Lux Property Services

Some of my ceiling and walls were in dire need of attention with the plaster falling apart and damp affecting the skirting. Over two days Paul worked really hard and not only did the needed repairs but left it looking above and beyond the basic job spec. His work was excellent, attention to detail outstanding and basically a really nice person to have in the house - which is important with plastering and repairs spanning 3 rooms and the hallway. The company sent electrician’s right away when needed so work was not delayed. Super impressed. Would absolutely recommend the company - great communication and they attended to all details to ensure the job was done. Oh yes - all clean afterwards too.

Glenn and Lowin were fantastic, clear with what they were doing, tidy, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have them working and the finish is superb. I would happily say they went above and beyond expectations.

Barry did a lovely job fixing up my flat after a flood. He came back to correct previous works and he really went above and beyond to make sure it was good enough for me couldn’t really ask for much more. Really happy thankyou

A totally professional, efficient and quality service from Glenn and Lowin. They came early, worked around my family and explained everything so clearly. They identified hazards and made sure I was happy with every step before they did it so that I understood. They were polite and respectful . I cannot recommend them highly enough! 10 stars from me!

Glenn has single-handedly restored my faith in tradesmen. Thank you for a top notch job, my electrics are now safe for the first time in 15 years. No BS, just respect and an ultra tidy job. I was so surprised to see unrelated cable trunked off with the ends spooled up and secured and I didn’t get a chance to thank you.

Glen and Lowen, were very professional, very friendly and talkative. They explained exactly what work they were doing and kept me updated. I was a bit strapped for time to go to work but they managed to complete their duties in very good time. Great guys and great work.

Good conversation and wasn't made to feel awkward with him around. Worked quick and found all faults and rectified promptly. He also answered other questions I had about my sockets etc. He cleared any mess and even put furniture etc back where it belonged. Need more people like him in a business. Today, we had Glen, and his two apprentices, Lowen and Zack, attend our property to find an electrical fault. Never have I ever experienced a level of service, thoughtfulness, manners, and professionalism as we have today at our family home. Exceptional. Not only did they find the electrical faults, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that the outdoor lighting for my 86-year-old mother was replaced and provided additional support for her. Thank you guys, so grateful for your care today and your kindness to go the extra mile. I have never experienced this level of service from any electrician, and especially not from apprentices before. Absolutely outstanding!

George was very polite and cleaned up after himself, very pleasant manner, would recommend him to anyone.

An electrical contractor called George came to my home this week to test the electrics. How refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a good morning when I opened my door to him. Professional, polite and approachable. Even took his shoes off when he stepped inside. I assume he probably had a busy day, but he still ran through what he would be doing. George is a credit to LUX Property Services. CNightingale from Watford.

Charlie and Aidan are the dream team 👌

I recently had the pleasure of having Brooke work on various electrical projects in my home, and she was exceptional. Her commitment to maintaining a clean, organised work environment and taking care of protecting my home and belongings and her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction was amazing, making adjustments and modifications when necessary. Whether it was installing new light fixtures, rewiring circuits, or fitting fire alarms she approached each task with the utmost care and attention. I am incredibly satisfied with the work she did in my home. Thank you, Brooke, once again for the outstanding service!

I want to day a big thank you to Kyle and Josh who both did an excellent job fixing our lighting. They were do professional and had a really attitude to their work which I value very much. Thanks for a great job to both of you

This company was employed to send an electrician to our house due to light fitting smoking when on and making buzzing noise. They failed to turn up on two occasions.. I will do my up most by letting everyone know how they do not care about families and their safety

Had two lovely lads come round to do some work. They arrived on time and we're very professional. Very neat and tidy. Cleaned up after they had finished. Excellent work, thanks Alfie and Alfie.

Jamie and Steve were very professional, informative and efficient with putting my fire alarm in. Very friendly and tidy cleaning their mess along the way, made the whole experience very comfortable.

Josh who carried out the work at my inlaw was a hard working electrician and did an excellent job..
