Wattson Electrical

not such a great experience

Great service! Super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue with our electric boiler very quickly. Very glad we managed to find Wattson Electrial to fix our problem. Will definitely be our go to for any future issues.

Polite, prompt, efficient and tidy. Michael did an excellent job sorting lights and the extractor fan in our en-suite. Couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend him

Great service from Michael. Curious problem identified and course of action planned.

Really professional electrician, reliable, tidy and effective. I will definitely recommend him and I will use Michael again!

Highly recommend Wattson Electrical. Have used them a few times now and the work has been a very high standard, communication easy, and generally very helpful.

I found Michael via Which? Trusted Trader, with a good first impression communicating via his website and subsequently on WhatsApp. Works were agreed and he turned up on time and quickly and efficiently installed three new inter-linked smoke detectors, clean and tidy. A personable chap. Would recommend will definitely use Michael again.

We work with Michael on commercial building projects in London. He's always on time and gets the job done no matter the circumstances. Highly recommend.

Michael fitted all the electrics when I had my kitchen refurbished. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was complete on time. Great customer service & always happy to answer any queries I had. Highly recommend & will use again!

Quick, friendly, knowledgeable and came in below the quote. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Wattson Electrical! Michael chased some plugs for us at very short notice. He's been highly communicative, pleasant to deal with, was very considerate and tidy in our home, and above all did a great job. His quote was detailed and accurate. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an electrician!

If you looking for a local electrician with great service and pricing, look no further. Michael came round same day and fixed my problem immediately. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This company is great. I dealt with Michael. He was very clear and made himself available at peak time just before Christmas to fix my electrical issues. He worked on finding cost efficient solutions to what was potentially a very expensive and disruptive exercise. In the end he produced reasonable quotes and ensured we could use the main items needed in the house whilst he was re-wiring the house. During each intervention, he would clock his time and let us know. In addition, Michael kept the place very clean taking the rubbish with him and hoovering with his own equipment. When he did a big 3-day job that took him less time, he revised the quote down and included the exact time he worked. Michael is pleasant, very honest and knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company.

I'm so glad I booked Michael for the electrics safety check on my flat. He was efficient and explained everything in understandable terms. I felt super comfortable with him, and he was kind enough to fix a broken dimmer switch on the spot, which was not technically part of the brief.

Michael was efficient, very clear up front costs, the process was straightforward and he is tidy, polite and efficient with his time. Very good electrician and completely trust him.

Good, quick, cheap - did what they promised and did it well. Good people to work with

I highly recommend Michael. His work is excellent. He is also very polite, courteous, arrives on time, explains what he is doing, very tidy, and his prices are very competitive. I will definitely be using his services again. Many thanks Michael.

Always helpful, upgraded all my electrics and supplied a test certificate, Recommended

Michael Wattson has helped me out very promptly to sort out a short circuit that affected my major appliances, including my fridge freezer. When I phoned him in a panic at the end of his working day, he calmly, patiently & professionally walked me through some diagnostics over the phone, with the help of a photo of my fuse box. Working methodically round the circuit in my kitchen, he quickly managed to trace the tripped fuse to an old kettle that had failed. This is the 2nd time Michael had helped me out at short notice. He is always pleasant to work with, and I am happy to give him a 5-star rating

Excellent service which helped to get my new Ring doorbell working. Also replaced previously supplied and recently failed security lamp free of charge of either labour or parts. Will definitely use again next time I have more electrical work and would strongly recommend to others.

Michael rewired and fitted a new bedroom light for us - he was friendly, professional and completed the work efficiently & it looks great! Thanks so much - will be using again

Michael helped us improve automation of our boiler and heaters with connected timers! Flawless and speedy work as usual!

Very safe and professional. Really explained what he was doing and why. Great value for money.

Highly recommended, great communication, came at short notice and fixed the issues with no hassle.

Michael was able to restore power to our flat when British Gas weren't able to cover it. Reasonably priced and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Michael was extremely friendly and professional. He came to save our plug socket but just so happened to be there at the right time to rescue our cat too! He was booked in in the afternoon and by the time he arrived our cat had been stuck up a tree all day, he offered to go and get his ladder and could just about reach him at the top! We're so grateful and will recommend him to anyone looking for a good and reliable electrician. Thanks again 😊

Michael is fantastic, works quick, works well and cleans up after himself. Could not recommend him more. 10/10 despite being a difficult customer! Thanks again!

Very quick and efficient, great communication. Will use again.

I used Wattson electrical and I cannot praise his service highly enough. Mike was very professional and knowledgable. The work was completed on time. I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled electrician.

Really quick to quote, and get the works done. Communication was great throughout.

Top service use these guys every time we are in trouble.

We have got sockets and fuse box changed/ fixed today and were really happy with the quality of work!

Michael is an amazing electrician and has done lots of work for us over the years as was our neighbour, sorted all of our problems for us. Would highly recommend

Michael was very friendly and professional, going the extra mile to point out issues with my current junction box and fix them. He is a real perfectionist and wanted to make sure I was OK with certain trade-offs with my new lighting choices (for example not being able to have some fittings exactly on centre) even when it was barely noticeable to me. Great electrician, highly recommend.

Michael is an exceptional electrician and all work he has completed for us as has been very professional and reasonably priced! We wouldn’t use anybody else for our electrical jobs! Highly recommend
