and quick and efficient at his work. My light circuit tripped out and I was in darkness with two primary aged children and one with autism. I was unaware Mark had relocated to Kendal when I phoned him. He offered to drive to Barrow and fix the problem. One of the most genuine people I have met. In the end the electrician who originally installed the lights came and sorted it but I was and still am extremely grateful for the kind and generous offer from mark at keray. You won't be disappointed with this company...

Excellent service, Marc arrived promptly to fix a leaky boiler; he managed to identify the problem and replace the faulty spare part . Marc is very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice on how to look after our boiler and make it more efficient. He also covers plumbing and electric jobs, which was amazing, as our toilet flush needed looking at and a switch required replacing. Overall, very professional, reliable and helpful, a real find. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does.
